We certainly have a spring in our step and that’s because we’re welcoming in the showery season at the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival! 2020 Magnolia Terrace Booth No surprise here, but we’ve got our stretchy pants on to eat our way around the fest today — and boy, do we like what we’re tasting! One of the booths we were most excited to visit is the ALL NEW Magnolia Terrace booth in The American Adventure Pavilion. Not only is everything on the menu here a new snack to try, but we already got a sneak peek of some of these eats and that got us pretty excited to do a full review. Here’s what we thought of the full menu! Food The menu at Magnolia Terrace is inspired by the Gulf region in the United States, so we’re dreamin’ about some down-home southern cooking with a seafood-y twist! The booth also features a few craft brews from the American South. 2020 Magnolia Terrace Menu Now, since this booth is all-new this year, you KNOW we’re trying the whole menu. Can you blame us? LOOK at that SPREAD. Spread First up, we tried the Southern Seafood Boil. This hearty dish is a mix of shrimp, mussels, crawfish, potatoes, corn, and Andouille sausage for $8. WOW. We were excited to try something a little different with this dish. but ultimately, it was a little bland. We think it would be awesome with more spices or at least stronger ones. Maybe yours will pack a bit more of a punch! Southern Seafood Boil Did someone say oysters? Um… yes they DID. We were super pumped to see these Grilled Oysters with cajun butter on the menu and can you blame us?? For $7.50, these guys are kind of a surprising choice for a warm-weather festival. We weren’t super wowed by them but you do watch the chef crack them open right at the booth so you know they’re fresh! Grilled Oysters Next up, we tried the House-made Boudin Two Ways with spicy mustard for $5.50. Boudin is a cajun sausage and in this dish, it’s featured as links and as a sausage ball. The mustard in this eat was super yummy but the sausage was a little hit and miss for us. The sliced sausage was SUPER spicy but if that’s your thing it’s got some great flavor! House-Made Boudin Two Ways As for the boudin ball, it was a little dry. We were hoping for something a little more risotto-textured but it was pretty crumbly and the flavors were sort of bland. House-Made Boudin Two Ways Now it’s time for dessert, and we hope you like pecans! Both of the desserts at Magnolia Terrace feature this nut. The first is a yummy Pecan Cake for $4.75 with Maple Whipped Cream (made with Burton’s Maple Syrup). YUM! This cake is seriously good, as in Best of the Fest good. It was almost like a straight praline because of how dense it is but it was much easier to eat than the regular praline. We loved it even though it was super sweet. Pecan Cake Or if you love a good praline (are there people who don’t love a good praline?), then you can try out the sweet and crunchy deliciousness of the Pecan Praline for $4.25. We felt like the texture wasn’t quite right here as the sugar was still a little grainy but if you like a super sweet praline, it’s a good move. Pecan Praline Beverages But enough about food! Let’s talk about those drizzanks! Magnolia Terrace features three different southern beer options. You can grab a cup of any one of them for $4.50, or try all three in the Southern Beer Flight for $9.50. There’s the Wild Heaven Beer Session Citrus Lager from Avondale Estates in Georgia first. All of the beers were pretty light and bitter but the lager stood out as having a super citrusy taste. We think it was a little too flat but the lime-y flavors were good. 2020 Magnolia Terrace Menu Our next sip was an Amber Ale from The Duck-Rabbit Craft Brewery in Farmville, North Carolina. The ale was our fave of the three with a super robust depth of flavor. And we wrapped up our southern beer-drankin’ with the Parish Brewing Co. Ghost in the Machine Double IPA from Broussard, Louisiana which was flavorful and interesting. Beer Flight We can be some serious southern food fiends, so this booth definitely lived up to our expectations, but was it our fave at the fest? Probably not. We ALWAYS love to try out some new items and the variety here was stellar! Don’t miss out on Magnolia Terrace when you swing by Flower and Garden! Follow along with us LIVE from the Flower and Garden Festival here! Which Magnolia Terrace dish looks super yummy to you? Tell us in the comments! Bonjour, mes amis from the Flower and Garden Festival! Festival after festival, the France Pavilion is usually the chateau to some stand-out food and beverage items! Fleur de Lys Fleur de Lys is our next stop at this year’s Flower and Garden Festival! We even see a few new items on the menu, as well as some of our favorite French-inspired eats, returning! Food Fleur de Lys Menu Yes, it’s true! Two new food items have appeared at Fleur de Lys this year while others have received a slight tweak! But first up, let’s check out some of our old friends we’re excited to see again — like the Canard Confit à l’Orange! Instead of last year’s Canard Confit à la Provençal with tomatoes and olives on polenta this updated dish features Braised Duck Confit à l’Orange with mashed sweet potatoes for $6.25 — and it’s SOOO yummy! The duck is perfectly cooked and the flavors are nice and rich! Canard Confit a L’Orange Last year’s Tarte au Chévre has been renamed Tarte aux Oignons Caramelises et Chévre and costs $5.50! It’s a Goat Cheese Tart with caramelized onions served on a flaky pastry crust! Despite the name change, the tarte was still delicious and one of our favorite items. The onion flavor is intense, while the crust is light and buttery! Tarte aux Oignons et Chevre Now it’s time to dine on Fleur de Lys two new dessert offerings! First up, let’s dive into the Tarte Tropezienne, Coulis Framboise for $3! This item is a brioche cake filled with a light pastry cream and raspberry coulis served on the side! The custard was good and rich while the sauce was sweet with a little tartness that complimented it well. Tarte Tropezienne, Coulis Framboise The second sweet treat is the Éclair Chocolat Framboise for $6.50. While we were a bit sad to bid adieu to the chocolate macaron lollipop from 2019, this éclair filled with raspberry and chocolate mousse and topped with fresh raspberries was so delicious! Its large size makes it easily shareable if you’re feeling generous! Eclair Chocolate Beverages And of course, you can’t stop by the France Pavilion without sampling their exquisite beverages! The first new drink we always have to get at Fleur de Lys is their signature La Vie en Rose Frozen Slushy for $11.75! It’s made with vodka, Grey Goose l’Orange Vodka, St. Germain Liqueur, white and red cranberry juice, and is super, how do you say it en françias — YUMMY! La Vie en Rose Frozen Slushy Next, we sipped the new VeRy Raspberry for $5.75! It’s a Rosé Wine with a natural raspberry flavor. We found it to be much sweeter than a regular rosé, but not too sweet for us. Plus it had a really dry finish which we loved! VeRy Raspberry Fleur de Lys’ other beverage options include a Bordeaux from Château Tarin for $6 and the Kronenbourg Blanc 1664 for $4.75 a glass. Fleur de Lys Kitchen When in France, we definitely recommend swinging by the Fleur de Lys food booth (and saying salut to the new Remy topiary, too!) It was all aboard today as guests arrived before dawn at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and continued to roll into the park by the thousands for opening day of Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway. The first ride-through attraction in Disney history starring Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse brought fans out in their bounding best. From Mickey’s classic red and yellow to Minnie’s iconic polka dots to countless varieties of mouse ear headwear and so much more, guests came decked to the nines in honor of those true originals to be among the first experiencing this new family-friendly adventure. Mickey & Minnie’s Railway brings you inside the park’s re-creation of the Chinese Theatre for the premiere of “Perfect Picnic,” a new “Mickey Mouse” cartoon short. With a little Disney magic, you travel through the movie screen and into Mickey & Minnie’s cartoon world, where “mouse rules apply” and anything can – and does! – happen. Engineer Goofy invites you aboard his Runnamuck Railroad to follow Mickey and Minnie on their search for a perfect picnic spot. And with Goofy as your guide … what could possibly go off track? We’ve been celebrating this landmark attraction here on the Disney Parks Blog for several days, and we’re so excited it’s now open for you to experience. Mickey and Minnie are looking forward to seeing you real soon! View the full article

Spring is here so we’re filling up on all the yummiest eats at Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival. Well, who are we kidding? ALL the eats are pretty darn yummy! Primavera Kitchen Booth The best part of any Epcot festival is that we get to eat our way around the World Showcase and that means a whole WORLD of new flavors to try. All the Outdoor Kitchens at Flower and Garden have menus that speak to fresh ingredients and springtime flavors but we’re especially excited to get a taste of the flavors at the Italy Pavilion booth. That’s right, we’re reviewing the Primavera Kitchen! Food The menu at Primavera Kitchen is full of twists on Italian classics (oh, and WINE), and we can’t wait to get a taste of them all! Primavera Kitchen Menu First up, we tried the new La Regina “Margherita” for $7.00. La Regina “Margherita” This dish is a Rustic Italian Flatbread topped with vine-ripened tomatoes, whole-milk mozzarella, parmesan, and basil. How classic! The cheese is a bit stronger than you may expect, but sadly, the rest of the flavors kind of fell flat. Flatbread And did you really think we’d go to Italy without trying some pasta? The next dish is the Grilled Chicken Ravioli with spring vegetables and creamy pesto sauce for $9.00. A REALLY good use of a Dining Plan Snack Credit if you have one and are looking to get some bang for your buck. Grilled Chicken Ravioli with Spring Vegetables and creamy Pesto Sauce We were hoping for a bit more richness with the ravioli! But the veggies were a really nice and fresh touch. Grilled Chicken Ravioli with Spring Vegetables and creamy Pesto Sauce And there is one dish that’s returning this year (hint: it’s the sweetest one). Check out the Zeppole! This snack is ricotta cheese fritters topped with powdered sugar and chocolate-hazelnut drizzle with a side of raspberry sauce. Zeppole No surprise here, but cheese wrapped in dough is ridiculously delish. Soft on the inside but crunchy on the outside and not overly sweet – the perfect balance if you ask us! Try it for yourself for $7.00. Beverages And what, exactly, will you be drinking while you fill up on Italian goodies? Well, beer drinkers have the option of a pretty light Italian brew called the Peroni Nastro Azzurro Pilsner for $5.50. Peroni Nastro Azzurro Pilsner And it wouldn’t be Italy without wine! This booth has five vino options: a Pinot Grigio from Santa Marina, a Gabbiano Chianti, a Prosecco from Villa Sandi, a Montegrande Corbinello, and the Fior d’Arancio Montegrande Moscato. These range in price from $9.00-$10.00. Plus there are two specialty beverages that are both returning favorites from last year. The first is the classic Bellini made with sparkling wine and Peach Purée for $10.00. Bellini This beverage was refreshing but we wish it was served colder — on a hot sunny afternoon in Central Florida, you need something to cool you down! You may have better luck and will be served one that’s had a bit more time to cool off. Bellini And the other is the Frozen Italian Margarita. This blend of Limoncello and Tequila is delightful and STRONG. This drink is always a hit for us though and this year is no exception! Try it for yourself for $10.00. Italian Margarita You heard it here folks, it’s a bella notte at Primavera Kitchen so hop in a gondola and get over there! Follow along with us LIVE from the Flower and Garden Festival here! Greetings from the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival! We’re so excited that the springtime festival is back for a whopping three months, and of course, we can’t complain — this festival is filled with beautiful topiaries, adorable merchandise, and to-die-for food and beverages! Lotus House One of our favorite stops is often Lotus House. Located in the China Pavilion, this stop has our favorite Chinese Cotton Candy as well as the Panda Bubble Tea! Let’s see what else they have in store at this year’s festival. While we LOVE trying new menu items, we also enjoy seeing them mixed in with returning favorites. Lotus House Menu Food Starting off our food review with a new menu item this year, we tried the Bon Bon Chicken Skewer with sesame and peanut sauce! Bon Bon Chicken Skewer While we were sad to bid farewell to the Vegetable Spring Rolls, we were excited to try this new addition to Lotus House. The sauce was SUPER TASTY. The chicken itself was a little chewy for us, but hopefully, that was just a fluke. We still totally recommend you check this dish out for $6.50. Bon Bon Chicken Skewer We also spotted some returning food items! The first item we recognized from last year is the Szechuan Spicy Red-braised Beef Shank over rice. Szechuan Spicy Red-braised Beef Shank over Rice This spicy dish can be purchased for $8.00. Also back this year are the House-made Crab and Cheese Wontons. You can pick these up for $6.00. House-Made Crab and Cheese Wontons And of course, we couldn’t talk about Lotus House without mentioning the Chinese Cotton Candy! 5-Layered Spring Fantasy Cotton Candy These were a DFB favorite last year and we were thrilled to see them return for the Flower and Garden Festival this year! Lotus House Artisan Cotton Candy Menu Learn all about the Chinese Cotton Candy here! Drinks Let’s move on to the tasty beverages you can find at Lotus House this year! Like the food items, we saw a mixture of new as well as returning drinks. The first drink today is a new one — the Marco Boba! Marco Boba This beverage is a mixture of Amaretto, iced coffee, milk, and of course boba! We loved this drink! It was a delightful amount of sweetness and was a pleasant, boozy coffee (and honestly who DOESN’T love that!?). Sip on some sweet Marco Boba for $11.00. The other new beverage this year is called “Time Out”. This one has a lot going on: Bacardi Rum, Peach Liqueur, peach syrup, Piña Colada, Sprite, soda water, and magic boba! We didn’t find this drink to be quite as big of a hit as Marco Boba; it was very heavy on the peach flavor and the bobas here felt more slimy and didn’t lend themselves as well to this drink. Still curious? It’s priced at $11.o0. Time Out The returning drinks at Lotus House include the infamous “Panda” Bubble Tea, Jasmine Draft Beer, and the Kung Fu Punch! “Panda” Milk Bubble Tea Read all of the FULL menus from the 2020 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival here! We’re always up for a bit of Mexican spice, so we knew we HAD to check out the Jardin de Fiestas booth at Epcot’s Flower and Garden Festival! Jardin de Fiestas Although this booth has been at Epcot’s Flower and Garden Festival for quite a while now, this year we’re welcoming all-new food AND drinks! Come along with us as we check out Jardin de Fiestas’ brand new offerings! Food 2020 Jardin de Fiestas Menu Goodbye Tres Leches and helloooo to all da meats! Chicken, Pork Pastor, and Chorizo — to be exact! Bring on the heat and more importantly, the CHEESE! Jardin de Fiestas First up, the new Chilaquiles de Pollo! Made with Chipotle-braised chicken, tortillas, salsa ranchera, Monterey jack cheese, crema Mexicana, and Guajillo cheese, there’s nothing in this list of ingredients we aren’t excited about! Chilaquiles con Pollo The Chilaquiles con Pollo is a huge portion! For only $7, this dish is easily sharable. It reminded us of Mexican lasagna with lots of fun textures! The microgreens on top lent a little freshness to the otherwise heavy plate! If you’re lookin’ to carb up in one of the most delicious ways possible, look no further! Chilaquiles con Pollo Next, we’re tackling the Quesadilla al Pastor! This one costs $7.50 and consists of a flour tortilla filled with Monterey jack cheese and pork pastor topped with grilled pineapple, salsa verde, red onion, and cilantro! Quesadilla al Pastor This one was a nice spin on a classic dilla. The meat, cheese, and salsa were especially flavorful! We kinda wish the chopped pieces of pineapple were mixed in with the cheese and pork filling, but when we enjoyed all the components together, we thought the Quesadilla al Pastor was really delicious. Quesadilla al Pastor Finally, the Choriqueso Torta for $7! This one is made with a Bolillo roll filled with chorizo and Monterey jack cheese, avocado mousse, and jalapeños — think of it like a Mexican sloppy joe! Choriqueso Torta As soon as the first bite of this sandwich hit our tastebuds, we knew we had a Best of the Fest on our hands! This one is seriously delicious. Gobs of shredded Monterey jack cheese make this torta pull at our heartstrings! It was the perfect balance of savory and spicy while the creamy gauc helped cool it down the heat. If we didn’t have so many more foods to try, we’d get it again RIGHT NOW! Choriqueso Torta Beverages The new drinks on Jardin de Fiesta are NEXT and we’ve been so excited to try them out! The Mango Mexican Lucky Margarita costs $11.75 and is mixed up with Spicy Ancho Verde Liqueur, 100% Agave Tequila Blanco, Mango-Passion Fruit Purée, lime juice, Applejack, and Ginger Cordial, served with a Tajin Chili-Lime Rim. We thought this drink had a lot of depth of flavor — sweet with lots of zippiness from the ginger and spicy ancho liqueur! Mango Mexican Lucky Margarita We also tried the Rosita Margarita. For $12.75, this one’s made with Rose Petal Liqueur, 100% Agave Tequila Blanco, lemon, and cranberry juices, served with a rose petal salt rim. One of the reasons I think people fall in love with Disney is not just the public-facing entertainment, or the amazing results of Imagineering place-making, or the beloved characters and stories. I believe that whether audiences and guests know of them or not, the fascinating and human stories behind the creation of the Disney culture simply resonate. You can feel passion, or intelligence, or heartache, or humor, or the love that has put a Disney product or experience before you; whether you know the background and details of that creation or not. I have a friend who says he enjoys a lot of my work because it’s like James Burke’s Connections (a program where Burke showed how ancient discoveries, scientific achievements, and world events connected and intertwined successively to bring about some aspect of modern life). I’m not surprised, because stories and places we experience today with Disney very often reach back into the organization’s past, and it’s that legacy—looking back to move forward—that probably fascinates me most about the Disney culture. A cultural thread that extends to the founding of Disney—and before—will be presented to the public in an all-new theme park attraction—and the first-ever Disney ride-through attraction to feature Mickey Mouse in a starring role—Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, located in Hollywood Boulevard at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, coming March 4, 2020! Is there anything more fundamental to Disney than Mickey Mouse? And of course, nothing is as primary to Mickey’s first success as the technological innovations of sound. Some attempts to “add” sound to silent cartoons had been made, but they were mainly a sort of “audio wallpaper” of music and noises, none was intricately connected to the action or story, and—where Mickey’s cartoons stood apart—the sound and the music were primary storytelling and character engines. The success of Steamboat Willie and the Mickey shorts that followed developed Walt’s innate curiosity and interest in the use of technology —and set a path for Walt’s lifelong achievements in combining technical innovation with accessible entertainment. Walt Disney and his alter ego confer in this 1949 publicity pose. © Disney With sound, the characters needed voices. The 1929 cartoon The Karnival Kid is the first cartoon where Mickey actually speaks (“Hot dogs! Hot dogs!”). By necessity, in those early shorts, Walt became the voice of Mickey and Minnie, eventually recasting the latter role—but remaining as Mickey’s vocal identity for more than a decade. “The life and ventures of Mickey Mouse have been closely bound up with my own personal and professional life,” Walt said, “He still speaks for me and I still speak for him.” As his studio grew, and his time became more at a premium, Walt ceded Mickey’s voice duties in 1946 to studio sound department head Jimmy Macdonald during re-recording sessions for the Mickey and the Beanstalk segment of Fun and Fancy Free (much of the soundtrack had been recorded in 1940 as a planned feature cartoon). Jimmy provided Mickey’s voice on film, TV, records, in the Parks and Ice and Arena Shows from that time until the mid-1970s. Jimmy had founded the sound effects department in 1934, and was regarded as a one-man sound effects wizard. Over his 48-year career with Disney, he created and assembled one of the largest and most impressive sound effects libraries in motion picture history—and a collection of one-of-a-kind hand-made gadgets created specifically for unique audio applications. He also worked on the soundtracks for most of the Studio’s live-action films up through the mid-1980s. (Walt returned to voicing Mickey once, by chance, in 1955, when Jimmy was recording the lead-ins for the Mickey Mouse Club. Chancing on Jimmy in the recording studio, Walt reportedly joked, “You know, I can do the voice, too.” Jimmy obliged, and Walt provided the voice for the animated intros to the daily TV show.) Wayne Allwine (left) and Jimmy Macdonald, sound sorcerers, Disney Legends, and caretakers of Mickey’s voice. © DisneyIn the late 1960s, Jimmy welcomed a new associate in the sound department, Wayne Allwine. Wayne took over Mickey’s voice when Jimmy retired in 1977, making his debut on The New Mickey Mouse Club, and went on to provide Mickey’s voice for Disney theme parks, movies, TV specials, records, and video games. In the role of Mickey, Allwine recalled, “The main piece of advice that Jim gave me about Mickey helped me keep things in perspective. He said, ‘Just remember kid, you’re only filling in for the boss.’” (In another recent post I told the story of how the voices of Mickey and Minnie met and married!) After Jimmy’s retirement, the nature of making sounds for movies went through a remarkable change and technological progress. Physical sound-making was, in many cases, supplanted by seemingly infinite libraries of recorded sounds, and Jimmy’s one-of-a-kind sound making gadgets, tools, and devices were relegated to storage—and then almost to the dumpster! Enter a young Imagineer named Kevin Rafferty. Kevin Rafferty, Joe Herrington, Mark Rhodes, under the baton of maestro Jimmy Macdonald, sound off in this 1989 publicity photo. © DisneyKevin had started his Disney career in 1974 as a dishwasher at the Plaza Inn at Disneyland. After earning his B.A. degree in Art from California State University, Fullerton, he joined Walt Disney Imagineering in 1978 and was one of many young Imagineers learning their craft and contributing to the development of Epcot. After helping to develop Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, he was show writer for the original Comedy Warehouse live stage show at Pleasure Island in Walt Disney World. For opening day of Disney’s Hollywood Studios in 1989, Kevin was assigned to add informational and interactive elements to the post-show area of an attraction called Monster Sound Show, which explained the art of motion picture sound-making to park visitors. Working with fellow Imagineers Joe Herrington and Mark Rhodes, Kevin created an idea to showcase the making of sounds in the fun, entertaining, and highly visual way that had been presented in the “behind the scenes” portions of the 1940 Disney feature The Reluctant Dragon. “We thought it would be fun to display and replicate those remarkable and often outlandish devices that Jimmy created,” Kevin recalls. “When we asked Jimmy about them, he admitted that he’d just left them behind when he retired, and didn’t really know where they wound up.” Joe and Mark and Kevin immediately scurried to the Studio to find Jimmy’s collection, and found it dusty, disorganized, in disrepair—and tagged for removal and disposal! “We took the whole lot of them over to WDI,” Kevin says. “We refurbished a lot of them and added them to the post show, and Jimmy helped us understand what a lot of them did! We also were able to feature interview footage with Jimmy in the show, so it was a real ‘Disney legacy’ show, not just a generic moviemaking lesson.” This all-new attractions starring Mickey and Minnie Mouse “sounds” like a lot of fun! © Disney In taking the lead role in creating Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, Kevin saw that creating a cartoon world meant not only bringing guests into a credible and remarkable visual environment, but also creating the sort of audio “soundscape” that would be expected and feel natural to a “real” cartoon world. Toward that goal, Kevin remembered that amazing cache of Jimmy Macdonald’s original sound effects props, and actually used many of them to create authentic effects that had been used for decades on original Mickey shorts, “including the tri-tone boat whistle used in Steamboat Willie,” Kevin says proudly. “We used many of Jimmy’s effects devices,” Kevin adds, “like the ‘wind machine,’ frog croak cans, syrup jars, the compressed air steam train effect—used in Dumbo for Casey Jr.—and many more, lovingly ‘performing’ them by hand Jimmy’s way to create the entire soundscape for Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway.” Chris Diamantopoulos stepped into the role of Mickey in the new attraction, “Chris was a great pick for Mickey, not only because he performs the voice for the new series of Mickey short cartoons, but because he needed to be able to sing, exactly as he does so well in those cartoons,” Kevin says. The attraction also features the late Russi Taylor in her final performance as Minnie. “Russi saved her best Minnie performance for last,” Rafferty says. At the end of It’s a Wonderful Life, Clarence tells George, “Strange, isn’t it? One life touches so many other lives.” That’s the chain of life, and creativity, and creation, and culture that we see over and over again in the history—and present, and no doubt, the future—of Disney. It’s a big part of what makes us respond so deeply, and meaningfully, and personally to the Disney experience. Burst into Mickey and Minnie’s World! Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, located in Hollywood Boulevard at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, zips Guests away on a zany adventure through a cartoon universe crammed with surprises. Fans of Disney and Pixar’s “Coco” rejoice! The tender story and vibrant music of one of my favorite movies returned to EPCOT as part of the entertainment offerings of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. Mariachi Cobre Presents…the Story of Coco is presented at the Mexico pavilion courtesy of course of the incomparable Mariachi Cobre. The beloved story of Disney Pixar’s “Coco” comes to life in the show where Mariachi Cobre, joined by Folklórico dancers, tell the story of Miguel and his love of music, and his journey to find what matters most – his familia. The dancers perform to the music of the film, pulling everyone into the celebration, and Miguel himself appears in the form of a whimsical, hand-crafted puppet. This joyous celebration is performed several times a day during the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival at the Mexico pavilion in World Showcase. Be sure to check the park’s Times Guide for scheduling information and show times. I can’t wait to go with my familia, and enjoy this show once again! View the full article
