Have you ever been to an After Hours event in Disney World? Magic Kingdom After Hours If you’re a big “run and ride” kind of Disney fan, these types of events are MADE for you. You purchase a ticket and come into the parks in the evening, then you get a few hours after it closes to enjoy several attractions with incredibly low wait times. If that sounds like something you’d be interested in, then we have an important update! A few weeks ago, Disney announced that they’d be adding more After Hours dates to the calendar for 2024. Here’s a look at the new dates for After Hours events in each park: Magic Kingdom: January 11th to June 27th, 2024 (previously April 8th) EPCOT: February 2nd to July 18th, 2024 (previously April 4th) Hollywood Studios: January 10th to August 29th, 2024 (previously April 10th) Mickey in Hollywood Studios! The events will take place on select nights each week, and if you’re interested in purchasing tickets, they’re now available online! As of January 31st, all Disney World visitors can purchase After Hours tickets for April and later dates. Let’s PARTY! Tickets vary in price depending on which park you visit and which date you choose, but EPCOT After Hours starts at $149 per person, Hollywood Studios After Hours starts at $145 per person, and Magic Kingdom After Hours starts at $165 per person. Empty park during After Hours Outside of the short ride lines, there are other big perks to going to an After Hours event. Included with your ticket are complimentary snacks and drinks — popcorn, ice cream novelties, and bottled beverages from snack carts around the parks. At Hollywood Studios, the event included some rare character sightings, and at Magic Kingdom, we got to see TWO fireworks shows in one night, as they showed Disney Enchantment during the event and Happily Ever After beforehand. Valentine’s Day is officially around the corner! As Disney World locals, we’re always on the lookout for cute date night spots or places to have a gal’s brunch within the Disney bubble. We’re pleased to say that we’ve found restaurant specials fit for the occasion! Disney World is slowly rolling out Valentine’s Day-inspired treats, snacks, and beverages, with certain Disney Springs restaurants offering Valentine’s Day exclusive meals! We got word that these three restaurants in Disney Springs are offering special items and even entire menus in celebration of Valentine’s Day and we think they’re perfect for however you plan to celebrate this year! Kicking it off with: Summer House on the Lake The newly opened Summer House on the Lake will offer an entire Valentine’s Day menu from February 14th-February 18th! ©Summer House on the Lake Dishes include Cracked Jonah Crab Claws, Hearts of Palm and Key West Pink Shrimp Salad, and Florida Lobster Risotto! For dessert, guests can indulge in Chocolate Cake served with a raspberry mousse and sweetheart bark! Summer House on the Lake This is such an exciting limited addition to their already stacked menu! We love the seafood-heavy influence of their Valentine’s Day menu, it simply gives off perfect Valentine’s vibes and we’re here for it. We’d also like to mention that the evening atmosphere of Summer House is incredibly intimate, which just adds to the theming. Jaleo Jaleo is running an amazing deal for Valentine’s Day on top of featuring a ton of incredible menu items! For Valentine’s Day, guests at Jaleo can enjoy any bottle of wine for half the price! Jaleo Furthermore, guests visiting on Valentine’s Day will be able to catch the last week of Jaleo’s Strawberry Festival! This festival is in partnership with Southern Hill Farms and features sweet and savory Spanish-style menu items using fresh, locally grown strawberries. ©Jaleo Jaleo is an incredible and unique date night spot already and they’re stepping up their game for Valentine’s Day! We think the half-price wine is an amazing way to try and pair wines that you may not necessarily reach for first and their cuisine pairs well with the wines they serve! Chicken Guy! Chicken Guy! is taking a trip to Flavortown with their latest menu addition for Valentine’s Day! We know that Chicken Guy! has no shortage of delicious milkshakes and treat offerings and they’re releasing what we think is a hit for Valentine’s Day! The Oreo Strawberry Cheesecake Shake will be available until March 31st. ©Chicken Guy! The shake is a “blend of hand-spun vanilla soft serve, cheesecake, strawberries, and crushed OREO®cookies, topped with fresh whipped cream, more crushed OREO®cookies and strawberry syrup.” This sounds absolutely incredible and we’re thankful that this will be available after Valentine’s Day is over! Be advised — a fire in a nearby county is affecting the air quality at Disney World. Cinderella Castle Disney World is no stranger to inclement weather and mishaps that can throw the resort for a loop. Unfortunately, it looks as though this may be another one of those circumstances. A nearby chemical fire has created issues with air quality that have begun to plague the Disney parks. According to WFLA News Channel 8 in Tampa, a 2,000-square-foot barn full of chemicals caught fire early Tuesday morning in Plant City (about 25-35 minutes from Disney World) located within the nearby Hillsborough County. Although Disney World is not in any imminent danger from the fire itself, the fire seems to have been powerful enough to affect the resort’s air quality. Photo courtesy of Hillsborough County Fire Rescue Fire Rescue was dispatched a little before 5:30AM after receiving calls about the fire, per WFLA. Fortunately, no one was inside the barn and the flames were put out in roughly 25 minutes. Photo courtesy of Hillsborough County Fire Rescue Plume Labs lists the Disney World Resort’s air quality as “fair” but also notes the air is moderately polluted greater than the maximum limit established for one year by the World Health Organization (WHO). The NEW Pixar-themed Disney hotel is officially OPEN, and we’re going inside to check it out! Pixar Place Hotel Pixar Place Hotel at Disneyland Resort is the new and improved version of Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel. This hotel’s refurbishment is officially complete as of January 30th, and we can’t wait to check out all the new decor and details. We’ve already gone inside the lobby and checked out the new restaurant, so now it’s time to explore the rooms! There are TONS of cool Easter eggs and details inside. Let’s check them all out! Even the floor has neat little details! Take a closer look to see some famous Pixar characters! Look at the details! But what we REALLY want to see are the new ROOMS! We saw the Signature Pixel Suite and the Single Bedroom and spotted tons of Easter eggs. First and foremost, the art hanging above the beds in the Single Bedroom features art and frames from famous Pixar films. While not a subtle Easter egg, this artwork is a great tie-in to the overall theme of the hotel! Pixar Place Hotel Single Bedroom A closer look at the beds reveals Pixar Ball-inspired bolster pillows and bed sheets! Can you see the subtle Pixar ball pattern on the comforter? Pixar Ball bed sheets and pillows Rooms also come equipped with The Art of Pixar books. The rooms also have their own Luxo Jr. Pixar lamps! The Art of Pixar If you look at the ground, you’ll see a Luxo lamp carpet design inspired by the carpet at the Pixar headquarters! Pixar-themed carpets?! A completely UPDATED Disney hotel is now open at Disneyland Resort! Disney’s Pixar Place Hotel has been rethemed (it was previously the Paradise Pier Hotel), and we’re going inside to check out all the updates. Pixar Place Lobby… featuring the famous Pixar Lamp! We’ve already taken a look at the new rooms in this hotel, which have been redone with plenty of Pixar touches. But did you know that there are a couple of characters you can meet at Pixar Place? Come with us to check out TWO exclusive characters who hang out at this hotel! Both Bing Bong from Inside Out and Joe Gardner from Soul are hanging out at Pixar Place Hotel! It’s always exciting when a Disney hotel gets re-themed. Pixar Place Hotel Our jaws literally DROPPED when we saw the HUGE transformation of the Disneyland Hotel in Disneyland Paris. Well, another hotel a little closer to home also just recently got a completely new look, and it’s ADORABLE. We’re talking about the former Paradise Pier Hotel in Disneyland, which is now the Pixar Place Hotel. So let’s take a tour of the brand-new rooms there! So if you hadn’t guessed, the Pixar Place Hotel is now all Pixar-themed. You’ll see TONS of Pixar references, artwork, and decor the minute you step into the lobby. This is a serious glow-up for this hotel. Pixar details everywhere There’s also brand NEW dining at the hotel, including a flagship restaurant on the first floor or Pixar Place Hotel, Great Maple, a Southern California Favorite. Great Maple There’s also Sketch Pad Cafe, a grab-and-go coffee and quick breakfast spot. Sketch Pad Cafe Want to grab something while you’re swimming? The rooftop pool bar, Small Bytes, has you covered. Small Bytes Even the pool area got a massive upgrade! The pool! But we’re here to show you the new Pixar-themed rooms at Pixar Place Hotel! So join us for a room tour of the standard rooms in this hotel. As we stepped into the entry way, we were met by a small coffee nook complete with an ice chest. Did you notice the Pixar ball coasters? Coffee nook On the opposite side, you’re greeted by the bathroom. Bathroom There are a lot of clean, white lines and interesting shapes in this room around the single sink and lit mirror… Sink and mirror … with open shelving underneath to stow away your personal items. Shelving under the sink Right across from the sink, you’ll find the shower… Shower … which also features a detachable shower head, and the toilet is between the sink and shower. That’s the bathroom! Coming out of the bathroom, you’re greeted by two raised beds (with all the Disney/Pixar touches!) Beds Everything from the character mural above the headboard… Disney/Pixar mural … to the decorative (Pixar ball) pillow… Pixar ball pillow … to the hidden details in the linens really bring this room together! Spot the ball? As you head outside the sliding door, there’s a small table and chairs out on the balcony. Balcony views The sofa folds down to reveal a single sleeper bed, and just above it you’ll find some of the most recognizable Disney/Pixar characters in the framed artwork. Framed artwork If we glance back at the bed, you’ll see the raised platforms that allow for extra storage to tuck away your luggage. Raised beds And, to round out our tour you’ll find the T.V. mounted on the opposite wall facing the beds… T.V. … with a few drawers underneath it, a coffee table book all about The Art of Pixar. It’s that time again! Happy Easter! As you know, crowds flock to Disney World for holidays, Festivals, and events, so you’ll have to “LOOK OUT” because all of those dining reservations are going to be booked out FAST! But more to the point, the reservations for Easter Sunday will be opening tomorrow, so get ready to grab your reservations! If you’re hoping to visit the parks on Easter Sunday, tomorrow, January 31st is going to be the time to grab those dining reservations! Dining reservations open 60 days ahead of time, and Wednesday is when we’re officially 60 days out from Easter Sunday. As we said before, these reservations can fill up fast on holidays, so you don’t want to miss out on the opportunity to eat at your favorite restaurants. Happy Easter! Also, while you’re there for Easter, don’t forget to check out the amazing chocolate eggs displayed at the Beach Club and the Grand Floridian. Plus, you can meet the Easter Bunny in Magic Kingdom! The big day is FINALLY here! Pixar Place Hotel Yep, today is the official opening of the Pixar Place Hotel! The hotel has undergone a lengthy refurbishment, and we’ve been STOKED to see it. We were invited to check out all the happenings as the grand opening occurred, and we’re here to take you all along with us. Who’s ready to head to Pixar Place?! The new Pixar Place Hotel has undergone a total Pixar theme transformation beginning in the fall of last year. The hotel was previously named Paradise Pier Hotel, and is now part of an influx of Pixar theming at the Disneyland Resort. This reimagining will “weave the artistry of Pixar into its comfortable, contemporary setting,” per Disney. Pixar Place Hotel Throughout the day, we were able to check out the lobby, the Creators Club concierge lounge, the pool, the awesome decor, and more. We were so impressed with the amount of detail that went into the hotel, so come along while we show you! Atmosphere and Lobby We’ll start with the lobby! The lobby has been open for a bit, and features several elements of classic Pixar movies. One of the most highly-anticipated additions, though, is the giant Pixar ball that serves as a centerpiece for the hotel lobby. There’s also a Luca mural that guests can check out! Luca mural And, of course, there’s a Finding Nemo mural. Finding Nemo mural in Pixar Place Lobby The check-in desks are all themed to different Pixar movies as well. There’s Wall-E and Monsters, Inc. Lobby Check-In Desks The check-in area looks great with sleek new desks, updated lighting, warm wood paneling, and gorgeous Pixar pictures in the background. There are also details on the floor! Look at the details! One of our favorite parts of the lobby was the Soul area, where you can check out a mural inspired by the movie as well as listen to a pianist. Soul area Now, let’s check out the dining options here! Hotel Dining We’ll start with Great Maple! Great Maple Great Maple opened a flagship restaurant on the first floor of the hotel in 2023, and actually operates the other food and drink locations at the hotel. Here, you can find classic American cuisine in a posh table-service dining experience. There’s also a concierge lounge: Creators Club! Creators Club We enjoyed wandering around in here and taking in all the glimpses of classic Pixar movies. Creators Club Of course, there’s a station to get food, water, tea, and coffee. The food and bevi options Other dining options include the new grab-and-go coffee shop in the lobby called Sketch Pad Café. The rooftop pool also features a bar called Small Bytes! This bar serves salads, wraps, cheese plates, and more. They will also be offering signature cocktails. Speaking of which… Hotel Pool and Water Features Let’s check out the POOL! We got a look at the Pixel Pool and Crush’s Surfin’ Slide and it’s even better than we imagined. We were really looking forward to checking this area out in person, and it didn’t disappoint. The 186-foot-long Crush waterslide looks like a ton of fun and provides a little bit of attraction entertainment outside of the theme parks! Plus, it’s super fun that it’s themed to Finding Nemo. Small kiddos will get a kick out of the water play area, Nemo’s Cove inspired by Finding Nemo! The area sports a pop-jet splash pad and ties together quite nicely with the slide. The outdoor seating is spacious yet cozy, and follows a more subtle Pixar theming. The colors remind us a lot of the classic Pixar films like Toy Story. We also like that the areas all have lighting, so that you can see if you’re spending an evening at the pool. Outdoor Seating Pool time is extra fun with the family play court on the deck area! This court includes fun activities inspired by Pixar’s short films. Now, let’s check out some ROOMS. Guest Rooms Disney has shown a few sneak peeks of these hotel rooms, so we’re excited to see them in person. The rooms are PACKED with Easter eggs and references to Pixar films. We’ve seen a Luxo Jr. lamp, Pixar ball sheets and pillows, and artwork from our favorite Pixar movies! Here’s a look at one of the single-bed suites… Single bed … and here’s a double bed suite. Double beds There are also living areas in the suites… Living area … and kitchens! The kitchen We still can’t get over the art! If you’re traveling in 2024 — whether that’s to Disney World or any other destination — you might be looking at flights right now, and sometimes those price tags can be SCARY. Airplane Airfare can definitely eat up a significant chunk of your vacation budget, but we’ve got some information that will help you find the CHEAPEST flights possible! Hopper just released a chart detailing the best days to book your flight for some of the most popular holidays in 2024. If your trip falls on one of these holidays, be sure to take note of the deadline to book in order to secure the cheapest flights possible. President’s Day (February 19th): Book by January 8th (ASAP!) St. Patrick’s Day (March 17th): Book by January 18th (ASAP!) Easter (March 31st): Book by February 9th Memorial Day (May 27th): Book by April 15th Juneteenth (June 19th): Book by May 1st July 4th: Book by June 1st Labor Day (September 2nd): Book by August 9th Indigenous Peoples’ Day (October 14th): Book by August 15th Veteran’s Day (November 11th): Book by September 21st Thanksgiving (November 28th): Book by October 31st Christmas (December 25th): Book by October 31st New Year’s Eve (December 31st): Book by December 1st If you can book a little bit before those dates, that’s best, but at least try to book by the day listed above. Here’s a look at Hopper’s complete holiday guide: ©Hopper More Tips To Know Before You Fly Know When To Book For a while, people believed that Tuesday was the best time to book a flight. That may have been true previously, but recent research shows that there is really no consistent significant difference in flight prices between Tuesdays and other weekdays. Boarding Airline prices will change from the moment they become available to hours before the flight happens. If you have some flexibility in your schedule, keep an eye on flight prices for about a week to see how the prices change and what the potential lowest price could be. After you’ve seen some of the trends, you can make a more informed decision about booking your flight. Southwest Airlines A good general rule of thumb is to book your flight somewhere between 1 and 3 months before the flight date. Booking earlier or later could result in higher prices. If you do book early and then find a cheaper flight later on, see what your airline’s cancelation policy is. It might be worth it to cancel your flight and re-book the cheaper one. Which Day Should You Fly? Now that you know when to book your flight, it’s time to decide which flight to book! Some days of the week yield lower-priced flights than others. According to NerdWallet, “For economy tickets, Tuesdays are about 24% lower than peak prices on Sundays, which translates to savings of about $85 per ticket.” CNN agrees, stating that Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the best days to travel. This makes sense, as many vacationers will travel during the weekend and most business trips happen on Mondays. Which Months Are the Cheapest for Travel? If you’re looking at months instead of days, there are a few big travel months to potentially avoid as well. You won’t be surprised to hear that December and November are the most expensive months for travel, as many people return home or go on vacation for the holidays. June and July are close behind as the peak summer travel months. Orlando Airport TSA Lines The BEST months to fly are January and February. Those who traveled in November and December have returned home at this point, and they’ll likely take a couple of months off before traveling again. People have returned to work and kids are back in school after the holiday break, so demand is significantly lower for flights, which translates into lower prices. Let the App Do the Work Instead of going to each airline’s website to look at prices, you can take advantage of flight tracker apps like Hopper or Kayak. EPCOT is known for having A LOT of different drink options. Spaceship Earth in EPCOT Whether you grab a drink in the World Showcase to “drink around the world” or grab one at a festival booth (like Festival of the Arts), there is a drink for almost anyone! Now, there’s a brand-NEW drink coming soon! Inside the Mexico Pavilion pyramid at EPCOT, there is a small but popular bar. La Cava del Tequila is located in the marketplace and is known for its drinks and tasty bites! This spot just announced that they’ve created a NEW drink that’s coming soon to the Mexico pavilion’s Festival of the Arts booth! El Artista Hambriento Food Studio Recently, La Cava del Tequila announced on their Instagram that a NEW SECRET margarita will be added to the menu at El Artista Hambriento. The new drink is called the Art-garita and is available starting February 1st! ©La Cava del Tequila This new drink is a special collaboration with artist Dom Corona. In order to get this secret drink, tell the Cast Member taking your order that “Dom Corona sent me.” ©La Cava del Tequila The drink will come with a paintbrush for you to stir your drink adding a fun art twist! Celebrate Soulfully Disney World’s Black History Month celebration is Celebrate Soulfully, and brings all sorts of great snacks and entertainment to the parks. We just got news about how some entertainment is changing for Celebrate Soulfully, and you’re gonna want to listen up! Per the Orlando Sentinel, the Festival of Fantasy parade in Magic Kingdom will be slightly DIFFERENT on February 6th. Festival of Fantasy Parade Michael James-Scott, who played Genie in Aladdin on Broadway will serve as the honorary grand marshal of the Festival of Fantasy parade on February 6th! ©Orlando Sentinel The Orlando native is set to also appear in the Disney on Broadway Concert Series at the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts! He’ll appear alongside Mandy Gonzalez on February 9th, 11th, 12th, 15th, 18th, and 19th. Universal Orlando just dropped a lot of information about its new Epic Universe theme park, including details about some rides, restaurants, and other features coming to the new, immersive lands. But there are some more SECRET facts hidden in the announcements! ©Universal We dug into the latest announcements and spotted four hidden details that you won’t want to miss! The Dining Room at Atlantic Gives the Illusion of Being Underwater One of the new restaurants coming to Celestial Park at Epic Universe is Atlantic. This full-service restaurant is located “across the shimmering waters of the Neptune pool” and specializes in seafood and steaks. Universal describes it as “an undersea culinary fantasy.” ©Universal The decor turns the dining room into “an enormous Victorian aquarium,” complete with starfish and illuminated fish. Universal shared this fun fact about the dining room: “The decorative fish that line the ceiling are surrounded by metallic curtains that shimmer as they sway, creating the illusion of being underwater in a massive aquarium.” ©Universal But that’s not the only hidden fact about this restaurant. There will also be a BAR inside! You can grab a cocktail at the Aquaria Bar. The Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant Has Easter Eggs Hidden in the Decor Another restaurant coming to Celestial Park is The Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant. ©Universal Here, visitors dine “inside a bustling courtyard, where it’s always evening under the glow of ethereal lanterns.” The restaurant serves Pan-Asian cuisine. ©Universal Universal shared more details about the decor of this spot, noting that “dazzling neon dragons chase across the walls.” There’s also a Tiger Bar with a big neon sign! But the decor is more than just pretty — it’s also filled with easter eggs! ©Universal Universal said, “Be sure to keep your eyes open while dining. The signage hanging around the restaurant contains many easter eggs of Celestial Park you won’t want to miss.” Ride Vehicles on Starfall Racers Will Really Look Like Comets at Night We can’t WAIT to ride Starfall Racers, which is a dual-launch roller coaster with ride vehicles that are decorated to look like comets. ©Universal This ride sounds like it’ll be awesome any time of day, but there’s one very important reason why you might want to ride it at NIGHT. Universal shared, “With no external track lighting at night, the fully illuminated ride vehicles appear as comets shooting across the night sky above Celestial Park.” ©Universal Since the ride vehicles are lit up but the track isn’t, it’ll look like the track isn’t even there in the dark! ©Universal The coaster will reach speeds up to 62MPH with a track that’s 5,000 feet long and reaches up to 133 feet high. Don’t Forget To Look Up When You Ride Constellation Carousel Another ride coming to Celestial Park is Constellation Carousel. This carousel will have carriages shaped like celestial lions, peacocks, dragons, and more. ©Universal Each of those animals turns 360 degrees and lifts up to six feet in the air. But you won’t want your attention to just be on the animals — you’ve got to look up to see some cool features on the ceiling! Universal said, “The ceiling of Constellation Carousel is a Star Tracker featuring rotating celestial star patterns, with a center Mesmerizer creating a ribbon cone effect above you while riding.” ©Universal We can’t wait to see all the new attractions when Epic Universe opens in 2025. It’s been a while since we’ve stopped for a quick snack in EPCOT that wasn’t a festival food offering. EPCOT’s France Pavilion While we’ve been trying all the food booths from the Festival of the Arts and envisioning covering our walls with the latest Disney-inspired artwork, we needed to take a moment to stop by one of our favorite snack spots for a quick bite to eat. And we’re sure glad we did! On a recent trip to EPCOT, we found ourselves strolling through the beautiful France pavilion, and suddenly realized it had been a while since we’d stopped by one of our favorite snack spots! Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie at EPCOT is almost the very definition of a “hole in the wall” snack shop because it resides right inside the shop at the Beauty and the Beast sing-along exit. Les Halles We typically like most items that come from this restaurant, and their “grab and go” style of service really helps keep us moving through the rest of our day at the park. We were browsing the menu a bit when a new offering caught our attention. We spotted a new snack that had been added to the menu, the Patisserie a L’abricot. Patisserie a L’abricot We picked up this little cutie for $4.95 and were instantly chomping at the bit to try it! It’s made of a lightly toasted croissant that has a sweet and buttery inside with a sliced apricot on either side topped with powdered sugar. This snack really surprised us! There were pros and cons to it. We thought it was fairly straightforward in its presentation. A slice of apricot is lightly baked into each of the toasted croissant’s open sides, giving it a nice fruity flavor. It’s a little tart (as you would expect a ripe apricot to be), but it’s delightful against the soft flaky croissant. There’s fresh fruit here! However, there’s nothing inside the rest of the croissant, which was a bit disappointing. We were hoping to get more of the fruit inside the croissant and not just on the ends, but that was not the case. This might explain why it’s priced so well. Cross section Overall we enjoyed this as a quick bite to curb our appetite and to keep us going. But be aware that this croissant is not filled with apricot throughout. If that’s what you’re looking for, we would suggest another one of their fruit pastries. We’ve reviewed EVERY snack, treat, and restaurant in Disney World, so check out all of our reviews below. Tons of HUGE announcements just dropped about Universal Orlando’s new theme park, Epic Universe. All of the details about the five immersive lands have us seriously excited for the park’s 2025 opening! The cronos ©Universal Universal confirmed a few new rides that are coming to Epic Universe, and now we’ve discovered a key detail about two of those rides: the height requirements! If you’re thinking about planning a trip, you’ll want to make note of this info so that you know whether your little ones will be able to go on the new rides. The rides that Universal confirmed are both coming to Celestial Park, which is the central hub of Epic Universe. There’s a roller coaster that’s themed to the cosmos and a beautiful carousel! Starfall Racers To ride this coaster, guests will need to be at least 48″ tall. ©Universal Starfall Racers is a dual-launch roller coaster, so two vehicles launch simultaneously and “race” each other! The coaster will reach speeds up to 62 miles per hour, and the track will reach up to 133 feet high. In total, there are 5,000 feet of track. ©Universal The ride vehicles look like comets, and they “race along an inverted crisscross, known as the ‘Celestial Spin’ in a dazzling display of blazing colors and ethereal music.” ©Universal Universal shared this cool fact about the coaster: “With no external track lighting at night, the fully illuminated ride vehicles appear as comets shooting across the night sky above Celestial Park.” Constellation Carousel There is no height requirement for the Constellation Carousel, so the whole family can enjoy this ride. ©Universal This “imaginative carousel” is themed to the constellations. The animals in the carousel include celestial lions, dragons, peacocks, and more. ©Universal Every animal rotates 360 degrees and lifts riders up to six feet in the air! All of these Epic Universe announcements coming from Universal Orlando are making our heads spin! ©Universal With so much being announced about 5 new lands and restaurants and more to come, it’s easy to have a few things buried in the hubbub. Let’s take a closer look at the most exciting things announced for Celestial Park at Epic Universe so far! Universal Orlando just revealed more details about their upcoming park, Epic Universe. Within Epic Universe, a new land called Celestial Park will be the heart it all. It will also be the first land we’ll encounter at the new theme park after stepping through the entrance. The cronos ©Universal Celestial Park is expected to be made of “rolling gardens, chasing waterways, and strolling pathways,” and it’s really meant to mimic a real, nature-filled park. As soon as you enter the imaginative world, you’ll instantly be immersed in the atmosphere as you wander through “lush living gardens nestled along shimmering waters surrounded by stunning architecture inspired by astronomical and mythological elements.” This land can double as a place to relax while taking in the sights and sounds around you, but visitors will also be able to “take flight across a shooting comet on a roller coaster adventure, dine at brand-new restaurants and cuisines, and shop for exclusive merchandise.” ©Universal As we mentioned before, Celestial Park will be the gateway to explore the four additional worlds of Epic Universe. You’ll need to walk through here first to reach each land, but that doesn’t mean you should skip all there is to do inside Celestial Park! There will be several options to dine at new full-service restaurants like Atlantic and The Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant… ©Universal … and if you’re looking for something quicker, you can grab a savory selection of barbecue meals at The Oak & Star Tavern and a full assortment of pizza offerings at Pizza Moon. If you’re just in the mood to curb your sweet tooth, Moonship Chocolates & Celestial Sweets is where you’ll want to stop! You’ll be able to satisfy your cravings here with a unique selection of sweet treats, and more. There’s plenty of entertainment to be found here! You can also take a thrilling ride or two on the Starfall Racers… ©Universal … and Constellation Carousel! ©Universal There will even be an interactive wet-play area that will double as a giant compass rose to the whole park. This water display will also feature dancing crystal blue fountains that will spring to life all around you. The water fountains here are capable of reaching up to 135 feet into the air and will perform several fountain shows to music and interactive lighting from daylight through the night. ©Universal All of these new details are making us even more excited to step inside Epic Universe when it finally opens and try these things for ourselves!
