I know, I know … when you think about your dream day at Disney Springs, you probably envision eating an indulgent meal at one of the new restaurants at The Landing, sitting for an evening show at Exposition Park and sampling hand-crafted sweets or drinks (maybe both?) to cap off your visit. While I’m certainly a fan of treating yourself every now and then, I also know that during the start of a new year, many of us recommit to getting healthier. Believe it or not, Disney Springs is the perfect place to do just that! Take a look at some of my favorite ways to stay motivated and healthy during your next Disney Springs outing: Get Your Steps In: When you walk from the West Side to the Marketplace, you’ll be clocking in a distance of roughly one mile. Make it a round trip journey and add in stops at your favorite stores (including the newly-expanded World of Disney) and you should easily hit three miles.Find Fitness Gear: Want to track your daily activity, including the aforementioned walking? Many of the latest fitness trackers and GPS monitors are available at Fit2Run, alongside shoes, apparel and accessories all designed to help you become the best version of yourself. And if you’re not sure what gear is right for you, just ask – their staff is trained to help you find the perfect fit.Have a Healthy Meal: Healthy options abound – as long as you make smart choices. A few of my favorite menu items include a the Citrus Salmon Salad at Raglan Road and the Baby Kale Quinoa Salad from Wolfgang Puck Express (both are incredible!); the Alberto Roll at Splitsville Luxury Lanes; and the grilled fish tacos at Paradiso 37, Fulton’s Crab House or The BOATHOUSE – seriously, the dish is excellent at all three locations. If you don’t know what to order, your server should be able to make some good-for-you recommendations.Dance It Out: With free live entertainment nightly, there’s always a chance to dance. The family-friendly DJ Dance Party at the Marketplace is a sure bet and you’ll likely find a beat you can groove to at Waterview Park, near Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar, as well.Of course, my list is just a sampling. I asked a few fellow cast members for additional suggestions … they ranged from “buy a cute Disney character-inspired hand sanitizer from World of Disney” to “hydrate” to “just get outside and enjoy the fresh air.” Notice a trend? These are all things that guests can enjoy at Disney Springs every single day, all year long. And that’s exactly what I plan to do! ROAD TRIP, everybody!!! Today we are cruising over to Flo’s V-8 Cafe! Cars Land Sign Located in Cars Land in Disney California Adventure, it’s the perfect place for a quick fuel up. AtmosphereI’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. Stepping into any place in Cars Land is seriously like walking right into the Cars film. That’s no less true of Flo’s V-8 Cafe. It’s designed to remind you of one of the old Route 66 stops: gas pumps outside (“Eat at Flo’s and Get Gas!”), a retro diner inside. An evening visit is always great, with all that glowing neon. Flo’s V-8 Cafe in Disney California Adventure That said, a daytime visit is just fine, too (especially because breakfast here is awesome)! Flo’s V-8 Cafe Checkered floors, bright colors and some great oldies tunes complete the whole vibe inside. Flo’s Indoor Seating Area Any little (or not-so-little ) Cars fans will have a blast scoping out all the details including trophies, wall art and other knick-knacks. We haven’t grabbed our food just yet (well get to that shortly, of course!), but once you do, your next adventure is choosing a seat. Sounds easy, right? And technically speaking it typically is, since there are so many spaces to choose from. You can sit in one of several themed rooms, including Doc Hudson’s medical office/museum. Don’t forget that you can enjoy watching the cars on the Radiator Springs Racers attraction zoom on by if you’re sitting outside. Outdoor Seating Overlooking Radiator Springs and the Desert You could have an absolute field day checking out all the details in here, and even after exploring it all several times I still seem to pick up on something new with each visit. Case in point: Disneyland lighting details are just the coolest (super fun examples include the overhanging lights at Tomorrowland Terrace and Clarabelle’s Hand-Scooped Ice Cream). And at Flo’s? Check out the headlight lamps! Flos V8 Cafe Lighting Now let’s drive on up to the menu and see what’s cookin’! EatsLike any good route stop, Flo’s serves up breakfast (it was gone for a while, but it’s back these days — hooray!), lunch, and dinner. No matter the time of day, the menu features classic American home-styled comfort foods, along with a few twists like the Chicken Tamale dish and Brioche French Toast for breakfast, or the Veggie Tater Bake for lunch and dinner. Flo’s V8 Cafe Lunch and Dinner Menu The selection isn’t huge, and I can’t help but wish there was a bit more to choose from. With all the seating available to draw a lot of people, a larger menu would make a bit more sense here. Still, you could also attempt to piece together a decent meal by mixing up some of the awesome sides selections. I visited Flo’s late at night after a looooooooong day. I knew it would be the perfect comfort food to enjoy while relaxing and looking out the window at the amazing Cars Land nighttime view. I chose to go with the Roast Beef and Cheddar Sandwich. Typically it comes with coleslaw, but I upgraded my side to Macaroni and Cheese. Roast Beef & Cheddar and Macaroni and Cheese As for the sandwich, the tender meat is served on a garlic chive bun, which creates a nice flavor combo with the caramelized onions tucked inside. Roast Beef and Cheddar Sandwich Like an old-fashioned melt, there is a decent amount of cheddar cheese melted throughout the sandwich, but I couldn’t pick up on too much of the horseradish aioli. Roast Beef and Cheddar Sandwich The Macaroni and Cheese is pretty much the same side that you can find in other quick service spots throughout the park, and speaking of all things comfort food, I’m a fan of it. Overall, there was nothing super-memorable happening on the plate; but the meal served its purpose as fuel to get me back to the hotel. Now, let’s talk desserts. The choices at Flo’s are perfect compliments to the whole retro diner feel, with nothin’ but classic milkshakes and pies. I settled on my favorite a while back: the Chocolate Mud Pie. Seasonal offerings, however, are also available, so this time I went with Coconut Cream Pie. Coconut Cream Pie The individual pies in their own foil pans are such a cute touch, going nicely with the mom n’ pop stop feel. The Coconut Cream is topped with a whipped cream that almost has a homemade feel to it in texture. The flaky, soft crust was a great base for the custard cream (most of the coconut flavor was provided by the toasted coconut flakes on top). Coconut Cream Pie Inside The pies here are the stars of the show. Well, the pies and breakfast. Those are the two things I would absolutely recommend Flo’s for. OverallMy position stands: Flo’s V-8 Cafe is for sure one of the best quick-service spots around when it comes to atmosphere and attention to detail. But for the meal offering the most “oomph,” I’d still choose breakfast over lunch or dinner. Or just stop in for pie! That said, it’s well worth seeing no matter the time of day. Even if comfort food isn’t your thing, stop by for a shake or pie for a chance to sit down and take in some great Cars-inspired atmosphere! Have you visited Flo’s V-8 Cafe? If you are hoping to add a special dining experience to your next trip to the Disneyland Resort, the new Afternoon Tea coming to Steakhouse 55 in the Disneyland Hotel may be just the thing. Beginning January 22nd, Steakhouse 55 will host mid-day tea experiences from Noon to 3 p.m. Steakhouse 55 at the Disneyland Hotel Guests can choose their experience from three parties: The Classic Tea Party, the Premium Tea Party, and the Kids’ Tea Party. The Classic Tea Party/Package (priced at $50) features traditional scones, tea sandwiches, desserts, and, of course, tea. Each of the parties offers guests the chance to select from one dozen special teas, which includes Twinings teas, caffeine-free and loose-leaf options, and “herbal-infused creations.” Classic Tea Party ©Disney The Premium Tea Party/Package (priced at $65) includes sparkling wine, scones, salad, tea sandwiches, desserts, choice of tea and a Farewell truffle. You don’t have to travel halfway around the world to see many of the biggest names in international soccer. Just come to Walt Disney World Resort in January. Several marquee soccer stars from Latin America and Europe will be here for the second annual Florida Cup soccer tournament at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Some of the elite players expected to play in the tournament include Chicharito Hernandez, the Mexican National team star playing for Bayer Leverkusen, Brazilian soccer legend Ronaldinho, who is playing for Fluminense FC and Renato Augusto, the reigning Brazil League MVP who leads SC Corinthians, plus Santa Fe’s Omar Perez and SC Internacional’s Anderson. That’s quite likely the most significant collection of international soccer talent ever in Central Florida. In fact, the field is noticeably larger than last year, expanding from four teams to nine and featuring top clubs such as two-time FIFA World Champion SC Corinthians, four-time Brazilian Champion Fluminense FC and Champions League club Bayer 04 Leverkusen. The action starts January 10 with a doubleheader at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex between Santa Fe (Colombia) and Bayer (Germany) followed by Schalke (Germany) against the Fort Lauderdale Strikers. The tourney continues through January 20 with matches taking place at Florida venues such as Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale in addition to Walt Disney World Resort. The tournament also will involve a panel discussion featuring club and league representatives discussing a variety of soccer-related topics, including youth development, sports marketing and global league structures, among other subjects. And let’s have a good time tonight — YES, SIR! — We’ll have a good time tonight!” Learn About: Hoop Dee Doo RevueDisney World RestaurantsThat’s right, friends… we’re back at the one, the only HOOP-DEE-DOO MUSICAL REVUE! In fact, a trip to Fort Wilderness Campgrounds to see the Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue — one of Disney World’s three dinner shows — has been a must-do experience for many Disney World guests over the Revue’s 41-year run, as evidenced by the fact that year after year many families make a point to mosey on over to Pioneer Hall to enjoy this quintessential Disney World tradition. Let’s find out why! Atmosphere and ShowIn 2014, The Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue celebrated its 40th Anniversary. While that’s quite a milestone in and of itself, Hoop-Dee-Doo also has the distinction of being one of the longest running dinner shows in the United States. And its home is Pioneer Hall at Fort Wilderness, the Disney World campgrounds. Pioneer Hall Just stepping into Pioneer Hall is a special experience. The rustic woods and high ceilings soar over the grand hall. Front and center is the vaudevillian-style stage, which sets the scene for the “Fine Singing! Fancy Dancing! and Fun for All!” you’re about to enjoy. Pioneer Hall Stage Hoop Dee Doo Sign Live musicians provide accompaniment to a group of six performers onstage: a traveling troupe — as the story goes — of Claire de Lune, Johnny Ringo, Dolly Drew, Six Bits Slocum, Flora Long and Jim Handy. “Ladies and Gentlemen… the Pioneer Hall Players!” The Pioneer Hall Players — “We’ll sing and dance and holler, here we go!” Mixed in with the storyline are standards of Americana like Oh, Shenandoah, This Land is your Land, Oh My Darlin,’ Clementine… not to mention Six Bits’ very unique rendition of Beautiful Dreamer . Now, if you saw Hoop-Dee-Doo prior to late 2011 and haven’t been back since, you may be surprised to hear a few different tunes. Certain songs such as the old “Hoop Dee Doo Polka” were eliminated from the show due to contractual, copyright, and legal issues. I have fond memories of the previous version and personally preferred it, but it’s still an very enjoyable show overall, and anyone visiting for the first time won’t know the difference. And though the show itself has changed, the Pioneer Hall Players and musicians who perform the Revue three times nightly (showtimes are 4 pm, 6:15 pm, and 8:30 pm) still give it everything they’ve got, embodying that Disney magic that is alive and well at Hoop-Dee-Doo. Throughout the show you’ll receive plenty of invitations to do some hootin’ and hollerin’ of your own! A few audience members are even pulled from their seats to reenact the tale of Davy Crockett. Audience Participation Don’t care for the limelight? Just don’t look anyone in the eye as they search for participants if you don’t want to be part of the show ;). (And, of course, you can certainly decline if you ARE chosen.) Speaking of audience participation, it’s a Hoop-Dee-Doo tradition to share the spotlight with a couple in the audience celebrating their anniversary. In my first review of the show, the selected couple had been celebrating their special occasion at Pioneer Hall every year since the show started! Here’s the happy bride and groom on the night of my more recent visit. Anniversary Couple Even if you’re not into being part of the performance, there are still plenty of moments to clap along, wave a napkin or two, or maybe even get to play a washboard to finish out the evening. Hoop-Dee-Doo Washboard Before we move on to what’s cookin’, I’d like to share my thoughts on Category Seating at Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue. You may have noticed that my pics of the show on this visit are taken from an above angle. You have your choice of being seated in Category One, Two, or Three when you make your Advance Dining Reservation (prepaid in full, tax and gratuity included). I was in Category Three seating. Category One is the floor seating, while Categories Two and Three are upstairs. There is a price difference, of course. Various seating arrangements Table Setting I won’t ever choose Category Three again, and I wouldn’t recommend it for anybody unless you absolutely can’t see the show otherwise. Here’s why: while the view of the show itself is fine, Category Three tables face away from the stage, so you only get to eat during breaks in the show…while facing the wall. Yeah — you FACE THE WALL. And there’s nobody on the other side of the table. There’s an economy of space up there, so the servers need the remaining room. So there’s just one, wierd, long, banquet table up there with people only seated on one side. And it’s the wrong side when you consider you’re there to see a show that’s happening behind your back. Once the show starts up again, you swivel around to watch. Category Three seats facing away from the stage It’s simply easier to enjoy your meal throughout the entire show in Categories One and Two. You paid for all-you-care-to-eat food, and a lot of it is mighty tasty, so it’s well worth it to pony up for Categories One or Two (Category Two is also upstairs, but the tables face the stage). Still, even upstairs, no matter where you sit, you’ll get a special visitor by your table at some point during the show. Claire de Lune stops by during the show Altogether, it’s high-energy family fun in an absolutely classic Disney setting. But let’s not forget that this is a DINNER show… and as ol’ Six Bits himself will ask when you’re in the audience: “Are ya hungry?” EatsThe sign outside Pioneer Hall promises that it’s “All-You-Can-Eat Home-style Vittles” at the Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue! So let’s hunker down and see what’s for dinner… Hoop Dee Doo Menu As the song recommends: “Eat up! It’s good for you; there’s lots of food at the Hoop-Dee-Doo!” Be sure to drink up, too, because beverages are unlimited. And YES, this does indeed include the beer (Bud Light or Yuengling Draft) and Sangria. Sangria While we’re on the subject of drinks, I do feel the need to note an issue with my server. Before the show, I made a stop downstairs at Crockett’s Tavern (the bar at Fort Wilderness) to select a drink other than those they serve during the show. However, they started letting people in for the show while I was at Crockett’s, and the bartender informed me that I could ask my server to bring me a drink from the bar and I could pay for it separately upstairs. When I asked my server, he told me that they only served beer, wine, and sangria and it wasn’t his job to go downstairs to get another drink. (Yes, that’s honestly what he said.) While I totally understand that he’s busy, he didn’t have to be rude. Additionally, I wish the bartender hadn’t told me that it was commonplace for that sort of thing to happen. Back to the eats, though… Your meal starts with the House Salad, and you’ll notice a trend from the very first setting: just about every dish is served in a hefty, cool, I-wouldn’t-have-it-any-other-way tin pail, all set for family-style serving among your group. Salad Nice and fresh with a dressing that resembles that served at a certain Italian food chain ;), it’s a pretty good salad. But it’s the House-made Corn Bread that standouts for many guests (myself included). Corn Bread and butter I can think of very little that beats eating Fried Chicken pretty much anywhere at Fort Wilderness (it’s on the dinner buffet at Trail’s End Restaurant, and available through P&J’s Southern Takeout), and that’s no exception at Hoop-Dee-Doo. Fried Chicken Crispy skin with juicy meat, it wasn’t voted “Best in the Wilderness” for nothin’ (at least, according to the sign that used to hang outside Pioneer Hall ). And remember, “If you eat it all up, you gotta yell for more… More chicken! More chicken! More chicken! LET’S EAT!” Fried Chicken Tasty and tender Smoked Barbecued Pork Ribs complete the entree offerings. (Keep the Moist Towelettes close… you’re gonna need ‘em.) Smoked Barbecued Pork Ribs Moist Towelette Creamy Mashed Potatoes and the beloved Cowboy Beans (Baked Beans with hints of pork and onion) are your sides to the main meal, along with Corn (which falls under the Seasonal Vegetables category listed on the menu, I presume). Mashed Potatoes Corn Did you save room for dessert? Let’s hope so, because the Strawberry Shortcake served at Hoop-Dee-Doo is so good it gets its own song! (And keep an eye out, because you may even see your server join the kick line onstage before delivering it to you.) Strawberry Shortcake It’s not a bad grand finale! But now, as the end of the show goes, “Merrily we move along, we’re going to leave you now…” OverallYummy comfort food and a truly entertaining show… all at Fort Wilderness Campgrounds — one of the few original Disney World Resorts that Walt Disney himself approved. I can’t lie — the less-than-stellar service on this trip and the crummy seating (IMHO) upstairs did mar my experience this go ’round. But overall I feel that the Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue is still a Disney World tradition that I can recommend. Just follow my advice regarding Category choices (or, don’t be as high-maintenance as I am), and you should be in good shape. Now, getting to Fort Wilderness is not quite as easy as hopping on the nearest stagecoach. You have to do some extra planning and allow for plenty of time. Options include boating or taking a Disney Transport Bus from Magic Kingdom or Wilderness Lodge, or boating from the Contemporary Resort. Though the boats are your better bet because they bring you directly to the area where Pioneer Hall is located, buses do run from Fort Wilderness back to the Magic Kingdom where you can get catch transportation to your home Resort. In fact, on a recent visit, I noticed buses coming directly to the Pioneer Hall area for Hoop-Dee-Doo guests, though I’m not certain if that is always an option. Parking is also available at Fort Wilderness for guests with Advance Dining Reservations, but be sure to tag on at least 20 minutes to get to Pioneer Hall, as parking is at the opposite end of the Campgrounds where the Resort guests check-in for their stay. So, yes, you have to do a little extra planning to get there and back. But for 40-plus years, the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue had been worth the trip, and I think that remains the case today. Welcome DFB Reader Megan Figuly today with a guest review of Pasta in the Park at Disneyland! On Friday, Nov. 13 I attended the Pasta in the Park Party for the Avengers Half Marathon weekend. The event was held at Big Thunder Ranch in the Disneyland Park. Big Thunder Ranch AtmosphereBeginning at 7 p.m., guests with pre-purchased tickets were allowed in. The area was tented and had long rows of tables set up. A DJ played music and asked Avengers trivia questions. In the back were two lines for character meet and greets: in one line was Hawkeye and Black Widow; in the other — Thor and Captain America. Avengers Pasta in the Park On both sides of the room were buffet tables set up with the evening’s food offerings. A cursory attempt was made at themed names for the food to add to the ambiance. Whether the draw of the super heroes, the option for face painting, the “Which Avenger are You?” quizzes at the table or the fact that the number of tickets sold was just right for the event size, the lines to get food were nonexistent the whole night. Pasta in the Park EatsSpinach and lettuce salad with feta was offered with “Black Widow” balsamic vinaigrette on the side. The salad was a very mild mix of leaves and the feta a nice touch of salty creaminess. The vinaigrette was tangy with a touch of sweetness. Spinach and Lettuce Salad with Feta For those wanting more veggies with their carb loading, there were steamed vegetables. The steamed veggies were spiced with herbs, which added a bit a flavor, but it would be a lie to say that I did not dunk them in the vinaigrette. Steamed Vegetables The pasta option was “Bruce Banner Bowtie” with “Incredible Hulk” creamy pesto or marinara (sorry, no cutesy name for you, red sauce!). The pasta was in the sweet spot of not being too dry or too gummy, which for a buffet serving is about what you could hope for. The pesto sauce was not too strong with basil flavor, which made it less intense for the non-adventurous eaters. Pasta Pesto Sauce The only meat offered was chicken with ribbons of carrots and other vegetables. While the boneless chicken wasn’t dry, it was quite a way from being juicy. A dollop of the Hulk pesto sauce made a tasty addition to the chicken. Chicken At the end of the buffet line were breadsticks. Nothing too fancy here — just a small notch above the kind you would get at the national Italian restaurant chain in terms of flavor and texture. Breadsticks There were three separate dessert tables all offering the same mini-sized dishes- cheesecake, pumpkin pie, fruit tarts, éclairs, and vanilla panna cotta. Desserts More desserts The drinks that were included with the meal were water (runners need to hydrate!) and Green Hulk lemonade. There was also a cash bar available. The lemonade was simply a tart lemonade that was colored green as there was no lime or green apple flavor added to it. Green Hulk Lemonade OverallSo the big question: is it worth it? The cost is $135 for ages 10 and up and $115 for ages 3-9 including a twilight theme park ticket, or $89 for adults and $69 for kids without a ticket. If I had been paying for everyone in my family to go, it would have been a really expensive evening. But since this race weekend was my mom getaway, it was only for myself. The food is just okay, but not amazing. However, it is currently the only Marvel “character dining” experience Disney has in the country and if these characters are important to you, this pasta party is the only option to meet most of them outside of the races themselves. Thor is the only one of the four currently doing theme park meet and greets. I do several runDisney races each year and Avengers is the only one I shell out the money for the pasta party because of the characters who are present. Just know that if you go, it’s really for the chance to high five Steve Rogers, not because the chicken will blow your mind. Have you done any of Disney’s specialty meal events? This morning, the “Disneyland Diamond Celebration – Awaken Your Adventure” float appeared in the 2016 Rose Parade, the latest in a tradition that spans nearly eight decades. Disney’s relationship with the Tournament of Roses began in 1938 when characters from the newly premiered “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” were prominently featured in the parade. Also, the Rose Queen and her Court, along with the competing Rose Bowl football teams, have visited Disneyland Resort each year since 1960. It was 50 years ago today that Walt Disney himself took part in the Rose Parade as Grand Marshall. On January 1, 1966, Walt rode the parade route with Mickey Mouse by his side. Decades later, Roy E. Disney, Walt’s nephew and the head of Disney Animation, would serve as Grand Marshall in 2000. This year, in 2016, we are excited to continue this tradition as part of our Disneyland Resort Diamond Celebration, commemorating 60 years of magic here at the Disneyland Resort. The 2016 Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend returns to Florida from January 6-10. I recently caught up with the product development team at Disney Theme Park Merchandise who gave me a first look at commemorative merchandise. This is the biggest runDisney event of the year, so here is a sampling of what guests may find during the upcoming weekend. This year will see the return of products celebrating the entire Marathon Weekend. These items include apparel, hats and drinkware. I particularly like the new Mickey Mouse tees in pink and blue. For each race, we will have apparel for both women and men including short and long sleeved shirts, Sweaty Bands, Bondi Bands, and vehicle magnets. Guests will also find “I Did It!” shirts designed for both women and men (including the 5K and 10K races). Select races will also have running pants and running shorts included in the mix. Finally, we will have a Disney ear hat and a fun “Future Disney Runner” shirt with Mickey Mouse for kids. I could only show a handful of items in this article. There is so much more to see including jackets, hooded sweatshirts, pins and other runDisney logo products. The Lapu Lapu may not rank quite as high on the list as the Jumbo Turkey Leg or Dole Whip as far as iconic Disney World indulgences go. Nope — this gem is for the kids in the know, and once YOU know about it, you may just want to put it #OnTheList! We recently visited Tambu Lounge in Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort to celebrate its single-serve portion of ‘Ohana Bread Pudding. And now we’re already back to sing the praises of the Lapu Lapu. Tambu Lounge The Lapu Lapu isn’t the only specialty beverage you’ll find at Tambu Lounge. The Backscratcher, Tropical Macaw, and Island Sunset are all perfectly good tropical drinks unique to Tambu Lounge and befitting their Polynesian setting. However, the Lapu Lapu is the only drink served at Tambu Lounge — and, indeed, ALL of Disney World — IN A PINEAPPLE. Lapu Lapu at the Tambu Lounge A blend of Myer’s Original Dark Rum and tropical fruit juices fill the hollow pineapple shell, and it’s all topped off with… wait for it… MORE RUM! Bacardi 151 Rum, to be precise. Lapu Lapu Rum-topped-rum in a pineapple. Sometimes you’ll even get it with one of those teeny-tiny umbrellas and a couple of cherries for good measure. If this doesn’t scream, “VACATION”… well, then I don’t know what does. Lapu Lapu from the Tambu Lounge It does it so well, in fact, that the Lapu Lapu is an integral part of my First Day Tradition for my Disney World vacations. Oh! And if a member of your group isn’t of rum-topped-rum age yet, or if alcohol isn’t your thing right now, you can ask for a just-juice version. ‘Cuz that’s the thing with the Lapu Lapu… once other people lay their eyes on it, they get jelly and want one of their very own. The first time I experienced Disney-style New Year’s Eve fireworks was here at the Walt Disney World Resort. Beautiful blossoms of light exploded in all directions for what seemed like an eternity. The castle stood majestically through it all, reflecting the bright bursts of color. It was wonderful!
