  3. I’ve strolled past the Adventureland Egg Roll Wagon lots of times. Learn About: Egg Roll WagonMagic Kingdom Disney World RestaurantsMaybe you have, too… and possibly without even knowing it. Adventureland hosts a few carts featuring the regulars like ice cream bars, popcorn, and plenty of cold drinks for tropical, Adventureland-type days. It also has the one responsible for the irresistible fragrance of cinnamon-glazed almonds on your way to Pirates of the Caribbean. But the Egg Roll Wagon stands alone in its little area and also stands alone in its food offerings, being the only grab-and-walk egg roll location in Magic Kingdom. You pass the little cart after the entrance to the Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse (give a shout if you still love it!). Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse And you can see it to your left when facing the Magic Carpets of Aladdin — it’s the little red cart with the cool overhang. Egg Roll Wagon on the left By the way… a word of warning: if you ever find yourself in line for an egg roll, watch out for this guy. Magic Carpets of Aladdin Camel He spits. How I manage to forget that every single time I’m in his general vicinity, I’ll never know. Anyway, back to the Wagon! Here it is on a slightly less busy day ;). Egg Roll Wagon But on the particular day of my recent visit, I was in Adventureland checking out the new homes for both Sunshine Tree Terrace and Aloha Isle. That’s when I noticed a little sign at the Egg Roll Wagon which made me do a double-take. You see, the Egg Roll Wagon typically offers fairly standard egg roll choices; you know, like pork and vegetable. Egg Roll Wagon menu But there was a brand new item available for testing, which means the outcome can be anything from deciding not to feature them at all, to offering them on peak days (such as the day I was there), to adding them to the regular menu. So, what is the test item in question (umm, if you didn’t see it in this post’s title ;)? Cheeseburger Spring Rolls! Cheeseburger Spring Rolls sign You don’t have to ask me twice! So, here they are, and you can already see that the roll wrappers are nicely crisped to a golden brown. Cheeseburger Spring Rolls Next is the inside, and straight up: the cross section of a Cheeseburger Spring Roll does not a beautiful picture make. But don’t let that sway you… Cross section of Cheeseburger Spring Rolls Sure, finely minced ground beef in melted cheese might not be visually gorgeous, and I’ll admit, the sight gave me pause before digging in. But dig in, I did… and the taste was what I’d hoped it would be when I saw the sign. Cross section of Cheeseburger Spring Rolls My spring rolls were served up piping hot and the wrappers were really fresh and crispy. Waiting inside the golden shell was a gooey, cheesy pile of minced beef, bringing together all the flavor elements of a fast food-style cheeseburger, only FRIED. A word about the cheese: while it is melted, it’s not plastic cheese, I don’t think. It had that nice American cheese taste perfectly associated with a cheeseburger. I thought it all came together really well. The only thing I might change is the portion size to a wee bit larger (basically because I started to have an almost immediate craving for them after I finished!), but really, that’s about it. The Cheeseburger Spring Rolls remind me a bit of the Gravy Fries at Everything Pop Food Court in the sense that — and I could be wrong, but I’m going to wager — most people will likely have an immediate instinct whether or not this is a snack for them. It’s probably either, “Oh. I am SO THERE,” or “No thanks, pal,” without much middle ground. So, are you in the “I don’t know why exactly, but that really appeals to me” Club? Then if you see ‘em, grab ‘em, because that might mean the Cheeseburger Spring Rolls have a chance to stick around post-test. And they sure passed mine! Reports on any future sightings of Cheeseburger Spring Rolls would be greatly appreciated . So, would you give them a try? Please let us know with a comment! 4. What fun to make our rounds on the World Showcase Promenade and taste all the new creations from Executive Chef Gregg Hannon and his team at the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. We love the blooms, but the food gets most of our attention. Chef Gregg agreed to share two brand-new recipes this year, one savory, one sweet. The Beef Brisket Burnt Ends Hash from The Smokehouse: Barbecue and Brews takes a little time, but, oh, it’s worth it. “Burnt Ends,” by the way are the crunchier outside pieces of leftover brisket – so you get to enjoy a beef brisket, then make this fabulous hash for another meal. And the Florida Blueberry and Lemon Curd Tart from the Florida Fresh Outdoor Kitchen takes advantage of blueberry season in the Sunshine State. So if we don’t see you on the promenade between now and May 17, we hope you’ll try these recipes at home. For two great Florida Fresh Outdoor Kitchen recipes back by demand this year, check out the Watermelon Salad and Shrimp and Grits. For more information, call 407/W-DISNEY (934-7639) or go to epcotinspring.com. The festival, including all gardening programs and exhibits, is included in regular Epcot admission. Add onion and sauté 5-8 minutes, or until onions are translucent.Add flour, stirring constantly, for 3-5 minutes. Do not allow mixture to brown.Add cream, salt, white pepper and nutmeg. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes, or until simmering. Slowly add cheese, stirring constantly, 3-5 minutes, until cheese melts and is creamy. Add diced jalapeño peppers. Keep warm until ready to serve. For burnt ends brisket hash: Heat canola oil in a large sauté pan over medium for 5 minutes, or until oil is shimmering. Carefully add potatoes. Combine milk, vanilla and remaining 1/4 cup sugar in medium saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat.Remove 1 cup of hot milk and slowly pour into the cornstarch/egg mixture, whisking briskly, so eggs do not cook.Stir cornstarch/egg/milk mixture back into remaining hot milk. Return saucepan to medium-low heat, stirring constantly so eggs do not curdle or scorch on bottom of pan; cook until cream thickens. Remove from heat and add butter, stirring until completely blended. Stir in lemon juice. Pour mixture into a heat-proof container, cover with plastic wrap placed in contact with surface of cream to avoid forming skin. Refrigerate until chilled. For vanilla tarts: Mix egg yolk, water and vanilla together in a small bowl; set aside.Combine flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Cut butter into flour mixture using pastry cutter or 2 knives until texture resembles coarse cornmeal. Butter pieces should be no larger than small peas.Add egg mixture; mix with fork just until dough pulls together.Preheat oven to 325°F.Transfer dough onto lightly floured work surface; pat into a ball and flatten. Cut dough into 6 equal portions.Roll out each portion into a circle about 2 inches larger than the diameter of each tart pan. Place dough into tart pans without stretching. With fingers, snugly press dough into sides and bottom. Press along top edge of pans to remove excess dough. Prick bottom and sides of each tart. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. For blueberry filling: Prepare an ice water bath to accommodate a medium saucepan.Combine 1 cup blueberries, sugar and water in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.Add cinnamon and remaining cup of blueberries, continue to cook until entire mixture thickens slightly, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and place pan in ice water bath to cool. For blueberry meringue: Whip egg whites in a large glass or metal bowl until foamy. Add cream of tartar, then gradually add sugar and whip until stiff peaks form. Fold in blueberry puree. To serve: Cover bottom of each tart with blueberry filling. Layer lemon pastry cream on top of blueberry filling. Place meringue in piping bag with a wide opening decorator tip (so blueberries in meringue do not clog tip). Garnish each tart. Chef’s note: For the tart, a stand mixer with a flat beater can be using instead of mixing dough by hand. Mix flour, sugar and salt at low speed. Add butter, beat on medium-low speed until texture resembles coarse cornmeal, with butter pieces no larger than small peas. Add egg yolk, water and vanilla mixture, beat just until dough pulls together. We’ve shared many shots of Disney castles from Disney Parks around the world here in this series over the past few years, but I have to say that this one, snapped at Hong Kong Disneyland, may just be my new favorite. I just love the lighting and the illuminated stained glass windows at the top. 11. Is it visions of the future, eternal youth or earthly riches that you seek? One of our excavation crew members just returned from the deep jungles of Adventureland at Disneyland park … just wait until you see what they uncovered! As you can see, artifacts range from precious metals (pins), leather (hats and whips) and cotton (T-shirts and fleece), along with other ancient remains (mug). Are you brave enough to battle snakes, spiders and anything else that crosses your path? If so, head due west towards the Indiana Jones Trading Outpost to see for yourselves. Special Tip: If you stop by the shop, take a moment or two to play a game of Indiana Jones Pinball Adventure! 12. Look for big changes at Planet Hollywood and Paradiso 37 at Downtown Disney, with Paradiso 37 wrapping up its expansion in summer 2015, Planet Hollywood in spring 2016. Paradiso 37’s expansion capitalizes on its beautiful waterfront setting. “We’re nearly doubling the seating, adding more terrace dining, a new outdoor performance stage and expanding to add a greater presence on the new Disney Springs promenade,” said Rashid Choufani, chief executive officer of Paradiso 37. The menu, a “Taste of the Americas,” will continue to offer a culinary tour of North, Central and South America, with popular dishes including ceviche, jalapeño burgers, Argentinian skirt steak, whole crispy chicken and Chilean-style salmon. Beverages include wine, beer, and specialty rum and tequila cocktails inspired by the cuisine. (The restaurant takes its name from the 37 countries in the Americas.) Paradiso 37 will remain open while undergoing renovations. Planet Hollywood gets a complete makeover – you may not recognize the place as it’s transformed into a four-story stargazing observatory to match the design aesthetic of Disney Springs. While the exterior is turn-of-the-century, the interior will feature spherical, planet-shaped lighting fixtures and stylish finishing to create a welcoming atmosphere for fans to celebrate a new generation of superstar entertainers. And the memorabilia from movies stays, a perfect fit to “Dine Amongst the Stars.” A new outdoor terrace and outdoor bar space called Stargazers will feature live entertainment while music in the main dining room will include a DJ. Favorites remain on the menu, but look for new tastes too, and a trendy beverage menu – everything from milkshakes and smoothies to wines, bottled and draft beers and cocktails. 14. Call it a little Disney Magic! Mind blown? Yeah, mine too. You’re not seeing things…two of Magic Kingdom’s most beloved snack stops have switched places! We’ve heard rumors, and now it seems to be happening: major changes are underway in Adventureland. We’re still awaiting confirmation that a brand new restaurant might be coming to the area, but in the meantime, Aloha Isle and Sunshine Tree Terrace have swapped real estate. And we have lots of brand new pictures of the change as it’s happening right now! Here’s FIRST LOOK at the brand new Aloha Isle Sign! Clearly, the Dole sponsorship is still firmly in place. NEW Aloha Isle Sign Check out this photo of the NEW Aloha Isle locale! Sunshine Tree Terrace Morphs Into Aloha Isle Overnight! As you can see from the menu pic below, NEARLY everything that you previously enjoyed at Aloha Isle is now available at this new (old? new?) location. You can still enjoy Dole Whip, Dole Whip Swirl, Dole Whip Floats, fresh spears of Pineapple, and Dole Pineapple Juice, in addition to other drink options. The Souvenir Tiki Mug is also still on offer. Aloha Isle Menu at NEW Location — Click to Enlarge Currently, the orange flavored Dole Whip seems to be missing… more on that later. And now, let’s check out the new Sunshine Tree Terrace! The new Sunshine Tree Terrace sign has a retro vibe fitting the spot’s original opening date. So rest easy, Orange Bird Fans! The little guy doesn’t have far to fly to his new roost. Hooray for Orange Bird! But where’s that awesome Orange Bird Souvenir Cup that I’m dying to add to my collection? Will it return?? And while we’re at it, what about that Best-of-Both-Worlds Snack, the Orange Dole Whip? And What about Citrus Swirl Floats?? We spoke to a handful of awesome Cast Members, and basically, a lot is still up in the air. All of these favorite treats may return in the future, but for right now, it seems to be all about the basics — getting situated in the new digs and offering two of the most sought-after Magic Kingdom Treats without interruption. (And with Florida temps in the high 80s this week, this is a GREAT thing.) Citrus Swirl at Sunshine Tree Terrace So — your favorite two spots to get refreshing fruit-based goodies will both continue to exist — at least for now! The Classic Dole Whip Float! 17. Join us in welcoming Guest Author Mark Zambrano with a review from Disneyland Paris. Today, he takes us to the brand new Bistrot Chez Rémy! Welcome to Chez Remy Bistrot Chez Rémy is the new 370 seat table service restaurant located on La Place de Rémy at Walt Disney Studios Park, the largest in Disneyland Paris. Immaculately themed with Disney details around every bend, this rat-sized addition to Disneyland Paris is a fantastic chance to step inside the wonderful world of Ratatouille. AtmosphereFollow the signs from Toy Story Playland to La Place de Rémy, where roofs are crowded with crooked chimneys, classic Parisian street lamps line the cobblestone streets, and hidden Rémy’s abound. Imagineers seemed to have spared no expense creating this “Pixar Paris” that transports guests to the City of Light right in the middle of a Disney Park. Adjacent to the incredible new ride, Ratatouille: The Adventure – L’Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy, is Bistrot Chez Rémy, serving French food with flare and shrinking diners to the size of Rémy & Co. with the help of some very oversized furniture, cutlery, and other accoutrements. Chez Rémy Sign Bistrot Chez Rémy Outdoor Awning Chez Rémy Door Detail As soon as you walk through the door of Chez Rémy, you are immersed in Ratatouille. From Chef Gusteau’s Golden Fork award, Rémy’s honorary Doctorate of Culinary Arts, Anton Ego’s famous critique or the famed “Anyone Can Cook!” cookbook, the walls are awash with memorabilia to set the mood. Make sure to pay special attention as you walk past the check in desk – you might just spy a 5 euro note framed on the wall. It’s the tip left by Chez Rémy’s very first customer! Chez Rémy Check In Podium Chez Rémy Podium Up Close Chez Rémy Waiting Area Chez Rémy Waiting Area Seating Chez Rémy Decor Chez Rémy Chez Rémy Wall Decor Chez Rémy Lobby Decor Continue on to the dining room where champagne corks serve as stools, giant plates divide the booths and lights come courtesy of candles on spoons. Tropical drink umbrellas add flare to jelly topped tables, Christmas lights hang through giant copper pots on the ceiling and measuring spoons dress the walls with tacks. You can tell great pains were taken to replicate the final scene of the movie to a T. As we were guided to our table (AKA the top of a sardine can), we barely had enough time to take it all in. Chez Rémy Dining Room Chez Rémy Table Chez Rémy Tables Chez Rémy Table and Decor Chez Rémy Dining Room Details Chez Rémy Dining Room Chez Rémy Dining Room Chez Rémy Lighting Chez Rémy Decor Detail Chez Rémy Seating Areas EatsOur bottle cap chairs were surprisingly comfortable as we perused the menu – all prix fixe with the exception of dessert, if you so choose. While offerings are limited, there should be something for everyone on the menu – including vegetarians. The dish made famous by one little chef (ahem, ratatouille!) is of course, offered with each main course as a side. Menu Cover Napkin The starter course offered for adults was a mixed green salad. Our choices for the main course were three: grilled beef, cod, or tofu casserole. Thankfully, although maybe not for the calorie conscious, the dessert menu was much larger with seven delicious sounding treats. The kids menu looked appetizing – even to us – with a melon salad starter and beef meatballs, salmon, or linguini as main dishes. Little chefs even have their own dessert choices: an eclair or cream cheese with fresh fruit – and a special note from Rémy himself! Menu Menu Kids Menu My dining companion and I both selected the Rémy menu, which includes a starter and main dish of your choice. I opted for the smoked cod with mashed potatoes in a buerre blanc (white butter) sauce and my friend chose the grilled beef with the chef’s sauce and french fries. Of course no meal in Paris would be complete without a glass of wine, so we treated ourselves to the Cuvée Bistrot Chez Rémy, a Bordeaux wine produced especially for the restaurant by Cheval Quancard. It was absolutely delicious and highly recommended. Mixed green salads began our culinary adventures at Chez Rémy and included fresh lettuce, shredded carrots and beets, a few tomatoes, and grated cheese covered in a sesame/soy/balsamic vinaigrette. The ingredients were light and refreshing, a very nice start to our meal. Chez Rémy Salad Next up was the main course. While the cod was well cooked and lightly seasoned, the real star of the show was the mashed potatoes. Soaked in a buerre blanc sauce, they were fluffy and delicious. I probably could have eaten about six more bowls! Just to note here: the side of ratatouille that comes with the cod is included in the same pot as the main dish and potatoes. If you are hoping to experience the ratatouille on its own, go for the beef. Cod and Mashed Potatoes The grilled beef was cooked medium as requested (fun fact: those colored Goofy picks in the beef indicate how the meat is cooked) and the sauce (delivered in a tiny chef’s hat no less!) was fantastic and really made the dish more than just a simple steak. Steak Frites The cup of ratatouille (vegetables topped with a roasted tomato) while small, is flavorful and no doubt fresh, coming from Rémy’s own garden not far from Disneyland Paris itself! Ratatouille When it was time for dessert, the tough choices began. We’re in France so you know the odds of disappointment are slim to none and we really couldn’t go wrong. Plus we could spy the dessert case on top of a larger than life butter dish not far from our table. Ultimately, we ordered the tiramisu which came in a large glass and was topped with a white chocolate Rémy himself. More than enough for two, this was the highlight of my dinner. It’s a good thing we were in Disney and calories don’t count there. Tiramisu OverallAs we left our table and headed back out into Walt Disney Studios, we took a few extra minutes to wander around the restaurant and take in all of the fabulous Disney details this new location has to offer. Overall we enjoyed our meal at Bistrot Chez Rémy. The menu, though small, has enough offerings to please everyone in your party. The only thing to note would be that there are absolutely no substitutions here, so what you see is what you get. That said, the food really does play second fiddle to the surroundings. It is a bit more pricey than other table service restaurants around Disneyland Paris, but the atmosphere and complete immersion into a beloved film are where most Disney fans will find their value. The setting is what you will come for and you will not be disappointed. A chance to dine at Rémy’s restaurant is a special experience and is worth a visit in itself. Mark currently lives in Paris and is a frequent visitor to Disneyland Paris. He writes about his love of all things Disney and his other adventures abroad at paradisefoundaround.com. Oh, right… quiche, salads, baguettes, macarons…. well, you’re gonna need more than a few trips to hit it all! Should you be a wee bit overwhelmed with your choices here (and who could blame you?), we’re here to help. It’s more of the sweet stuff today, and we’re focusing on a classic as well as a dessert with a little twist. The Mousse au Chocolat is our classic. I don’t know if it’s my bias towards all things Les Halles, but the Chocolate Mousse here — both in appearance and flavor — strike me as a bit darker and richer than other mousse desserts I’ve tried. Mouse au Chocolat As expected, it’s light and creamy, and you can definitely call it “airy,” though it still has a bit of substance to it. Topped off with a sprinkling of crunchy garnish, the mousse scratches that itch for chocolate decadence while still being a bit of a lighter option if you’ve already filled yourself to the brim with a Jambon Beurre. (Shoot. I said it, and now I want one. GREAT.) Mousse au Chocolat Like the idea of giving the Mousse au Chocolat a go yourself? We’ve got the recipe for you! The funny thing about our next selection is the name. Per the menu, this one’s called Chocolat. Seems pretty simple, but there’s a little more to it, since “Chocolat” is a mini-pie filled with caramel cream and topped with some of that same chocolate mousse. Personally? I call it the “chocolat shark.” “Chocolat” The teeny slice of dark chocolate peeking out of it gives it a sharkey little “ooh la-la” factor. And don’t you love the look of that perfect little pie crust? Chocolate and Caramel Cream You already know about the chocolate mousse, but it’s really the caramel cream that makes this one stand out. To me, it resembles a custard, and the golden, buttery flavor of both the caramel and the crust paired with the mousse give that bite of something sweet with just a hint of salt, all wrapped up in a fun presentation. Chocolate and Caramel Cream It’s that terrific flavor combo that we love in treats like the Chocolate-covered Sea Salt Caramel at Karamell-Küche, in a lighter texture. And there ya go… that’s two more tucked into that case of about twenty desserts just waiting to tempt you at Les Halles. So remember, as you’re strolling the World Showcase in search of something sweet and wondering if a treat at Les Halles might do the trick, the answer is pretty much always… “Oui!” Want Even More Epcot Snack Details?Let’s face it: snacks are a big deal during your Disney vacation. 24. It was fun seeing some of the progress amidst all the Disney Springs construction on a recent trip to Downtown Disney. While the main purpose of my visit was to check out the new Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC, I was also able to do some exploring and check out a few new features in the area, including the recently opened Village Causeway on the Marketplace side. Village Causeway This also gave me a chance to try a little something from Flour and Sugar, one of four new retail kiosks on the Causeway. The reason for interest in Flour and Sugar is that is specializes in cookies — and not just any cookies, but cookies inspired by the Sunshine State. Let’s have a look! Flour & Sugar sign AtmosphereAs mentioned, Flour and Sugar itself is simply a kiosk. We’ll be exploring the stand itself momentarily, but the “atmosphere” I’m mainly referring to revolves around the Village Causeway itself, where Flour and Sugar finds its home. Village Causeway We’ve been keeping an eye on the Causeway since its earliest construction days when it looked like this: The beginnings of the Causeway (April 2014) The Village Causeway allows easier access from the area surrounding T-Rex and the Lego Store to the Rainforest Cafe side of the Marketplace. The view below of Fulton’s Crab House is from the start of the bridge on the T-Rex side. The view from the T-Rex and Lego side of the Causeway The Rainforest Cafe side of the Causeway What used to be solely water space now provides a roomy passage, and if you’ve ever been caught in the gridlock around the World of Disney store (also rumored to receive its own expansion one of these days), I don’t need to tell you what a great thing the Causeway is. Aside from the walkway, there are a few benches here and there to relax and take in the views, and the lamp posts are already displaying the Disney Springs logo for when the time comes. Bench area Lamp post Ready for Disney Springs! And finally, there is a group of small kiosks. Flour and Sugar has three neighbors: Florida Bath Co., Icon Jewellery, and Kate & Leo (featuring toys and games). The vibe is pretty casual — just have a quick peek as you walk by and see if anything catches your fancy. Kiosks on the Causeway Of course, we’re most interested in the one selling food, so let’s stop by! EatsFlour and Sugar sells cookies inspired by cities, towns and areas here in the Sunshine State of Florida, and you can catch the theme right off the bat from the wording on the kiosk: “Florida Inspired Cookies.” Flour and Sugar kiosk Flour and Sugar kiosk Just stroll right up and have a look in the compartments to see the packaged cookie options. Some of the connections of the cookie recipe to its namesake city are obvious: for instance, a Toasted Coconut Key Lime Cookie presents tropical flavors for South Beach and a Strawberry Blend Shortbread Cookie represents Plant City (click on the image to enlarge). Part of the cookie selection at Flour and Sugar Other connections are less obvious (to me, anyway; as a still-rather-new Floridian, there are plenty of places I’m not very familiar with yet – I could be missing something here), like the Cinnamon Pecan Cookie for Naples, the Chocolate Pecan Cookie for Celebration, and the PB&J Cookie for Hollywood, FL. Celebration Chocolate Pecan Cookie Hollywood PB&J Cookie Weikwa Chocolate Hazelnut S’more Clearly, Flour and Sugar has no kitchen ;). A Cast Member shared that the cookies are baked in a local Orlando bakery and brought to Flour and Sugar. You can see the “Baked in Florida with Love” message on the colorful kiosk decorations. “Baked in Florida with Love” I selected a Key Lime S’more inspired by Siesta Key, in honor of the return of tropical-type temps recently here in Florida. Key Lime S’more for Siesta Key The Key Lime S’more has a thick marshmallow center with graham cookies surrounding it. Key Lime S’more Rather than chocolate, as with a traditional S’more, this version has a key lime icing lining the cookies. It’s a thin layer which is difficult to see without pulling the cookie apart, but you can definitely taste the citrus, giving it a fun tropical boost. Key Lime flavored icing lining the cookies Like a graham cracker, the cookies are good and crumbly, and the marshmallow inside was soft. Key Lime S’more The whole thing came together pretty well, and the key lime was fun departure from a regular S’more. But I can’t say it’s going to land on a must-have snack list for me. While it was fine, I’d probably still head to Ghirardelli’s or Goofy’s Candy Co. for my choice of sweet treats in the Marketplace, personally. But that’s not to say that I don’t think Flour and Sugar has a place, though. Read on to see what I mean… OverallI think the idea behind Flour and Sugar is super fun, and the cookies could make great souvenirs to enjoy a taste of the Sunshine State back home. Or, if you’re one who enjoys grabbing small gifts for your friends, family, or coworkers, this fits the bill for that purpose — especially if you’ve made other Florida destinations part of your travels. For locals like myself, I could certainly see grabbing a few of these for some Christmas-time stocking fun for family members. And since shopping for souvenirs and gifts is one of the main things happening all over Downtown Disney, Flour and Sugar seems to fit right in! Flour and Sugar logo And I can definitely tell you I’m all for their philosophy: “Happiness is only a cookie away…” Will you be stopping by Flour and Sugar on your next trip to the Marketplace?
