  1. One of the best ways to recharge after a long day at the parks or energize yourself in the morning is with a snack, and peanut butter anything makes for a great treat. This brings us to Craftsman Grill over at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel. Craftsman Grill sign Earlier today we reviewed a new Sorcerer Mickey Cupcake from their grab and go case, and now they’ve got a new sweet that is a peanut butter lover’s best friend. The Peanut Butter Blondie they’ve added here is a dream come true if you REALLY love peanut butter. There’s peanut butter batter with peanut butter candy mixed in, peanut butter icing, and, you guessed it, more peanut butter candies on top. Peanut Butter Blondie in case This is going to run you $6.50, and you’re going to get every penny back in terms of size. This thing is huge, so you can share it to take some of the load off. Peanut Butter Blondie The Blondie was fresh and inviting, but, again, just make sure you love a bunch of peanut butter on everything because it does pack a punch. Overall, it was a good Blondie and you definitely get what you pay for. Peanut Butter Blondie cross-section Craftsman Grill continues to churn out new food items to impress us, whether it’s the Vegetarian Hot Dog, the Sorcerer Mickey Cupcake, or now this Peanut Butter Blondie. If they keep making them, we’ll keep coming back to try them! Check out our full review of the Sorcerer Mickey Cupcake here! Join the DFB Newsletter to get all the breaking news right in your inbox! Jaleo And if this dinner is as off-the-chain as it sounds, it’s going to be one VERY cool experience, indeed! An exclusive Truffle and Wine Dinner is coming next month to Jaleo! And while the Chef José Andrés’ Disney Springs restaurant is known for its delicious modern Spanish cuisine, the “star” of this meal is being flown in from Spain just for this event! And according to Jaleo, the black truffles are being collected by hand THAT DAY and brought over from the Spanish countryside to be the featured ingredient in each of the nine unique dishes! Jaleo Open Kitchen Each course will be paired with wines that will marry well with the flavors and textures of the truffle-centric courses. The experience costs $299 and includes taxes, fees, and gratuities. The meal will also start with a small interactive truffle demonstration where you’ll get to learn more about the key ingredient! Jaleo Get yo’ tickets now if this sounds like your idea of a good time! 13. You know we here at Disney Food Blog love our cupcakes and Disney just keeps giving us new creations to enjoy. Welcome to the Grand Californian! We’ve got one for you today from Disneyland’s Grand Californian Hotel and y’all, this cupcake is CUTE! You can find this new sweet treat down at the GCH Craftsman Grill for $7.00. GCH Craftsman Grill Inspired by Mickey’s turn as a sorcerer’s apprentice, this cupcake features a vanilla base, white vanilla frosting, and shimmery blue sugar pearls and stars in the frosting. Sorcerer Mickey cupcake To round out the whole thing, a chocolate sorcerer’s hat and Mickey ears perch on top. Cross-section glory This cupcake is really cute and makes us jump right into “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice” segment from Fantasia. The music is going to be stuck in our heads for hours! He lost his hat! While it is tasty and very nostalgic, it is kind of plain and doesn’t really have that “WOW” factor we’ve seen from other cupcakes around the resort. That might actually work to your advantage though if you have kids who are picky eaters or just like simple, reliable flavors. We’re equal opportunity Disney cupcake lovers over here, so almost any cupcake will get a thumbs up from up. We even love the more simple flavors out there like this lil guy! And this one gets bonus points in the cute department! Head over to Craftsman Grill to pick one up! Have you had a chance to try this cupcake? Let us know what you thought down in the comments!
