Earlier this month, many new Star Wars offerings debuted at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, including Star Wars Launch Bay and Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple. We’re happy to share with you today that the next offering set to debut, the “Symphony In The Stars: A Galactic Spectacular” fireworks show, will blast off at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on December 18 – and we’ll be there to live stream the first show for all of you. “Symphony In The Stars: A Galactic Spectacular” is a dazzling Star Wars-themed fireworks show that’s set to memorable music featured throughout the saga. Great news if you’re a fan of California Grill, Sunday Brunch — or both! Learn About: California GrillDisney World RestaurantsComing on the heels of the announcement that Narcoossee’s at the Grand Floridian would begin offering a Sunday brunch, now we are hearing that California Grill will do the same. The popular signature restaurant, which sits atop Disney’s Contemporary Resort, has been a dinner-only spot since opening in the 1990s. But as Disney World continues to expand hours in table service restaurants across property, it looks like California Grill will soon join the trend. The experience promises to be a hybrid of sorts. If you’d like, you can choose to begin your meal with something to drink. Options include both mocktails and cocktails, or indulge in a trip to the Bloody Mary Bar. Bloody Marys from the Bloody Mary Bar Guests begin their meal with house made Breakfast Pastries and Breads. Assortments will include Caramel Apple Monkey Bread, Cranberry Pecan Scones, and Tillamook Cheddar Biscuits, accompanied by Jam made from scratch and Orange Blossom Honey Butter. Next, you’ll have the chance to interact with culinary staff at the counter of the on-stage kitchen. Here, guests can enjoy tasting portions of dishes like House-Smoked Orange Honey Ham and Deviled Eggs, which will feature Lake Meadow Naturals Eggs. Deviled Eggs Greek Yogurt Parfaits, interesting Salads, and an assortment of Sushi will also be on offer. Sushi Offerings for Brunch The next course will feature plated entrees. Guests can choose from a wide range of offerings. Here are some of the items that are planned: Pan-Fried Buttermilk Organic Chicken Cutlet with Haricots Verts, Toasted Almonds, Frisée, Beurre NoisetteSweet Potato Pancakes with Caramelized Heirloom Apples, Dried Cranberry and Raisin Compote, Vanilla Custard, Warm Canadian Maple SyrupShrimp and Grits: Gulf White Shrimp with Tillamook Cheddar Grits, Spicy Tomato Broth, Espellette-Spiced Tomato RagoutShrimp and Grits Poached Lobster Benedict with Butter-Poached Tail, Two Soft-Poached Eggs, Honey Ham, Yuzu Hollandaise, Marble Potato HashChef’s Frittata with Three Lake Meadow Farms Eggs, Florida Heirloom Tomatoes, Roasted Poblanos, Chorizo, Creamy Goat Cheese, Marble Potato HashGrilled Flat Iron Steak with Soft Poached Eggs, Chimichurri, Marble Potato Hash and Charred Red OnionLobster Eggs Benedict Grilled Flat Iron Steak After all of that, the dessert menu will focus on small offerings, with Mini-Desserts, Macarons, and Chocolate Truffles as sweet ending options. The price is prix fixe and will be $80 for adults and $48 for children ages 3 to 11. Advance Dining Reservations will open on Wednesday, December 16 and can be booked online or by calling 407-WDW-DINE (407-939-3463). No word yet on whether they’ll accept Disney Dining Plan or Tables in Wonderland, but we assume so, since California Grill accepts both. Yesterday, I was honored to witness what the holidays are all about, right here at Disneyland park! After a seven-month deployment, U.S. Marine Brian Demo was reunited with his five-year-old daughter, Abigail, whose one and only wish was to have her daddy home in time for Christmas. Abigail brought a letter to Santa sharing her special wish. Santa asked Abigail to close her eyes and ring a magic bell. He said that if her heart was true, then her wish just might come true. It is moments like these that make the Disneyland Resort the Happiest Place on Earth. Watch their heartfelt reunion! It’s no secret that I love cupcakes. The pastry team at Disney’s Contemporary Resort creates beautiful cupcakes, each one a work of art. (Check out how they’re made in this video!) Each month, cupcakes are themed to the season, holidays and more. To celebrate National Cupcake Day, I’ve got a sneak peek of the Contempo Café 2016 cupcake calendar: January (December 26 – January 30): Strawberry Cupcake with strawberry filling and buttercream icing; Vanilla Cupcake with cookies and cream filling and chocolate buttercream. Also look for a cupcake to commemorate the winner of ‘The Big Game.’February (January 31 – February 27): Mexican Coffee Cupcake–chocolate cake with Mexican coffee cream filling; Vanilla Cupcake with cookies and cream filling and chocolate-orange swirled vanilla buttercream. The Ganachery is now open at Disney Springs, a jewel box of a shop that showcases the beauty of chocolate with an experience much like a wine tasting. The star of the show is a custom-made ganache, Disney’s own recipe for a luxurious mixture of melted chocolate and cream. Thanks to Walt Disney Imagineering, the little shop expands the story of chocolate through the design, costumes, graphics, props and packaging, says Imagineer Theron Skees. “We like to tell a story, because when guests arrive they want to feel like it’s a real place,” says Skees. Like all the buildings at Disney Springs, there is a history – the shop used to be an apothecary where residents of the springs came for medicinal needs. Then, as the story goes, the space was taken over by a South American couple who turned their love for the cocoa bean into a fantastic chocolate shop. (Most of the cocoa beans are sourced from South America, so the Imagineers wanted to layer in a Latin American flair, from the ceramic drawer pulls to music seasoned with South American sounds.) “It’s a fresh take on an old apothecary,” says Skees. Bottles, scales and other props are inspired by drugstores of another era, and well-used copper pots add a layer of history. Be sure to check out the chandelier made from authentic copper pots and kettles used to make chocolate. Walls are painted the color of dark chocolate, another the color of caramel. Photos on the wall are the couple that opened the shop, making a fictitious history seem more real. “Our cast members will bring our story to life and make our guests feel part of it,” says Skees. The theming carries through right down to the packaging, says Skees. “Traditional Apothecary labels are ‘blocked’ with spaces for weights, measurements and descriptions, so we were inspired by that idea and made it more modern for the elegant chocolate bars and chocolate boxes.” Thus the clever tagline, “the cure for common chocolate.” The packaging design and all of the shop’s coloration are browns, caramel, cream and ivory, inspired by all the colors of chocolate. Stop by and try one of the 16 flavors of ganache, like dark chocolate with a touch of shaved Egyptian salt, or milk chocolate with a dash of dark chocolate and a pinch of Sri Lankan cinnamon. Have you ever participated in a runDisney event? If so, you know that there is no other race like it! Whether it’s your first time participating in an event or you are a seasoned racer, here are a few “fast” facts you might not have known about Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend presented by Cigna. Who exactly likes to runDisney? Not only are all 50 states represented during marathon weekend, but athletes from 67 countries participate as well. In fact, there are over 56,000 unique runners registered in all of the events. The start line of the Walt Disney World 5K, Walt Disney World 10K, Walt Disney World Half Marathon and Walt Disney World Marathon will have approximately 113,500 pairs of shoes that will cross the combined start lines. Are you a fan of our theme parks? If you’ve visited Epcot and explored World Showcase, you might not be too far off from completing a 5K! Walking from Mexico to Canada clockwise is roughly 1.2 miles. If you walk around World Showcase three times, you’ve gone a little bit further than the distance of a 5K, which is 3.1 miles. When you think of distance in Disney terms, it’s completely achievable! This holiday season, our first as “Disney Springs,” it’s been fun to see all that’s new on property during this most festive time of year. It’s also been nice to take a walk down memory lane and reminisce about some of my favorite long-time offerings. At the top of list? The Christmas music that fills the promenade through December. One of our performers, Pat Frost, has been making musical magic for years. With his Santa hat and conch shells, his rendition of familiar holiday tunes is unique, to say the least! I loved taking a look back at this 2012 video from Christmas past when we were still “Downtown Disney” and the West Side hadn’t yet begun to make way for new locations like Starbucks and United World Soccer. The holiday season is here, which means that making holiday treats may be on your list of activities for coming weeks – I know it’s on mine! We recently stopped by the Candy Cauldron at Disney Springs to learn how to make one of their most popular seasonal candy apples: the snowman apple. You’ll need: one Granny Smith apple, one candy apple stick, one marshmallow, melted caramel, melted white chocolate, three mini M&Ms, three mini chocolate chips, granulated sugar, one candy fruit wrap, and one mini peanut butter cup (for a top hat). 2016 is gearing up to be a positively HUGE year for Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Learn About: Thirsty River Bar and Trek SnacksAnimal Kingdom Disney World RestaurantsThe headlining news revolves around the highly anticipated Rivers of Light spectacular, which — along with evening journeys at Kilimajaro Safaris also beginning sometime in the spring — will transform Animal Kingdom into a park with nighttime activities for the first time. Naturally, this transition into a full day park will affect dining options, since expanded operating hours will result in a larger need for more dining opportunities. In fact, it’s already been announced that Animal Kingdom will also be getting its first Signature Restaurant in 2016, Tiffins. But it’s not just huge shows and signature eateries coming to Animal Kingdom. Some additions are more subtle, but certainly still worth noting. For instance… SURPRISE!! As of this past Saturday, there is a brand new bar and snack stand you can now enjoy in Animal Kingdom’s Asia. Thirsty River Bar and Trek Snacks Welcome to Thirsty River Bar and Trek Snacks! Let’s have a look! AtmosphereJust within view of Expedition Everest, you’ll find Thirsty River Bar and Trek Snacks waiting to greet guests fresh on their way to (or from!) their encounter with the mountain’s Yeti. Welcome to Asia! Expedition Everest You may be familiar with this spot if you ever grabbed a good old-fashioned paper FastPass for the popular attraction from the FastPass distribution machines… when such things existed all those many years ago, that is . Thirsty River Bar and Trek Snacks Looking back, maybe the teeny, random pop-up bar that was often spotted in this same general area was something of a test for a more permanent bar in this setting. Still, though a more regular operation, Thirsty River doesn’t offer the same sit-and-stay-awhile vibe of the Dawa Bar in Animal Kingdom’s Africa. It’s more of a sip-and-stroll experience since there’s no seating to speak of. Thirsty River Bar and Trek Snacks It’s a simple walk-up counter setup with drinks (Thirsty River Bar) on one side, and food (Trek Snacks) on the other. Still, because we’ve learned to expect nothing less from Animal Kingdom, we were keen to spy a few of those beautiful and often intricate details that are the park’s signature. Decor On The Walls Kitchen And Bar Decor Be sure to take a walk around the entire bar to spot some perfectly-themed and clever stickers! Yeti Sticker! Decorative Stickers Yep, Gupta’s Gear has made its business presence known at the Thirsty River Bar, too . Gupta’s Gear Sticker Decorative Stickers The Tibetan prayer flags that can be spotted all over the Asia section of the park can be found here as well. Tibetan Prayer Flags Small, wonderfully weathered-looking condiment stations can be found at each side of the new spot, complete with those trademark Animal Kingdom paper straws and chopsticks. Condiment and Silverware Station Condiment and Silverware Station Paper Straws and Chop Sticks So, I think it’s time to see what you’ll be sippin’! EatsAre you hungry or thirsty… or both? No worries — as we mentioned, there are two sides to Thirsty River Bar and Trek Snacks to take care of you . Starting with the bar portion, drinks include frozen and mixed cocktails and mocktails, along with a selection of beer (on tap and by the bottle or can), and wine. Drink Menu The Khumbu Icefall and Flying Yak (we’ll be trying both in just a moment) make up the Frosty Beverages, while Specialty Cocktails include the Durbar Margarita (traditional, but with ginger providing the twist), the Himalayan Ghost, and the non-alcoholic Pink Lotus. Thirsty River offers a full bar as well, and both sides of the bar were staffed with obviously experienced bartenders ready to serve up a wide range of cocktails. Thirsty River Bar and Trek Snacks Bartender Full Bar Starting with the Frosty (frozen) Beverage options, let’s go with the grown up one first ;): the Khumbu Icefall! Khumbu Icefall This DELICIOUS drink is made with Cruzan Guava Rum, coconut and raspberry puree, all garnished with three raspberries. Raspberries on the Khumbu Icefall It’s a fun, refreshing combination of fruity flavors alongside the coconut. Even amidst all that flavor, I was happy to be able to taste the rum as well. Up next is the kid-friendly (non-alcoholic) Flying Yak, a blended combination of mango puree, coconut water and pineapple juice, dressed up with a small wedge of pineapple. Flying Yak I really liked the flavor combo with this one, too, but it’s definitely on the sweet side, so it will likely be a favorite for the kiddos! Flying Yak The Himalayan Ghost cocktail is one of the Specialty Cocktails available. It’s made with Snow Leopard Vodka, guava and Odwalla lemonade. Himalayan Ghost Looking pretty much like a strawberry lemonade, I was surprised to find that the guava really does give it a different flavor, coming together with the other ingredients to resemble pear, more than anything. Himalayan Ghost The Pink Lotus, by the way, is a non-alcoholic option that is similar to the Himalayan Ghost, but with strawberry puree, lychee and Odwalla lemonade. Draft beer selections include Old Elephant Foot IPA and Victory Golden Monkey (which you may be familiar with if you frequent the Dawa Bar). Draft Beer Selection But visiting Asia, I wanted to try an Asian beer! The bartender recommended the Hitachino Nest White Ale, one of the bottled selections. Hitachino Nest White Ale It comes from Kiuchi Brewery in Japan, and this pale ale is a nicely refreshing choice. I thought it had a good medium flavor for a pale, and I detected some hints of citrus as well. Hitachino Nest White Ale Now onto the next counter to try some Trek Snacks! The food selection here is an interesting assortment. As is fitting for a place without seating, lots of familiar grab-and-go options can be spotted on the hanging menu. Treats & Snacks Menu It features plenty of well-known ice cream novelties like Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bars and Ice Cream Sandwiches, Frozen Bananas, and Frozen Lemonade or Orangeade Cups, along with a variety of better-for-you snacks that will remind you of the Harambe Fruit Market such as pre-packaged fruit cups, whole fruit, and hummus packages. Taking some cues from the Kusafiri Coffee Shop and Bakery, they also offer some familiar Animal Kingdom pastries like Chocolate Twists and Turtle Brownies. Chocolate Twists, Turtle Brownies and Cookies Danish, Croissants and Muffins And the Tree of Life Cupcake hasn’t been left behind! Tree of Life Cupcake It’s all good, but nothing we haven’t seen all around the park before. However, if you take some time to find the standalone sign featuring Specials, Sandwiches, Salads and Snacks, this is where things get a little more interesting. Special, Sandwiches, Salads and Snacks Menu Many guests may now be excited to find Sushi as a grab-and-go option at Animal Kingdom! Choices are a California Roll or Sampler. There are also similar offerings to the seasonally-open Bradley Falls Kiosk, with Asian Noodle Salad and Edamame. But there are also a few items unique to Trek Snacks, so I thought I’d give the Banh Mi a try! This sandwich is made with roasted pork, pickled vegetables, cilantro and Sriracha dressing, and comes wrapped in paper so it’s easy to carry on a journey through the park. Banh Mi Sandwich The fresh, crisp pickled vegetables reminded me of an Asian coleslaw, and I enjoyed the subtle spice of the Sriracha dressing. Banh Mi But what I found most impressive was the sheer amount of thinly-sliced pork tucked inside the roll. It’s quite a substantial sandwich, and tasted decently overall. Som Tam The portion size and brown paper box packaging brought to mind the Trek Power Salad at the Smiling Crocodile (that’s the new name, by the way, for what was previously known as the Gardens Kiosk). I gotta say, Animal Kingdom has definitely stepped it up with some intriguing salad options over the past year. As for the Som Tam, the shrimp were HUGE and tasty! The chilis added a nice heat without being too spicy. Som Tam I’ll say this for the Som Tam, but honestly, it goes for everything I tried… I was really pleased by how fresh everything tasted, especially coming from a quick-service spot that doesn’t have a high profile just yet. So, that wraps up our very first visit to Thirsty River Bar and Trek Snacks! But, hey, while we’re in Animal Kingdom and all … why don’t we take a small peek at the construction area for the Rivers of Light spectacular? View of Rivers of Light construction Rivers of Light Spectacular Construction Yep, like I said… 2016 is shaping up to bring BIG things to Disney’s Animal Kingdom! OverallThirsty River Bar and Trek Snacks is obviously not the only change in store for Animal Kingdom, but I think it’s starting off the new additions pretty well! For a relatively small spot, the variety of both drinks and food choices is somewhat impressive. It’s got a little bit of everything, from ice cream and treats for the little ones to some options for heartier appetites, along with some fun cocktails and a decent beer selection. Of course, it’s noteworthy that it doesn’t offer seating, so look for this to be a highly utilized spot for folks to grab a drink or sandwich, then head to the viewing area to watch the Rivers of Light nighttime spectacular once it rolls around next year. (I. CAN’T. WAIT!) One thing’s for sure: Thirsty River Bar and Trek Snacks makes us even more anxious to see the continued additions to Animal Kingdom! Today I’m sharing the recipe of another delectable dessert at Vanellope’s Sweets and Treats on the Disney Dream – peanut butter blondies filled with caramel chocolate cream. We make these blondies with a fun “Wreck-It-Ralph” wafer on top, but you can get creative to decorate yours for the holidays or other special occasions. Peanut Butter Blondies filled with Caramel Chocolate Cream Makes 15 blondies Ingredients: Peanut Butter Blondies 13 Oz White Couverture Chocolate / Chopped5 Oz Unsalted Butter1 Oz Crunchy Peanut Butter14 Oz Brown Sugar5 each Eggs11 Oz All Purpose Flour5 OzPecans / ChoppedDark Coating Chocolate for DippingDirections: Melt the chocolate, butter and peanut butter in a pan over medium heat.Whisk the eggs and brown sugar together until thick.Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, and then fold in the flour and pecans.Pour the mixture in a prepared brownie pan and bake at 360 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. The brownie should be soft in the middle.Remove the brownie from the oven to cool. Once cooled, cut into rectangle shapes. Ingredients: Caramel Chocolate Cream 4 Oz Granulated Sugar1 cup Heavy Cream11 Oz White Couverture Chocolate / Chopped4 Oz White Coating Chocolate / ChoppedDirections: Place the heavy cream in a saucepan, and on low heat, warm the cream.Make a caramel with the sugar by adding a small portion of the sugar in a saucepan over a medium-high heat. Stir the sugar constantly as it starts to melt and turn golden brown. Continue to add the remainder of the sugar into the hot caramel.When the caramelized sugar turns to a golden color, carefully pour the warm cream into the caramel. Stir in the cream until all the sugar and cream is combined and there are no lumps.Pour the hot caramel mixture over the two white chocolates and stir together until smooth. Set aside to cool.Melt the dark coating chocolate in a bowl over a double boiler saucepan on low heat. Stir until the chocolate is melted. Remove the bowl from the heat.To assemble the peanut butter blondies, dip the brownies into the melted chocolate. As you remove the brownie, scrape off the excess chocolate and place on trays with wax paper on the bottom. Let the chocolate set.Place the caramel chocolate cream in a pastry bag with a plain nozzle on the end of the bag tip. We’ve spotted yet another holiday seasonal item in Disney’s Hollywood Studios! Learn About: Anaheim ProduceDisney's Hollywood Studios Disney World RestaurantsNow, we’ve long-hailed Min and Bill’s Dockside Diner as a great place to find themed drinks thanks to their rotating assortment of Seasonal Shakes (currently you’ll find a Blue Milk Shake, in honor of all the new Star Wars eats and activities that have recently come to the Studios). But that’s not the only place with a few seasonal sips up its sleeve… Today’s selection is coming at you from Anaheim Produce. Did you know about the Seasonal Coladas you can find here?? You know we at the DFB love a good colada… So hold on to your Santa hats, folks, because it’s time to try the Candy Cane Kah-lada at Anaheim Produce! You’ll find Anaheim Produce on Sunset Boulevard in the Sunset Ranch Market. Anaheim Produce The stand itself is really pretty simple — basically a quick-service grab and go deal. But it’s part of the larger Sunset Ranch Market area (which also includes spots like Hollywood Scoops and the recently re-opened from refurbishment Rosie’s All-American Cafe and Catalina Eddie’s), offering plenty of outdoor, nicely shaded seating. Sunset Ranch Market Seating Though perhaps today’s item doesn’t fall under this category exactly ;), Anaheim Produce is primarily the Studios’ spot to find some better-for-you options on the go, such as whole fruit, packaged veggies and dip, hummus, and the like. (You’ll find at least one of these in every park, including spots Animal Kingdom’s Harambe Fruit Market, Magic Kingdom’s Prince Eric’s Village Market, and the snack stand outside of Epcot’s Land Pavilion). On the menu proper, you’ll find a couple of classics: Mickey Pretzels and Churros! And for the grown-ups, there is a selection of Craft Beers and frozen beverages like the Golden Margarita and the reason we are here today: a Seasonal Colada! Anaheim Produce Menu This season’s offering is the Candy Cane Kah-lada. And what, exactly, in the world is that? Well, it’s a mix of Kahlua Coffee Liquor, rum, coconut, pineapple and a hint of peppermint. Candy Cane Kah-lada Upon reading the ingredients, I gotta say… I was a tad hesitant. Pineapple and coconut colada? Great. Kahlua? Yes, please! Rum? (Do you even have to ask?) And… peppermint? Candy Cane Kah-lada Peppermint and pineapple. Together. Yep, that’s a new one for me. I’m sure you’ve tried things like this… well, maybe not exactly like this, but the kind of thing where upon the first sip, you don’t think you like it since your taste buds didn’t even know how to prepare themselves. Somehow, though… after the surprise of the first taste, I enjoyed it a little more and more with each sip. Now, was that the rum and Kahlua talking? Could be … but I don’t think so. The sign was correct: there is just a hint of peppermint, really, so it’s not overly minty, which is what I was most concerned about. Candy Cane Topping Plus, you know… there are all these cute little candy cane toppers. So, there’s that! Overall, the flavors together are definitely interesting and while it may not appeal to everyone, I’m happy I ended up trying it. It’s both festive AND tropical… which pretty much sums up the holidays in Florida! It’s been months of waiting and wondering since the moment it was announced… but at last, the wait is OVER. Learn About: Jungle Navigation Co., Ltd. Skipper CanteenMagic Kingdom Disney World RestaurantsWelcome, Adventurers, to the Jungle Navigation Co., Ltd. Skipper Canteen!! That’s right, Jungle Cruisers! The Skipper Canteen is currently in soft openings! (Remember, soft opening means that there are no guarantees that the restaurant will be in operation during your visit and is not currently accepting Advance Dining Reservations. But, it IS occasionally open for walk-ups during this still-in-testing period!) We’ve heard that reservations will start being accepted on Wednesday, but that’s unconfirmed. We’re still awaiting info regarding when the restaurant will be fully operational, and we’ll absolutely keep you posted. But we know that you’re itching to see what’s behind the doors of the Canteen as much as we were. And far be it from us to keep any of you hungry Jungle Cruiser Passengers waiting any longer! After all, the WORLD FAMOUS Jungle Cruise Skippers are eagerly awaiting your arrival… Skipper Canteen Entrance AtmosphereAlberta Falls welcomes you to the Jungle Skipper Canteen! Alberta, of course, is the granddaughter of Dr. Albert Falls, the founder of the Jungle Navigation Company, which was originally a cargo shipping venture. Dr. Albert Falls When cargo business took a downturn, Alberta decided to open up cruises to passengers, thanks to the suggestion of one of her Skippers. (Perhaps you’ve been on one yourself ?) Skipper Canteen Story The success of the Jungle Cruise business was so great that Alberta decided to open up the home offices to hungry cruise passengers, pre-or-post cruise!! And that’s where YOU come in… Jungle Cruise passengers are seated in one of three rooms. Room And what’s a Jungle Cruise passenger supposed to nosh on in such surroundings? We know you’ve been waiting… EatsAs promised, “World Famous Jungle Cuisine” is on the menu at the Skipper Canteen! So what does that mean, exactly? Let’s take a closer look, section by section! (By the way, the menu is the same for both lunch and dinner at the moment, and both meals are table service.) The beverage menu features a mix of hot and cold drinks, including the headliner Punch Line Punch (‘cuz what’s any Jungle Cruise without one or eighty or those ) and Schweizter Slush! Note that there is NO ALCOHOL on the menu currently. Those Moscow Mule cups are just for show. And we can’t forget the lil’ Skippers… Kids Menu Hope you’re still hungry, passenger, because we’ve got dessert! This week, we continued sharing some great holiday stories from Disney Parks, including another behind the scenes look at one of your favorite attractions. The Disneyland Resort Entertainment team has turned the Jungle Cruise in Disneyland park into the Jingle Cruise and we took a special tour to see how they did it. It takes about two weeks of work to change the Jungle Cruise into the Jingle Cruise for the holidays. For more information, check out Shannon’s original story.
