The One Rule We Wish Disney World Transportation Would Finally Slash Blizzard Beach Blizzard Beach has been closed since September 8th, 2025! Keep an eye on the weather, as Typhoon Lagoon will close when temperatures drop. Beginning February 15th, 2026, Blizzard Beach will be reopening, and Typhoon Lagoon will close for refurbishment. Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland is about to undergo one of the biggest pivots since the land opened, and it’s happening fast. Galaxy’s Edge Beginning April 29th, Disney will officially expand Galaxy’s Edge’s once-strict timeline, allowing characters and storylines from multiple Star Wars eras to coexist in Batuu. That means familiar faces from the original trilogy, The Mandalorian, Ahsoka, and beyond will now appear together in the land, marking a major change from Disney’s previous insistence on keeping Galaxy’s Edge locked into a single point in the sequel trilogy timeline. So why the sudden change of heart? And why now? Let’s break down exactly what’s changing and what Disney really stands to gain from it. A Quick Overview of What’s Changing Disney has announced that Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland will begin representing a much broader slice of the Star Wars saga, spanning between The Galactic Civil War, The New Republic era, The Age of the Resistance, and The First Order era. Importantly, the rides, food, and core experiences aren’t going anywhere. Guests can still enjoy Rise of the Resistance, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, and all of the dining and shopping offerings they’re used to. The projection shows, Shadows of Memory: A Skywalker Saga and select performances of Fire of the Rising Moons, will also continue. What is changing is who you’ll see walking around Batuu. Disneyland’s Galaxy’s Edge Guests can now expect encounters with: Darth Vader, searching Batuu for Luke Skywalker, accompanied by Imperial Stormtroopers Luke Skywalker, roaming the outpost in search of Force knowledge, kyber crystals, and lightsaber lore Leia Organa, near the Millennium Falcon, recruiting allies to help keep Luke safe Han Solo, lingering around his iconic ship and Oga’s Cantina Chewbacca, reunited with the classic crew Ahsoka Tano, appearing near the marketplace The Mandalorian and Grogu, also spotted around the market area Rey, still appearing around the Resistance Camp R2-D2, continuing to roam near Droid Depot and the garage In addition, the Disney Visa character meet-and-greet location, previously home to Darth Vader, will now feature Kylo Ren. Ahead of these changes, Disney is also releasing a brand-new comic on April 22nd titled Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge — Echoes of the Empire, designed to narrate the bridge between the different storylines guests will encounter in the park. Learn More About the Characters Coming to Galaxy’s Edge Beginning April 29, 2026, visitors to Batuu may find Darth Vader, Imperial Stormtroopers, and other iconic Star Wars characters inside Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland park in Anaheim, Calif., as the land expands its timeline to include more Star Wars eras. Read more about the exciting updates coming to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland at DisneyParksBlog.com. (Christian Thompson/Disneyland Resort) There are also going to be changes to a few merchandise locations, like the Droid Depot and Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities. These changes will help reflect the changes in the timeline and allow the stores to sell more merchandise across the Star Wars timeline. Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities Why Disney Is Finally Breaking the Timeline When Galaxy’s Edge first opened, Disney was extremely specific about its place in the Star Wars canon. The land was locked into a narrow window between The Last Jedi and The Rise of Skywalker, and characters outside that era were largely off-limits. That rigidity is now gone, and there are several very practical reasons why. 1. Most Guests Don’t Actually Care About the Timeline For hardcore Star Wars lore fans, timelines matter. For the average park guest? Not so much. The reality is that most people visiting Galaxy’s Edge just want to see iconic Star Wars characters, ride great attractions, and eat themed food. Whether Darth Vader and the First Order technically exist decades apart isn’t something that factors into the experience for most guests. Beloved characters, over-the-top atmosphere, and cool moments always win. By loosening the narrative rules, Disney immediately makes the land more accessible and more exciting for a much broader audience. Galaxy’s Edge 2. This Unlocks Way More Merchandise Opportunities From a business perspective, this change is enormous. A single, sequel-era timeline limited Disney’s ability to sell merchandise tied to the Original Trilogy characters, Disney+ series like The Mandalorian and Ahsoka, and Legacy characters like Luke, Leia, and Darth Vader. Now? Almost everything is fair game. That means more variety in lightsabers, apparel, collectibles, and souvenirs, and far fewer restrictions on what can be sold in shops. For a land where merchandise sales are likely a major source of revenue, this flexibility is a big advantage. Opening the door for more merchandise to be sold 3. It Future-Proofs Galaxy’s Edge This shift also helps Galaxy’s Edge stay relevant long-term. The Original Trilogy remains massively popular decades later, while enthusiasm for the sequel trilogy can be mixed. By broadening the land’s scope, Disney ensures Batuu doesn’t feel tied to a single era that may fade in popularity over time. Instead, Galaxy’s Edge becomes a timeless Star Wars sandbox where they add in new shows, movies, and characters are introduced over the next decade (or longer). Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland At the end of the day, this move signals a major evolution in how Disney views its lands. Could this be a shift away from strict storytelling rules to more flexibility and guest appeal? For most fans, it’s simple: more characters, more variety, and more reasons to keep coming back. And if you want to stay on top of every change and update coming to Disneyland, be sure to keep following Disney Food Blog for more. It’s a new year, and if you’re like us, that means planning a new Disney World trip. Now, a lot goes into planning: you have to figure out your budget, where you’re staying, what kind of tickets you need, and more. Mickey at Chef Mickey’s However, the most important decision you’ll need to make when it comes to Disney World is where to eat (trust us, that’s ALL we think about). Now, Disney World is full of FANTASTIC restaurants, so instead of listing out the tons of great restaurants you should be booking in 2026, we’re going to tell you which restaurants you should be skipping instead. Chef Mickey’s We’re just going to come out and say it: stop wasting your time and money at Chef Mickey’s at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. It’s just not ALL that. Sure, you get to meet all the characters, but the food is usually just okay, and well, the atmosphere is utter chaos. We’ve had some less-than-stellar experiences at Chef Mickey’s, and it’s just not ever going to make our top list of character dining experiences. We love you, Daisy, but this restaurant is utter chaos If you really want to meet characters at a meal, you have other options. Mickey and Minnie, along with their friends, meet with guests at Hollywood & Vine in Disney’s Hollywood Studios (and it features different themes, depending on the season). Or you can meet Minnie and her pals at the highly underrated Cape May Cafe at Disney’s Beach Club Resort. For a more upscale character breakfast, go to Topolino’s Terrace at Disney’s Riviera Resort. We’re also big fans of Garden Grill’s character dining at EPCOT. Don’t believe us? Read a recent Chef Mickey’s Review Cinderella’s Royal Table Cinderella’s Royal Table in Magic Kingdom is…well…pricey. And all we have to say about going there in 2026 is “In this economy?” Yeah, it’s kinda a “no” for us. Yes, you get to meet Disney Princesses, but it’s going to cost you a LOT of money, especially if you have more than a few people in your party. Cindy’s restaurant is pricey But you can still meet Disney princesses in a royal environment for a little less, if that’s a priority. Head to Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in EPCOT, and you can meet many of the same Disney princesses you can meet at Cinderella’s Royal Table. Or you can just hang around Princess Fairytale Hall in Magic Kingdom for FREE and meet the princesses there. Why You Should Skip Disney World’s Cinderella’s Royal Table and Eat HERE Instead STK Steakhouse Orlando If you want a good steak or a good steakhouse experience in Disney World, you might head straight to STK Steakhouse in Disney Springs. But that’s a mistake. Say goodbye to STK for good. First, it’s a chain restaurant. You don’t come to Disney World to eat at chain restaurants, do you? But it’s also just not that great, and better options exist. STK Steakhouse Want a better option? Head to Disney’s Contemporary Resort and go to Steakhouse 71. We’ve been big fans of this restaurant since it opened, and you’ll find plenty of steakhouse options (including steak) that are sure to satisfy. We’re also big fans of the Steakhouse 71 Lounge (which has a slightly different menu). We’ve Eaten at Every Disney World Hotel Restaurant. These Are the BEST. ‘Ohana Yep, we went there. ‘Ohana at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is often still listed as one of those places you HAVE to dine at in Disney World, but we’re saying this isn’t so in 2026. Okay, so first, we’re old enough to remember when ‘Ohana brought out the skewers of meat to your table at ‘Ohana, and that nostalgia is what keeps a lot of people returning to this restaurant. But, y’all…it’s not as good as it used to be, especially now that you can get the ‘Ohana bread pudding and noodles at Tambu Lounge, the bar next to ‘Ohana. ‘Ohana noodles at Tambu Lounge However, if you want some great Polynesian-inspired food? Hop on over to Island Tower at the Polynesian and visit Wailulu Bar & Grill. We’ve been very impressed with the food there! How Wailulu Bar & Grill WOWED Us With…TOFU?!! Any table service restaurant in Magic Kingdom, except for two Let’s face it…most table service restaurants in Magic Kingdom don’t live up to the hype. Sure, you can get a standard Thanksgiving meal at Liberty Tree Tavern and Diamond Horseshoe, but it’s WAY too much food, and there’s better table service to be had in Magic Kingdom. Plus, why are there two restaurants in Magic Kingdom serving the EXACT SAME MENU? That is so BORING. We also want to send Be Our Guest out the door in 2026 because it’s overpriced. Be Our Guest…where you can see Beast, but not actually get a meet and greet with him We do have two exceptions, though. The first is Skipper Canteen. We’ve never had a bad meal at Skipper Canteen, and the restaurant of puns has never let us down. We’ll also say that breakfast with Pooh and friends at Crystal Palace straight up slaps. Other than those, though? Skip table service in Magic Kingdom. Dad Jokes and SECRET Cheese Bread — We’ll Never Stop Raving About This Magic Kingdom Restaurant Coral Reef Restaurant It’s true, we’ve never had a lot of good things to say about Coral Reef Restaurant because this is one restaurant that has disappointed us nearly every time we’ve dined there. If you want seafood in Disney World, there are far better places to eat. If the aquarium is the appeal of this restaurant to you, there’s a MASSIVE aquarium nearby in the same pavilion where you can see even more sea creatures without having to commit to a mediocre meal. Even Coral Reef has given up on itself…it recently suspended lunch service and is now dinner only. Coral Reef If you really want some good seafood, we recommend trying The BOATHOUSE in Disney Springs. The seafood there is so much better, and you can get a cocktail with a rubber duckie in it. What’s not to love? 7 Nightmare Meals We’ve Had in Disney World So let’s kick these Disney World restaurants to the curb in 2026 and vow to only eat at far better locations, okay? Festival of the Arts has begun in EPCOT, and that means there are tons of new treats and snacks to try around the festival booths, so much entertainment to marvel at, and, of course, new decor all around the park. Festival of the Arts One of the best photo ops is at the front of the park, but did you know there’s a secret spot to check out decor in World Showcase? It’s tucked away in the Germany Pavilion, and you’ll have to look really closely, but it’s there! We’re not the only ones celebrating EPCOT’s International Festival of the Arts. There’s another town celebrating with us — a TINY town. Town square Over in Tiny Train Town, which is what we call the small village in the Germany Pavilion, if you look extra closely, you’ll find that the residents have put up their own Festival of the Arts flags and decor! Look at the little Festival of the Arts flags You can see that the residents of Tiny Train Town have thrown up their own banners for the Festival of the Arts! Isn’t it just so cute how tiny the banners are!? Do you think they have food booths? We’re wondering if they have tiny food booths for them to try different foods. Yes, there are obviously no food booths, but let us imagine it ok! We want to join them! We often find that the residents of this town decorate the town for each EPCOT festival, so if you happen to be visiting during one, look closely! It’s so cute! EPCOT’s Festival of the Arts began on January 16th and will continue through February 23rd. Once again, this year’s EPCOT Festival of the Arts has some bonus locations where you’ll find specialty items created just for the Festival! BBQ Chicken Pizza We’re live at the 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts, checking out the food studios, artistic performances, merchandise, and more. There’s a LOT going on, but don’t let it overwhelm you. We’re here to tell you everything you need to know before your visit. Right now, we’re checking out some additional locations to see what they’re serving up with an artistic flair! Eats Connections Eatery First up, we grabbed the BBQ Chicken Pizza for $12.29, topped with smoked chicken, sweet barbecue sauce, cheese blend, peppers, and red onions. This is a very sweet and soothing meal that’s comforting and nostalgic. Between the onions and the sweet barbecue sauce, you’re getting a lot of flavors regularly associated with BBQ pizza. This one is sure to be a crowd-pleaser. BBQ Chicken Pizza We also checked out the spice level of the all-new Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich for $13.19, made with spicy hand-breaded chicken, roasted garlic aïoli, and southern slaw on a toasted brioche bun! This sandwich also knocked it out of the park. The breading is good with a nice crunch, and the sauce didn’t make it soggy. Nashville Hot Chicken It does have some heat beyond the usual Disney spicy, but the slaw helps cool things down. Plus, it comes with those Disney fries we love. Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe Norway is a new entry for this year’s Festival, and we were excited to check out the new Hazelnut Praline Boller for $5.49. It’s a Cardamom bun with hazelnut cream. So this bun tasted fresh, but we really didn’t get much of the cardamom flavor, so it’s a standard hazelnut cream bun, and that hazelnut flavor comes through nicely, but it’s not a lot. Hazenlnut Praline Boller This snack just isn’t that unique, though. The flavors are good, but we expect more from a Festival of the Arts treat. Sunshine Seasons An ice cream treat with an interesting name — The Architecture of Drip for $10.99. This is blueberry-flavored gelato topped with scoops of banana and berry whipped cream, a waffle cone, and sprinkles. This is more shake than gelato, because you drink it — it even comes with a straw, so we already have a problem with the description. This treat is VERY blueberry-heavy, although you do get that banana taste, which is more subtle. The cone is a standard waffle cone. Warning: it can get soggy. The Architecture of Drip This one might be a fun one for kids, as long as they like fruit flavors. However, we’re still a little mad that Disney lied to us and called this something other than a shake. Drinks There’s just one new drink at these bonus spots, and that’s the Classic Mojito with mint foam for $16.50 over at Connections Eatery! It’s a classic mojito, but we were a little nervous with the extra mint foam on top of what’s essentially already a minty drink. Classic Mojito But it worked. The drink was light and refreshing. The Italy Pavilion at EPCOT has apparently developed its own fashion police. Italy Pavilion in EPCOT We’re not saying there’s an actual dress code posted anywhere, but if you’ve wandered through this pavilion recently, you might have noticed that the vibes are just… different. People seem to be dressing differently here compared to other spots in the parks, and honestly, it’s become kind of fascinating to observe. So we’re breaking down the unofficial outfit expectations that have somehow taken over this one specific corner of EPCOT. DISCLOSURE: This post may contain affiliate links, meaning when you click the links and make a purchase, we receive a commission. Athletic Wear Suddenly Feels Wrong Here’s the thing about wearing your typical park outfit of athletic shorts and running shoes in the Italy Pavilion: it can feel a bit off. While that exact same outfit works perfectly fine when you’re speed-walking to Guardians of the Galaxy or grabbing a snack in World Discovery, the second you step into Italy, it’s like you’re suddenly underdressed for the occasion. Pizza La Taglio Performance tees and gym gear that blend in seamlessly everywhere else in the parks stick out like a sore thumb here. We’re not saying you CAN’T wear them, but you’ll definitely notice you’re in the minority if you do. The Color Palette Gets Seriously Toned Down Walk into the Italy Pavilion and take a look around at what people are wearing. You’ll see a whole lot of beige, white, black, olive, and other neutral tones. Those bright neon Disney shirts that are everywhere else in the parks? They seem to magically vanish here. Italy Pavilion It’s wild how much the color scheme shifts in this one pavilion. People are either consciously choosing more muted colors, or they’re subconsciously feeling like their hot pink Magic Kingdom tee doesn’t quite fit the aesthetic. Either way, neutral tones absolutely dominate. If you’re looking to nail this vibe, we love the PRETTYGARDEN Summer V Neck Waistcoat Vest and Shorts Two Piece Outfits. ©Amazon The neutral beige tone and linen-blend fabric are literally perfect for the Italy Pavilion aesthetic, plus the tailored look feels polished without trying too hard. View on Amazon Everyone Looks Like They Raided a Linen Closet Nobody is going to stop you at the entrance and check if you’re wearing linen, but walking through the Italy Pavilion will make you feel like maybe they should. Linen shirts, linen pants, linen dresses, linen everything seems to be the fabric of choice here. Italy Pavilion There’s this unspoken understanding that flowy, breathable, elegant linen is just what you wear in Italy. The unofficial uniform has been decided, and apparently, everyone got the memo except you. So if you want to blend in and feel like you’re actually strolling through an Italian piazza, linen is your friend. Disney Merch Gets a Sophisticated Upgrade Don’t get us wrong, we LOVE a good graphic Disney tee. But in the Italy Pavilion, you’re way more likely to see people rocking subtle Disney jewelry, minimalist Mickey ears, or vintage-inspired Disney apparel instead of the bold character graphics that are popular everywhere else. It’s like people are still repping Disney, but in a quieter, more refined way. Think understated rather than in-your-face. The Disney spirit is still there, it’s just been toned down to match the sophisticated European energy of the pavilion. If you still want to show your Disney love but keep it classy, the Disney Pixar Luca Italia Icons T-Shirt is absolutely perfect for this pavilion. ©Amazon The vintage aesthetic and muted color palette fit right in, plus it’s literally themed around Italy. Or go for the Disney Italian Mickey and Minnie Take Me to Venice T-Shirt for that Venice gondolier vibe that feels totally on-theme. View on Amazon Or go for the Disney Italian Mickey and Minnie Take Me to Venice T-Shirt… ©Amazon …for that Venice gondolier vibe that feels totally on-theme. View on Amazon For accessories, we’re obsessed with the Madison Tyler Gold Plated Olive Watermelon Earrings for Women. ©Amazon They add that subtle Mediterranean touch without screaming “tourist,” and the olive motif is giving Italian Riviera in the best way. View on Amazon Your Shoes Need to Look Deliberate Comfortable footwear is absolutely still the priority (because hello, you’re walking around a theme park all day), but in the Italy Pavilion, your shoes need to look like an intentional style choice rather than purely functional park gear. Italy Pavilion You’ll spot way more loafers, sandals, espadrilles, and clean white sneakers here compared to the chunky, ultra-supportive walking shoes you see everywhere else. People are still prioritizing comfort, but they’re picking options that look put-together and polished rather than strictly utilitarian. The Wine Glass Rule This one is oddly specific but absolutely true: if you’re holding a glass of Chianti or Prosecco in the Italy Pavilion, there’s this weird unspoken pressure for your outfit to match the moment. You can’t just be sipping wine in your sweaty park clothes without feeling at least a little bit like you should have tried harder. A boozy fruit cocktail It’s like the wine elevates the whole situation, and suddenly you’re hyper-aware of whether your outfit is living up to the Italian wine-drinking fantasy you’re living out. The beverage in your hand has somehow set a standard, and your cargo shorts are failing to meet it. Sunglasses Are No Longer Just Functional In most of the parks, sunglasses are purely practical to keep the Florida sun out of your eyes. But in the Italy Pavilion, they’ve become part of the whole aesthetic. Oversized frames, chic styles, and “I’m casually people-watching at a cafe” energy are everywhere. People seem to lean into the European vacation vibe hard here, and apparently, that includes treating your sunglasses like a key accessory rather than just sun protection. It’s giving main character energy, and honestly, we’re not mad about it. Want to really commit to the look? The Sratte 6 Pcs 27.56 Inch Silk Square Lemon Scarves are a fun way to add that European flair. ©Amazon Tie one around your neck, use it as a headband, or attach it to your bag for that effortless Italian style. The lemon and blue pattern screams Amalfi Coast vibes. View on Amazon Bag Choices Get Surprisingly Specific Finally, let’s talk bags. Throughout most of Disney World, backpacks are the obvious choice because they’re practical and hold everything you need for a full park day. But step into the Italy Pavilion and suddenly backpacks feel bulky and out of place. Italy Pavilion Small purses, leather crossbody bags, and minimalist styles take over here. People are either actually switching out their bags when they get to EPCOT, or they planned their whole park day around carrying a chicLet bag that fits the Italy Pavilion aesthetic. Either way, the backpack-to-crossbody ratio is noticeably different. It’s so small! Look, nobody is actually going to judge you for wearing whatever you want to the Italy Pavilion. Wear your athletic gear, bring your backpack, and rock that neon shirt. But if you’ve been wondering why this one specific area of EPCOT feels different, now you know. The unspoken outfit rules are real, and apparently, Italy has higher standards than the rest of EPCOT. When we head into Disney World, we go in thinking that the longest line we’ll wait in that day is probably for one of the park’s most popular rides. That’s especially true in EPCOT, because multiple rides in the park can get some LONG lines. Rope Drop Crowds However, yesterday was opening day for one of EPCOT’s most POPULAR festivals, Festival of the Arts, and while we were expecting things to be crowded, we didn’t think they’d be THIS intense. If you’re heading to the festival opening weekend (especially since Monday is a holiday), you’ve gotta pack your patience when it comes to waiting in line for your food. Throughout our day at the festival, especially as it got further into the afternoon and it wasn’t as chilly, we noticed that crowds ramped up exponentially, especially around festival booths. Things started out bit by bit — we noticed that at The Craftsman’s Courtyard, it took us five minutes to get to the booth to order, then another eight minutes to get our food. The Craftsman’s Courtyard Food Studio Over at Gourmet Landscapes in Canada, things took a bit longer — it took us 18 minutes to order, then 25 minutes to get our food! Gourmet Landscapes Then, over at The Artist’s Table in The American Adventure pavilion, there was only one cashier to take orders, as all other Cast Members were working hard to get the food out, which was taking up the most time. It took us 33 MINUTES to get to the cashier to order! WOW At the exact same time in the park, there were numerous experiences that would have taken less time, including Soarin’ (a 25-minute wait), Meeting Mickey and Friends at CommuniCore Hall (a 25-minute wait), Mission: SPACE (a 25-minute wait), and even meeting Anna and Elsa (a 35-minute wait)! Full Spread at The Artist’s Table This goes to show that, with lines like these, it’s very important to know what you REALLY would like to try at the festival, so you don’t wait in line for something you end up knowing you’ll dislike. We’ve got reviews now of EVERY booth here on our blog that you can look through to make an informed decision, and we highly recommend reading through them before you make your buy list! Disneyland is expanding fast — blink, and you might miss it! ©Disney There’s a lot going on at Disneyland right now. New rides and lands are being built, the resort is celebrating its 70th anniversary, and fans are flocking in from far and wide to experience everything Walt’s original theme park has to offer. In 2026, those offerings will expand to include several new restaurants — particularly in the Downtown Disney area! Some of these spots are already under construction with no official opening dates yet, but all signs point to a 2026 debut. From celebrity chef restaurants to local favorites, let’s dig in and see what could open this year! Porto’s Bakery & Café — Downtown Disney District Maybe the most hyped addition to Disneyland this year, Porto’s Bakery & Café — a Southern California fan-favorite bakery — is finally coming to the Disneyland Resort after being teased for years! ©Disney Currently under construction, Porto’s will be MASSIVE and extend into the Disneyland Esplanade. This location will be Porto’s first with sit-down table service and a full bar! It’ll offer indoor, outdoor, and upstairs seating, as well as its famous Cheese Rolls, Potato Balls, Cuban sandwiches, pastries, and more. Porto’s construction Construction is already in full swing, so it’s possible that the restaurant will be open later this year, although it’s worth mentioning that Disney hasn’t confirmed a specific date yet. Earl of Sandwich & The Carnaby Tavern — Downtown Disney District Porto’s is replacing the Earl of Sandwich and Earl of Sandwich Tavern spot, but instead of removing the brand altogether, Earl of Sandwich is getting a sleek, new two-story home in Downtown Disney! Earl of Sandwich Well into construction, the ground floor of the new building will serve up quick-service sandwiches, salads, and handheld favorites. In the meantime, guests can still get their Earl of Sandwich fix at a temporary stand in Downtown Disney. Temporary Earl of Sandwich location at Downtown Disney Notably, the upstairs section of the new Earl of Sandwich building takes it up a notch with the new Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby! This British-themed gastropub will be themed after 1960s London with a chic interior, lively music, an outdoor patio, and a London-inspired menu featuring some of Chef Gordon Ramsay’s most famous offerings like the beef Wellington, fish and chips, and sticky toffee pudding, among plenty of craft cocktails. ©Disney Construction began in 2025, and while Disney has yet to confirm an opening date, construction is so far along now that it would be frankly shocking if these restaurants didn’t open in 2026. Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon — Downtown Disney District Steak lovers and bourbon enthusiasts will be excited to know that acclaimed chef Joe Isidori is bringing Arthur & Sons to Downtown Disney! ©Disney This new restaurant will serve up prime cuts of beef, fresh seafood, hearty sandwiches, salads, and inventive cocktails in a classic steakhouse setting. Like Earl of Sandwich and The Carnaby, this location (that is replacing Tortilla Jo’s) started construction last year — so while an official opening date has yet to be announced, it’s reasonable to expect Arthur & Sons to open later this year. Pearl’s Roadside BBQ — Downtown Disney District You won’t have to go far for this next location! Right next door to Arthur & Sons will be Pearl’s Roadside BBQ — a casual, quick-service BBQ restaurant serving favorites like smoked brisket, pulled pork, pulled turkey, and more. Perfect for when you’re in a hurry, Pearl’s will also offer house-made sauces and craft beer. ©Disney This is yet another project without an official opening date, but it’s reasonable to expect a 2026 debut. Bopo Go! — Downtown Disney District Bopo Go! is a Southern California boba favorite from Eric Wang and Philip Wang that will now be coming to Downtown Disney! The new spot will serve high-quality, authentic boba/bubble tea with no artificial ingredients. Drinks here will use real fruits and vegetables, lactose-free milk, oat milk, cane or brown sugar, tea sourced from farmers in Taiwan, and matcha sourced from Japan. It’ll also feature light bites, as well as imported snacks and candies. ©Disney Unfortunately, Bopo Go! was announced last year and seems to have been delayed a bit. Still, the owners are adamant about establishing a Bopo Go! in Downtown Disney, and it’s very possible that the location opens at some point in 2026. 2026 is shaping up to be a good one for the Disneyland Resort! These are just the locations we know about so far, but knowing Disney, tons more are in the works and have yet to be revealed! There are those of us out there who can paint, and then there are those of us out there who can’t draw a stick figure well (I’m the second one). However, no matter where your level of artistry falls, there’s one opportunity at EPCOT’s Festival of the Arts that EVERYONE can take part in to create something amazing! Paint-By-Number Mural! There’s so much wonderful artwork to look at throughout this whole festival, not to mention incredible live performances, but there’s also a piece of artwork YOU can join in on too — it’s the Paint-By-Numbers Mural! This interactive exhibit is located in the Expression Section, which is located between World Showcase and the Imagination! Pavilion. It’s open from 11 AM to 5 PM each day, and everyone can participate completely for free! This was it this morning before the painting began! When you arrive at the station, you may wait in a short line (it’s pretty popular!), but once you get to the Cast Member at the front, you’ll get a small container of paint with a number on top and a brush, and you will be told to head to a certain section. You’ll then paint five squares that are the number you were assigned! For example, if you were given the color yellow with a 4 on top, you’ll paint five squares that say “4” with your paint! Pick up your paint here! You’re all working together to create a beautiful mural, and while it seems massive, you’ll be surprised at how quickly the picture begins to form. Want to see what the final product will look like? Fun fact: You can pick up a bookmark that has artwork of the final product on it! Our bookmark! EPCOT will also swap in new murals, depending on how fast they’re filled in, so if you come back a few weeks later, you may notice a new one being created. More Recent Festival of the Arts News! It’s finally time for the 2026 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, and we are PUMPED. We’re hitting up all the Food Studios around the park to bring you a list of what you absolutely must try at this year’s festival! 2026 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts We’ve got everything from returning favorites to new items to treats that are great for the kiddos on this list. It’s your ultimate guide to dining at the Festival of the Arts. Let’s dive in — it’s the BEST OF THE FEST! New Bests Figment Fantasy Cake Starting our list of best new items for 2026 is Figment’s Fantasy Cake, available at Figment’s Inspiration Station at the Odyssey Pavilion. This is a sponge cake filled with strawberry whipped cream, topped with a white chocolate ganache, orange icing, and white chocolate Figment wings for $5.79. Figment Fantasy Cake It’s essentially a piece of strawberry shortcake with a sugar — and strawberry — overload. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, you’re definitely going to appreciate this! Popcorn, Popcorn Chicken, and Waffles The other new item landing on the list from Figment’s Inspiration Station is the Popcorn, Popcorn Chicken, and Waffles. Yep, that’s right that “popcorn” is in the name twice because it’s a waffle topped with rainbow popcorn, popcorn chicken, mini mozzarella, and maple syrup. You can get it for $6.79, and it’s part of the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine. Popcorn, Popcorn Chicken, and Waffles It’s the perfect mix of sweet and savory, plus it’s portable! What’s not to love, here? Fans of chicken and waffles will definitely want to put this on their must-try list. Read Our Review of the Booth Here Éclair au Chocolat et à l’Orange At L’Art de la Cuisine Francaise in the France Pavilion, there are two delicious dishes we want to highlight. The first one is a new item, named literally, “Éclair au Chocolat et à l’Orange, Crème à l’Orange, Ganache au Chocolat, Croustillant de Noisettes et Oranges Confites.” Long, right?! Éclair au Chocolat et à l’Orange It’s a Chocolate-orange éclair, orange cream, chocolate ganache, crispy hazelnut, and candied oranges for $8.95, and it was delightful! The richness of the chocolate and the brightness of the orange pair really well together, and the crispy hazelnut adds some variety to the texture. See Our Review of the Booth Here Dark Chocolate Torte For one of the best new desserts at the festival, you’ll want to head to The Artist’s Table and snag the Dark Chocolate Torte. Flourless chocolate cake, whipped cream, and raspberries make up this treat that’s available for $6.49 in the American Adventure Pavilion. Dark Chocolate Torte The dark chocolate makes this treat rich and lightly sweetened, and it’s not bitter in the way that dark chocolate sometimes is. The raspberries were fresh and the cake was so moist. The crispy pieces helped vary the texture and it was overall decadent (a word we don’t use lightly!). Read Our Review of the Booth Here Taiyaki At Goshiki in Japan, we had the Taiyaki, which is a crisp, flaky fish-shaped chocolate-flavored pastry filled with custard and served with whipped topping for $7.75. This one knocked our socks off! The pastry had a wonderfully flaky texture and light chocolate flavor. Taiyaki The custard filling was just enough that it balanced flavors and textures, but not so much that it got overwhelming or made a mess. The whipped topping on the side was a great addition to even out some dry bits of the pastry as well. Read Our Review of the Booth Here Wild Berry Funnel Cake Our last new item on the list is available at the Funnel Cakes stand in the American Adventure. The Wild Berry Funnel Cake is a funnel cake sandwich with vanilla ice cream and powdered sugar topped with brown sugar brandy-wild berry compote, whipped cream, and dark chocolate sauce for $12.50. Wild Berry Funnel Cake This was surprisingly light and refreshing for a funnel cake thanks to that berry compote! Everything tasted incredibly fresh and we were surprised at how balanced the flavors were. Read Our Review of the Funnel Cake Here Returning Bests Deconstructed BLT Starting our list of returning bests, we have the Deconstructed BLT at Deconstructed Dish. This is made with pork belly, soft poached egg, onion bread pudding, watercress espuma, and tomato jam for $7.29. Deconstructed BLT The pork belly is the star of this dish — flavorful, juicy, and savory. The best way to eat it is to just grab a little of everything on your fork…you won’t be disappointed. Read Our Review of the Booth Here Citrus-braised Beet Tartare At Gourmet Landscapes, we had the Citrus-braised Beet Tartare for $5.49. This is a plant-based item made with golden beet “egg yolk,” mustard vinaigrette, pickled mustard seeds, pickled mushrooms, spiced pistachios, and “feta” snow. It’s also part of the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine. Citrus-braised Beet Tartare The crustini was a perfect crunchy and solid base, and we couldn’t even tell the plant-based feta apart from the real thing. The flavors mesh really well together and balance each bite. Read Our Review of the Booth Here Enchanted Rose Opening Bites is home to the Enchanted Rose, which is a Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine item. It’s a dark chocolate mousse rose for $6.49, and it may sound simple, but it was STELLAR. Enchanted Rose It’s aesthetically pleasing with the presentation, and even though the description said dark chocolate, it tasted like a rich balance of dark and milk chocolate to us. The cookie base adds a nice crunch. Read Our Review of the Booth Here Crème de Brie en Petit Pain Heading back to L’Art de la Cuisine Francaise, we have a returning fan favorite to add to the list — the Crème de Brie en Petit Pain for $10.25, which is warm, creamy brie in a house-made bread bowl. This dish is popular year after year for its soft bread and delicious cheesy fondue. Who doesn’t love some bread and cheese, you guys? Crème de Brie en Petit Pain This year, it was just as satisfying as it has been in the past. We highly recommend it! See Our Review of the Booth Here Wagyu Bun But that’s not all! Also making our list from Goshiki this year is the Wagyu Bun. It’s a steamed bun filled with sweet-and-savory minced American wagyu beef for $10.75. We’ve seen this bun in the past, but this year it has a fun purple color. Very artsy! Wagyu Bun The meat was savory with a hint of sweetness from the bun, and there was a lot of filling inside. This is a great snack credit value and a wonderful savory treat overall. Read Our Review of the Booth Here Best Booth Pastoral Palate A food booth where we loved EVERYTHING we ate?! Yes, PLEASE. Pastoral Palate has a knock-it-out-of-the-park menu this year with rich and savory Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib, a smooth and sweet Black Forest Cake, and the A Play on Rosé Flight that seriously impressed us. Pastoral Palate This booth is located in the Germany Pavilion, and if you ask our opinion, it’s a can’t-miss at the 2026 festival. We’ll be raving about this one for months! Read Our Review of the Booth Here Honorable Mention: El Artista Hambriento Our runner-up best booth for the International Festival of the Arts goes to El Artista Hambriento! This booth in the Mexico Pavilion serves three delicious new food items — the Chile Relleno Taco, the Tostada de Cangrejo, and the Passion Fruit Paleta. El Artista Hambriento Food Studio They also have two very unique and interesting beverages in the form of the Matcharita and the Pear-fect Margarita. Somehow this booth manages to balance intrigue and creativity with delicious flavors, and we are HERE for it. However, the deliciousness falls just shy of Pastoral Palate. Read Our Review of the Booth Here Best of the Fest for Kids Head to Refreshment Outpost to get the item that we’re deeming “best for kids” at the 2026 Festival of the Arts! This is the Artist Palette Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookie for $5.79 and it’s as entertaining as it is yummy. Artist Palette Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookie It comes topped with icing “paint” that you can use to decorate the cookie and it’s served with a paintbrush. Your kids will love this one! Deco Delights at the 2026 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts is serving Jazz Age glam you can eat. It’s so pretty! We’re live at the 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts, checking out the food studios, artistic performances, merchandise, and more. There’s a LOT going on, but don’t let it overwhelm you. We’re here to tell you everything you need to know before your visit. Let’s go to Deco Delights. Here’s everything you need to know about this festival booth! Menu Over at the Deco Delights, the chefs have merged Art Deco style with food. Regarding food, Deco Delights has only one snack offering and some cocktails, but it is a showstopper. As for drinks, it offers a flight of new beers and one epic cocktail. This is also the spot you’ll need to visit if you plan on participating in the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine to get your completer prize. 2026 Deco Delights Menu Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats We grabbed the Sparkling Spectacle Gâteau made with Vanilla bean mousse with a golden caramel center and apricot jam on a hazelnut cookie for $5.99. This treat is part of the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine, so make sure you have your passport ready to get a stamp! This is one of those “pastry case magicians” where every layer has a job, and none of them are freeloading. But also, look at how this beautiful thing just SHIMMERS. Sparkling Spectacle Gateau You bite in, and it starts very soft and fragrant: that vanilla bean mousse reads creamy, floral, and custardy, like melted vanilla ice cream crossed with crème anglaise. Then the golden caramel center shows up with warm toffee notes and a little browned sugar depth, so it goes from “sweet” to “rich” fast. It sort of reminds us of butterbeer when it mixes with the vanilla flavor of the mousse. It’s a REAL treat The apricot jam cuts through like a bright little sunbeam, bringing tangy stone-fruit pop and keeping the caramel from turning the whole thing into a sugar blanket. Under it all, the hazelnut cookie adds roasted, nutty crunch with a hint of praline, plus that slightly buttery, toasty finish. It’s almost like coffee in a dessert. This is the best way to end your eating journey at the EPCOT Festival of the Arts, y’all. It’s…well…perfect. Drinks In terms of drinks on this menu, we got the new Crooked Can Brewing Company Buttercream Fresco. You can also buy each one as an individual pour for $12.50. Crooked Can Brewing Company Buttercream Fresco Here’s the vibe you should expect from something called Buttercream Fresco: It’s a dessert-leaning beer with a sweet, creamy vanilla-frosting note up front (think birthday-cake icing rather than straight sugar). “Fresco” suggests it won’t be only heavy frosting energy, so look for a brighter lift in the finish, like a light fruit zip or a clean, crisp edge that keeps it from drinking like a melted cupcake. The overall impression: creamy-sweet first sip, lighter “refresh” finish, with a smooth, rounded mouthfeel. Who might love it: If you like pastry stouts, cream ales, “dessert beers,” or anything that tastes like it should come with a tiny spoon… this is in your neighborhood. Also great for people who say, “I don’t really like beer,” but mysteriously appear the moment vanilla enters the chat. Who might want to avoid it: If you prefer dry, bitter, hop-forward beers (IPA people who want pine, grapefruit, and emotional damage), or you’re very sensitive to sweet/vanilla notes, this could read cloying. Same if you hate anything that feels “flavored” or “dessert-adjacent” and you want your beer to taste like… beer. You can also get the returning Boyd & Blair Espresso Martini for $12.50. This cocktail has become a staple at Deco Delights. It’s literally just espresso and vodka, so both flavors are VERY strong. A Boyd & Blair Espresso Martini is essentially a “coffee bar dessert” in cocktail form, but made to be easy. The first thing you notice is a bold, roasty espresso aroma and flavor, then it rounds out into dark chocolate and vanilla territory, like a mocha that grew up and started paying taxes. It’s smooth and velvety, with sweetness present (more “vanilla latte” than “black coffee”), and the coffee finish lingers pleasantly. Boyd & Blair Espresso Martini Also available to drink here is the Keel Farms Strawberry Shortcake Hard Cider for $12.50. OVERALL The word “delights” is in the name of this booth for a reason. The dessert here is a true delight, the perfect ending to all those savory dishes you’ve already tried at the EPCOT Festival of the Arts. However, there are some solid beer choices here, too, as well as an espresso martini for when you get that urge for a coffee-laced cocktail. If your art style is “I eat the exhibit,” The Artist’s Table understood the assignment. Lobster Caesar? Yes. Peppercorn striploin + au poivre butter? Loud yes. Flourless chocolate torte? Frame it. Find it near The American Adventure at EPCOT’s Festival of the Arts. The Artist’s Table We’re live at the 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts, checking out the food studios, artistic performances, merchandise, and more. There’s a LOT going on, but don’t let it overwhelm you. We’re here to tell you everything you need to know before your visit. Let’s go to The Artist’s Table to try some snacks and drinks! Menu EPCOT’s The Artist’s Table (by The American Adventure) is serving “steakhouse, but make it Festival of the Arts.” We’re talking a Steakhouse Lobster Caesar Salad, peppercorn-crusted striploin with potatoes au gratin and au poivre butter, and a dark chocolate torte that absolutely deserves its own spotlight. Wash it down with the Old Fashioned Playa Ale or go full fancy with a Caymus Cab. The Artist’s Table 2026 Menu Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats First up, we grabbed the Steakhouse Lobster Caesar Salad with romaine and red oak lettuces, warmwater lobster, radish, herbed breadcrumbs, and house-made Caesar dressing for $8.99. This dish had big chunks of well-cooked lobster, but they weren’t buttered or seasoned at all, and it was just a luxurious lobster flavor. Steakhouse Lobster Caesar Salad The lettuce was a bit wilted, and the other toppings didn’t complement the lobster well. The raw radishes were very bitter, erasing the lobster flavor from the dish. We almost wish there were more Caesar dressing to help balance the flavors, but more would have also overpowered the lobster flavor. We are thinking there might be a reason we don’t usually see Lobster Caesar Salads on menus. Steakhouse Lobster Caesar Salad Next, we tried the Peppercorn-crusted Striploin with grilled asparagus, potatoes au gratin, and au poivre butter for $9.29. Steak, got it. Grilled asparagus, classy yet familiar. Potatoes au gratin, cheese potatoes, but with a fancy name. But “au poivre butter”? Let’s investigate that! Au poivre butter is basically the greatest hits of steakhouse flavor, condensed into a meltable little power disk. It was a great addition to this dish! But what about the rest of the dish? Peppercorn-crusted Striploin The meat was cooked to medium and was thinly sliced. It was a beautiful piece of meat that was nicely marbled. You can definitely taste the peppercorn crust; it had plenty of that peppery flavor but no real heat. It added a great savory flavor. The asparagus was well-cooked, with a slight snap to it and no tough ends. We thought the potatoes were a bit overcooked and tasted a bit goopy. The Peppercorn-crusted Striploin And for dessert? The Dark Chocolate Torte: a Flourless chocolate cake with whipped cream and raspberries for $6.49. We saved the best dish for last, because this one is a winner! It is rich in dark chocolate flavor, but somehow without the bitterness you usually get from dark chocolate. Dark Chocolate Torte While it is rich, it isn’t overly sweet, which we really enjoyed. The torte is dense and moist, and we loved the toppings. The crispies on top give a satisfying crunch when you eat this dessert fresh. It is finished with some fresh raspberries and fresh cream, which add freshness and flavor. We will definitely be back to grab this dessert again! Dark Chocolate Torte Drinks In terms of drinks on this menu, we got the Playalinda Brewing Co. Old Fashioned Playa Ale for $6 for 6 ounces, or $9.75 for 12 ounces. We have to say that this was a very unique beer. It might sound boring, but boy did it prove us wrong! Playalinda Brewing Co. Old Fashioned Playa Ale It is a bit hard to describe, but it reminds us of the aftertaste of drinking root beer, with that really satisfying carbonation in your nose. The flavor is also very reminiscent of that, but without all the sweetness. This beer may not be for everyone, but we definitely enjoyed it and loved its uniqueness. Playalinda Brewing Co. Old Fashioned Playa Ale And returning this year is the Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon for $13. This California-based Cabernet Sauvignon is famous for being big, plush, and crowd-pleasing. The flavor profile includes nuances of ripe, dark fruits such as blackberry jam, black cherry, and plum. It’s full-bodied, smooth, and mouth-filling, with polished, soft tannins. OVERALL The Dark Chocolate Torte was definitely a favorite at this booth with its rich chocolate flavor balanced with fresh raspberries and cream. We also really enjoyed the Peppercorn-crusted Striploin, but we weren’t very impressed with the Steakhouse Lobster Caesar Salad. We also highly recommend the Playalinda Brewing Co. Old Fashioned Playa Ale if you are looking for a unique beer! Full Spread at The Artist’s Table That’s it for this booth, but there’s a LOT more where that came from! It’s finally here! One of our favorite festivals has arrived. The EPCOT Festival of the Arts has kicked off and runs through February 23rd. We are LIVE at the festival checking out ALL the food booths (and getting you reviews of ALL the food), looking at all the fantastic art, taking part in a lot of fun activities, and checking out the Disney on Broadway Concert Series. 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts However, one of our favorite things to do is the festival’s food crawl, the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine. Figment Cereal Treat Now, we usually say to avoid the pre-packaged treats like this…but it’s free, AND it has Figment on it. What more could you want?! It lives up to the “Colorful Cuisine” part — bright and colorful fruit pebbles are part of the cereal mix! This is the same completer prize that was available in 2025. You can get this for FREE just by eating specific items around the fest! Is it Worth It? So is it worth it to participate in the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine? The Goshiki Food Studio is always a popular stop at the EPCOT Festival of the Arts, as home to the famous Sushi Doughnut! But there’s so much more in store… 2026 Goshiki Food Studio Goshiki — located in EPCOT’s Japan Pavilion — is one of the 18 Food Studios (also known as Food Booths) at the Festival. And this year it’s delivering an entirely new menu (aside from the beloved Sushi Doughnut, of course!). We hope you’ll join us here for some sushi, some sake, and some MORE as we bring you our full reviews of every single Food Studio at the Festival of the Arts! Menu Goshiki — which means “five colors” in Japanese — is delivering THREE brand new food dishes to the Festival of the Arts this year! Joining the Sushi Doughnut on the menu are Taiyaki (a fish-shaped chocolate-flavored pastry), a Tokyo Kawaii Roll, and a new version of the Wagyu Bun. Goshiki menu You’ve got LOTS of choices for drinks at Goshiki, and four out of five are NEW! The Grapey Apple Boba is non-alcoholic, while the Yuzu-Pineapple Punch is a new cocktail. The Sake Flight is made up of new flavors this year, or you can order the returning Masu Sake served in a traditional personalized wooden cup. Beer drinkers may be intrigued by the new Crooked Can Brewing Company Wasabi IPA. Let’s GO!! (See what I did there? ) Eats What, exactly, is Taiyaki? It’s a crisp and flaky fish-shaped chocolate-flavored pastry filled with custard and served with whipped topping. It’s $7.75. Taiyaki This was SO GOOD. The chocolate pastry was flaky and not overwhelmingly chocolatey. It wasn’t sugary, just truly a nice chocolate. The custard was really nice and creamy, almost silky. It was just the right amount of custard in the pastry, too. There was a bit of whipped topping on the side that was more like a Cool Whip texture instead of real whipped cream. The whipped cream also helped make any dry parts of the pastry better, not that there was much of that. It was all just amazing, and definitely a Best of the Fest item for sure. Taiyaki It’s just not the Festival of the Arts without the Sushi Doughnut! This dish is a doughnut-shaped serving of sushi with salmon, tuna, shrimp, cucumber, and sesame seeds. It’s plated with wasabi aïoli, sriracha aïoli, and eel sauce. It costs $8.75. The famous sushi doughnut This thing is a classic. It’s a tried and true festival favorite. The rice is well prepared, but there’s a lot of it compared to fish. The fish was pretty fresh. The standout parts of this dish are the wasabi and sriracha aïolis with the eel sauce. These add some really impressive flavors that make the doughnut well-balanced, instead of just fish and rice. Sushi Doughnut The new Tokyo Kawaii Roll adds color to the sushi rice surrounding crispy shrimp tempura! It’s topped with a yellow yuzu sauce and plum sauce for $9.75. Tokyo Kawaii Roll This roll was pretty good, but not great. The sauces were definitely needed to add a little bit of flavor. The yuzu sauce was nice, sweet, and tangy, which brightens up the otherwise plain sushi. The plum sauce was very interesting with a totally different vibe, giving it a very interesting dichotomy of flavors. These were just ok, but great. Though Goshiki has served the Wagyu Bun at previous Festivals (it was even one of our Best of the Fest picks last year), it’s given a new twist this year with a purple bun! It’s filled with sweet-and-savory minced American wagyu beef for $10.75. Wagyu Bun We really like the flavors of the meat, which are so good. It’s very savory with a hint of sweetness from the bun. The bun isn’t dense or so soft that the meat is falling out. This is a returning favorite, and we’re still BIG fans. Drinks The featured non-alcoholic beverage at Goshiki is Grapey Apple Boba for $6.75. Grapey Apple Boba It’s described as a “Crafted black grape beverage” with green apple popping boba. This was really just grapefruit juice with apple boba at the bottom. It was sweet and a little bit sour. The apple boba added an interesting flavor combination when they popped. It was fine, but nothing super special. This was a grapefruit drink Who else is excited to try the new version of the Sake Flight?! For $19.75, you receive pours of peach, mango, and strawberry-flavored Nigori sake. Sake Flight We really like the sake flight! Each sample had very distinct notes of the flavors in it. They were super sweet and almost creamy. They had the texture of a thin smoothie, which was really nice. We really liked these! If you prefer to go a more traditional route, the Masu Sake is available once again this year for $14.00. Masu Sake in a Personalized Wooden Cup As always, it’s presented to you in a traditional personalized wooden cup! If you’re planning to try different cocktails at the Festival, Goshiki is serving the new Yuzu-Pineapple Punch for $8.75. Yuzu Pineapple Punch Shochu provides the spirit base, and it’s made with yuzu and pineapple flavors. The main flavor was definitely the yuzu, with the pineapple coming in as more of an aftertaste. It was very refreshing, easily sippable, and tasted like juice or a mimosa without the bubbles. This is a drink we think a lot of people will enjoy. This was yummy! Crooked Can Brewing Company (which you can tour in Winter Garden, FL) delivers the new-to-the-Festival Wasabi IPA! Crooked Can Brewing Company Wasabi IPA You can try a 6 ounce pour for $5.75 or a 12 ounce pour for $9.75. But honestly, we wouldn’t get it again. We didn’t really taste wasabi. It was just a light beer with a really weird twang to it. But if you like beer and you like wasabi, it might be worth trying. This was not our favorite OVERALL We found at least two of our favorite items from the festival at Goshiki! The Wagyu bun and the Taiyaki are high up on our list of Best of the Fest foods. The rest of the offerings here are worth trying, too. We didn’t have a bad item here, so you should definitely stop by this booth! Full Spread at Goshiki Thanks so much for joining us at Goshiki! We’re winding ’round EPCOT’s World Showcase and we’re stopping in Germany (Prost!) to visit the Pastoral Palate Food Studio at the 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts! 2026 Pastoral Palate Food Studio Pastoral Palate is one of the 18 Food Studios (also known as Food Booths) at the Festival, and it is once again home to the Rosé Flight (!!!) among other favorite dishes and drinks. Join us here as we continue to bring you our full reviews of every single Food Studio at the Festival of the Arts! Menu There isn’t much in the way of new items at Pastoral Palate this year, but when you’re boasting returning dishes like Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib and Black Forest Cake, who can complain? Pastoral Palate Menu! 3 Daughters Brewing Rosé Hard Cider and 81Bay Brewing Co. Rosé Blonde Ale are back again, as is the Frozen Rosé. The popular A Play on Rosé Flight presents all three. New to Pastoral Palate is Hex Vom Dasenstein Pinot Noir. Wilkommen! Let’s eat! Eats The Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib is the headliner here for $8.79. It’s plated with parsnip purée, broccolini, baby tomatoes, and balsamic glaze. Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib This truly has that red wine production, exactly what you should have as almost a glaze to it. It was SO good! The way the rib is cooked, it cuts like butter. The meat is so tender that it’s just that easy to cut through. The parsnip purée is really sweet — you might think it’s mashed potatoes, but it’s not. The rib *Chef’s Kiss* The broccoli was tasty, and the tomatoes were very fresh with a burst in your mouth. The balsamic glaze was good and gave the dish a little bit of a twang. It’s just perfect for balancing out the entire dish. This was delicious! For dessert? The Black Forest Cake is $4.99. The emphasis, however, is on chocolate mousse over cake, and it’s accompanied by morello cherries and topped with chantilly cream. It’s hard to imagine that this wouldn’t be one of our favorite things at the festival just from reading about it. Black Forest Cake We were a little worried this dessert would melt, but it held up very nicely. The chocolate mousse is addictive; we went through it so fast. The cream on top reminds us of whipped cream when we got into it. The cherries are cooked through the mousse, and remind us of a black cherry — sweet and tart. We’re telling you, this is a must-grab, this dessert is DELICIOUS! Oh…my… goodness! Drinks Ready to raise a glass — or three — of Rosé? You can do so with the returning Rosé Flight: it’s A Play on Rosé! You see, the “rosés” involved are not rosé wines, as you might expect. The trio, which costs $13.50, consists of 3 Daughters Brewing Rosé Hard Cider, 81Bay Brewing Co. Rosé Blonde Ale, and Frozen Rosé. A Play on Rosé Flight This flight was fantastic, and everything plays up to that rosé flavor — it’s very on the nose. The Hard Cider is exactly what you think of when you want a bubbly, fizzy cider with a rosé flavor. 3 Daughters Brewing Rosé Hard Cider The rosé flavor was a little more muted with the Blonde Ale, but it has a beautiful amber color to it. 81Bay Brewing Co. Rosé Blonde Ale Lastly, you have the classic Frozen Rosé — frozen, delicious, frothy, pink. It was just a fantastic drink! Frozen Rosé If you’d rather just try one, both the 3 Daughters Brewing Rosé Hard Cider and 81Bay Brewing Co. Rosé Blonde Ale are individually available in a 6-ounce pour for $6.00 or a 12-ounce pour for $9.75. A full Frozen Rosé is $7.25. Frozen Rosé Finally, wine drinkers can partake in the new-to-the-Festival Hex Vom Dasenstein Pinot Noir for $7.00. OVERALL Do NOT skip this booth when you’re at the festival! We’re willing to go as far as to say that this is one of our favorite booths at the festival (it’s definitely up there). We’ll be back here! If you’ve been pointing at this booth name like it’s a final exam you did not study for, welcome to the club. Let’s make it easy: L’Arte di Mangiare is pronounced “lar-TEH dee mahn-JAH-reh” (with the emphasis on JAH). It basically means “the art of eating”, which is honestly the most relatable kind of art at EPCOT. 2026 L’Arte di Mangiare Food Studio Now that we’re all saying it with confidence (and at least one hand gesture we didn’t know we had ), let’s get into what L’Arte di Mangiare is actually serving at the 2026 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, and whether it’s masterpiece material or just… cafeteria impressionism. Menu Over at the L’Arte di Mangiare, you’ll find a variety of Italian delicacies. L’Arte di Mangiare Menu Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats The Mozzarella Fritta is returning again this year. This is flash-fried breaded fresh mozzarella with artist palette condiments for $9.50. Yes, it’s fried cheese, and OF COURSE, we’re eating it, even if it is just a circular mozzarella stick. But y’all, this presentation!!! We don’t really have a lot of complaints about the fried mozzarella because that’s a really hard dish to mess up, right? However, we’re also in LOVE with the sauces it comes with — each one is really solid. It’s cheese with dipping sauces, so we’re sold. Mozzarella Fritta Next up, we picked up a new dish at this location. The Polenta Pasticciata, made with polenta, Bolognese, Parmesan, mozzarella, and tomato sauce, is priced at $8.00. This dish eats like lasagna’s cozy cousin who wears knit sweaters and insists you sit down and relax. We love polenta, but this was…well, we don’t know if it’s polenta, because it was gelatinous and it tasted like it had too much gelatin in it, although polenta doesn’t usually have gelatin, does it? Foodie note: this often happens when it’s not made with enough water. It also really lacked flavor. So this one is a big “nope.” Polenta Pasticciata After all that cheese, it’s time for something sweet. (Though, we’d never turn down an opportunity for MORE cheese). Raspberry Spuma is going to eat like a fancy little raspberry cloud that got dressed up for a gallery opening. “Spuma” is an Italian word that literally means “foam.” In food terms, it’s a light, airy preparation, usually made by whipping or aerating something like fruit purée, cream, custard, or a sauce until it turns fluffy. This Raspberry Spuma is made with vanilla sauce, mint whipped cream, and puffed rice for $5.50. Raspberry Spuma Okay, so we’re going to be blunt. This thing was…well, overwhelming. The flavor just hits you, and not in a good way. It’s not that the mint is overwhelming. It’s just that all the flavors are competing with each other, and none of them is a winner. To quote our reporter, it’s like “the universe birthed a new flavor, and it’s called gross.” This is disappointing because we actually liked it last year, but this year, something is seriously off. Drinks In terms of drinks on this menu, we ordered the Italian-inspired Margarita with Tequila and Fabrizia Blood Orange Liqueur for $12. We couldn’t taste the blood orange flavor at all. We still enjoyed this drink, but it was missing that burst of flavor we expected. However, it’s still a refreshing frozen drink that’s sweet and not too syrupy. Italian-inspired Margarita We also got a Sicilian Sunrise, which is made with Canella Granriviera Mimosa and Luxardo Aperitivo for $16.00. Sicilian Sunrise This Sicilian Sunrise is basically a mimosa that learned how to flirt with bitterness. This starts with bright, bubbly citrus from the Granriviera Mimosa, think orange-leaning, zesty, and “easy sipping” sparkling vibes (some descriptions even call out citrus essence like orange and bergamot). Once you get past that citrus zip, then Luxardo Aperitivo steps in and gives it structure. Bittersweet orange and pink-grapefruit notes, a marmalade-like citrus peel bitterness, and herbal depth from things like rhubarb and gentian (so it finishes more “spritz-worthy” than “breakfast juice”). Our reporter described it as luxurious, but mentioned the bitterness was like drinking perfume, albeit high-end perfume. So this drink is not for everyone. Overall experience: sparkling, juicy citrus up front, then a bitter, slightly herbal “grown-up” finish. Think “mimosa meets aperitivo hour.” Who might enjoy it: People who like Aperol Spritz or citrus spritzes but want it fruitier and bubblier. Mimosa fans who wish mimosas had a little bite and less pure sweetness. Anyone who likes orange, grapefruit, and that chic, lightly bitter aperitif finish. Who might want to avoid it: If you hate bitter flavors (citrus peel, grapefruit pith vibes), the Aperitivo will be loud to you. If you prefer bone-dry sparkling wine cocktails, this may read too “fruity-sweet + bittersweet.” If you strongly dislike herbal notes (gentian or rhubarb style bitterness), same deal. L’Arte di Mangiare also has some returning beers, wines, and cocktails, including the Peroni Pilsner ($6.50 for 6 ounces and $12 for 12 ounces), Prosecco ($12), Moscato ($12), Chianti ($11), Italian Red Sangria ($12), and Italian-inspired Margarita ($13). OVERALL Italy is always the one festival booth that really tries, and then just doesn’t quite get it all together. We will say that you can’t go wrong with the fried cheese, obviously, and we also enjoyed the Italian-inspired margarita. As for everything else, though? We would walk on by. The Funnel Cake stand in EPCOT’s American Adventure Pavilion is home to a unique funnel cake for every EPCOT Festival! Come along with us as we check out this year’s artistic entry. Funnel Cakes We’re live at the 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts, checking out the food studios, artistic performances, merchandise, and more. There’s a LOT going on, but don’t let it overwhelm you. We’re here to tell you everything you need to know before your visit. Let’s go to the Funnel Cake booth to see what’s cooking. Menu This year’s Festival of the Arts funnel cake is Wild Berry Funnel Cake, which is a funnel cake sandwich with vanilla ice cream and powdered sugar topped with brown sugar brandy-wild berry compote, whipped cream, and dark chocolate sauce. Funnel Cake Special Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats A funnel cake sandwich with vanilla ice cream and powdered sugar topped with brown sugar brandy-wild berry compote, whipped cream, and dark chocolate sauce? OK, let’s do this. You can grab this funnel cake for $12.50. Wild Berry Funnel Cake We thought the ingredient ratio was great, and the flavor balance worked well. The berry compote was very fresh tasting — no artificial berry flavors here! We thought the amount of vanilla ice cream on top was great, and it was creamy with plenty of vanilla flavor. We also loved that the whipped cream tasted super fresh and melded with all the other flavors. The dark chocolate sauce added just a bit of extra sweetness and depth to the funnel cake. Wild Berry Funnel Cake The balance of funnel cake, berry compote, ice cream, chocolate, and whipped cream was wonderful. This dessert is definitely shareable, and we liked that it was a bit lighter than other desserts. The berry compote and ice cream also made it taste very refreshing. Not something we necessarily thought we would say about funnel cake, but here we are. We would definitely grab this funnel cake again! OVERALL This funnel cake earned a spot among our favorites of the festival. We thought all the flavors balanced well, and we especially appreciated how fresh the berry compote tasted. This could be a great option for picky eaters or for someone looking for a fruity, delicious dessert. That’s it for this booth, but there’s a LOT more where that came from! FIGMENT FANS… this is YOUR TIME! It’s the 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts. And even though everyone’s favorite purple dragon has a major presence in EPCOT all year, he’s an EVEN BIGGER DEAL during the Festival, from a Figment-themed Scavenger Hunt right down to having his very own Food Booth: Figment’s Inspiration Station at the Odyssey! Figment’s Inspiration Station What this Food Studio has in common with all of the Food Studios (also known as Food Booths) at the Festival is that it serves up an array of artfully presented food and drinks in celebration of the Culinary Arts. But there is something Figment’s Inspiration Station can boast that no other Food Booth can: it is also home to the NEW (and sure to be a hit) Figment Artist Popcorn Bucket (!!!)! Oh, boy, there’s so much to show you… let’s dig in already! Figment Artist Popcorn Bucket “From head to tail, he’s royal purple pigment; And there, viola! You’ve got a Figment!” That’s right… YOU’VE literally got a Figment with the Figment Artist Popcorn Bucket! Figment Artist Popcorn Bucket It comes with Rainbow Popcorn and costs $29.00. And remember, it’s only available while supplies last. Oh, and you need to use Mobile Order to purchase it. Multi-colored popcorn Eats New to Figment’s Inspiration Station is Popcorn, Popcorn Chicken and Waffles! Complete with Rainbow Popcorn, Popcorn Chicken, Mini Mozzarella, and Maple Syrup, it costs $6.79. Popcorn, Popcorn Chicken and Waffles Guests participating in the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine will want to know that this is one of the eligible dishes to help you complete your crawl. And it will be WORTH it, because this is one of our FAVORITE snacks at the whole festival. It’s a perfect mixture of sweet and savory, and it’s portable to boot, making it easy to carry around the park. Also new this year is the Figment Fantasy Cake for $5.79. Figment Fantasy Cake A sponge cake is filled with strawberry whipped cream and topped with white chocolate ganache and orange icing. But the white chocolate wings are what really give this snacking tribute to Figment its signature look! So, aesthetically, this cake is a fantastic representation of EPCOT’s iconic mascot. As far as a treat? Well, its appeal to you will likely depend on your sweet tooth. It’s essentially a piece of strawberry shortcake with a sugar — and strawberry — overload. If that sounds appealing, then you’ll probably LOVE it. If not, you may want to skip. Apparently, Figment is fond of cake, because we’ve got one more for you: the Color Scheme Cake is a fruit-flavored rainbow-hued cake topped with SKITTLES® POP’d Sour and Original and Sour Freeze Dried Candy. Color Scheme Cake It’s $5.29 and is also an eligible item for the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine. In previous years, this booth featured a similar Rainbow Cake, also topped with SKITTLES®. But this new form is a fruit-flavored Bundt cake (as opposed to a vanilla slice). While that sounds good in theory, in reality, we couldn’t taste ALL that much difference between the different colors of cake. However, the icing does have some orange flavor to it. So, which is the better cake? Well, the Color Scheme Cake — despite the flavors melding together a bit — has a really good consistency. However, in the end, we think most people would go with the Figment cake thanks to its fun shape and strawberry flavor. Drinks To drink, Figment Imagination Lemonade is once again up for grabs. This non-alcoholic beverage costs $5.29 and features Simply Lemonade with your choice of flavor, such as Toasted Marshmallow (the one we chose!). Figment’s Imagination Lemonade See? You can use your own imagination, picking your own version! We actually loved the toasted marshmallow because the vanilla sweetness from the marshmallow cuts the tartness from the lemonade a bit. But Cast Members may even let you mix up a few different flavors. (That was an option last year, and it never hurts to ask!) Either way, this is definitely a fun option for the kiddos (and we enjoyed it, too)! Of-age guests may opt for a Hard Cider Flight or a Beer Flight. The Hard Cider Flight features three ciders by 3 Daughters Brewing. Hard Cider Flight The Flight is $12.75, or you can try any individual cider for $6.00 (for a 6-ounce pour) or $9.75 (for a 12-ounce pour). We really enjoyed all three ciders. The flavors really came through, and were deliciously sweet. The Black Cherry Hard Cider… Black Cherry Hard Cider. … the Orange Cream Hard Cider… The Orange Cream Hard Cider …and our personal favorite, Strawberry Banana Hard Cider. Strawberry Banana The Beer Flight is comprised of three brews that are entirely new to the Festival this year: Brouwerij Huyghe Floris Cactus Belgian Wheat Ale (Melle, Belgium), Playalinda Brewing Co. Port of Blue Stout (Titusville, FL), and The Bruery Enticing Boysenberry Sour Blonde Ale (Placentia, CA). Beer Flight Just like the Hard Cider Flight, the Beer Flight is $12.75, or you can try any individual beer for $6.00 (for a 6-ounce pour) or $9.75 (for a 12-ounce pour). We enjoyed all three beers in this flight, but truth be told, we would probably choose the Hard Cider Float over it. First, we tried the Brouwerij Huyghe Floris Cactus Belgian Wheat Ale (Melle, Belgium), and found it very strong in floral flavor and scent. Brouwerij Huyghe Floris Cactus Belgian Wheat Ale Next up was the Playalinda Brewing Co. Port of Blue Stout (Titusville, FL), which we enjoyed. This would be a good introductory stout for someone being introduced to them for the first time. Playalinda Brewing Co. Port of Blue Stout Finally, the Bruery Enticing Boysenberry Sour Blonde Ale (Placentia, CA) definitely lived up to the sour in its name. (You should have seen our faces when trying it!). That said, if you’re a fan of sour, you’re gonna love this. The Bruery Enticing Boysenberry Sour Blonde Ale OVERALL Figment’s Inspiration Station is a major win as far as we’re concerned, mainly thanks to the Best of the Fest entry, the sweet and savory Popcorn, Popcorn Chicken and Waffles. In addition, the booth offers not one, but TWO sweet cake options, and some delicious drinks. “One little spark” indeed… Full spread! Thanks so much for joining us at Figment’s Inspiration Station! And remember, there’s a LOT more where this came from… Click here to see FULL reviews of EVERY. SINGLE. BOOTH. at the Festival of the Arts! The 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts is here, and you know what that means. We’re eating our way around EPCOT and checking out all the food booths. We’re also checking out the Disney on Broadway concert series, and all the various things you can see and do around the festival. Lorcana in EPCOT This year’s festival brought something new to EPCOT, though. Disney has introduced some new Disney Lorcana experiences, and we decided to check those out. The EPCOT Festival of the Arts takes place from January 16th through February 23rd. During that time, you can pick up a Festival Questbook from a spot located on the bridge between World Celebration and World Showcase. Where to get the Lorcana Quest Book So we did just that. Lorcana at the 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts We immediately set off on the “Ink and Find” adventure that had us walking around EPCOT looking for larger-than-life trading cards. You’ll find a map and stickers iniside the Questbook. Lorcana Map and Stickers It’s a scavenger hunt for giant Lorcana cards that look like this: Found one! You’ll find them all throughout World Showcase. Giant Lorcana card Once you find one of these giant cards, you place the accompanying sticker in your Festival Questbook. Found the Mickey Card! When you’ve found all the giant cards, we went back to Illumineer’s Lounge in Morocco and got a limited-edition Magical Places promo cards. In the Morocco Pavilion! The Illumineer’s Lounge is also a spot where you can also participate in the Collection Quest. You can open Disney Lorcana booster packs and trade cards with others. Once you have a complete collection, you can redeem your Questbook for another limited-edition Magical Places promo card. Inside the Illumineer’s Lounge You’ll also want to be sure to stop by the Artful Photo Op featuring card art from the Fabled Disney Lorcana Set. Artful Photo Op This is a fun new addition to the festival, and we think a lot of Lorcana players are going to love these new adventures. We’ll be making our way around EVERYTHING the EPCOT Festival of the Arts has to offer, so be sure to keep following along for our festival booth food reviews and more. If you’re looking for a quick stop during your tours of the Festival of the Arts Food Studios, we suggest stopping at Refreshment Outpost. Refreshment Outpost We’re live at the 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts, checking out the food studios, artistic performances, merchandise, and more. There’s a LOT going on, but don’t let it overwhelm you. We’re here to tell you everything you need to know before your visit. We’re making a quick stop at Refreshment Outpost to see what’s on the menu. Menu This year, Refreshment Outpost is serving up more drinks than food, but you still might find something you like. First up is the Artist Palette Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookie, which has been a Festival staple for years. On the drink side, you’ll find several beer options, and the Boyd & Blair Blood Orange Cosmo, which was found last year at the Refreshment Port (a location that is closed right now). Refreshment Outpost Menu Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats The only food item (again) this year at Refreshment Port is the ubiquitous Artist Palette Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookie. This cookie is cute, and that’s about it. Will the kiddos enjoy it? Probably. You can get it for $5.79. Artist Palette Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookie When they say jumbo, they mean — this thing is ginormous. It’s about as big as your hand when your fingers are spread out (at least it was for us). At the end of the day, this isn’t anything super unique, just a chewy chocolate chip cookie. That being said, it is very delicious! Artist Palette Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookie If you want to color the cookie with the “paint” (icing), you really have to dig into it. All in all, it’s a tasty basic sweet treat — a best of the fest pick despite its simplicity! Drinks If you were a fan of the Boyd & Blair Blood Orange Cosmo at Refreshment Port last year, you’ll be happy to know that it’s on the menu at Refreshment Outpost this year! You can get it for $12.50. Boyd & Blair Blood Orange Cosmo This drink is made with Boyd & Blair Potato Vodka with blood orange, cranberry, and lime. Last year, we noted that it was a favorite drink at the Festival. We’re happy to say it’s up there with our favorite drinks of the festival once again. This thing is fantastic! Boyd & Blair Blood Orange Cosmo The drink is like a Sprite with no sweetness to it. It has a tangy blood orange flavor to it, dominating all other flavors in this. It’s like a ginger beer cider type of thing more than an like a liquor type drink. Returning to the Outpost this year is the Parish Brewing Co. Blueberry Mochi Berliner Weisse for $12.50. Parish Brewing Co. Blueberry Mochi Berliner Weisse In the past, we have called it the ‘sweetest beer we’ve ever had.’ Also returning this year is Brewlando Liquid Art Pilsner. This is priced at $12.50. The new drink for 2026 is Wicked Weed Brewing Abstract Blonde Ale, which you can purchase for $12.50. OVERALL Overall, it’s worth stopping by here for the cookie and the Boyd & Blair. Yes, the cookie is simple, but it’s actually very good. It’s also a great option for kids, which is hard to come by at these festivals. The booth doesn’t have tons to offer, but with what it has, we say you should check this place out! Here’s what we got! Listen, some Disney merchandise is amazing…but not all of it is. ©Disney We may be suckers for the adorable bags, spirit jerseys, t-shirts, plushes, and more, but there are some souvenirs that we’ve seen Disney release that have us scratching our heads, even if it’s been YEARS since it was released. Sometimes, we enjoy taking a trip down memory lane and taking a look at some of this super spooky merchandise, so if you’re up for a good laugh, this is 100% the post for you right now. DISCLOSURE: This post may contain affiliate links, meaning when you click the links and make a purchase, we receive a commission. Evil Queen Earrings (With A Face In Them?!) ©Disney Listen, we know the Evil Queen talks to her magic mirror, but when Disney released these Evil Queen Earrings in 2021, we were terrified to realize it looked like there was a face INSIDE the gems! In fact, these were so terrifying that you can no longer find them listed on the Disney Store website, which doesn’t surprise us — we don’t think they sold very well. Little Green Alien Gone Wrong WHAT IS THIS THING? We spotted this Green Alien Popcorn Keychain in the parks years ago, but it still haunts us. WHY does the popcorn in his mouth look like that?! It looks like he’s foaming at the mouth, in a weird way, so it just gives us the heebie-jeebies every time we look at it. We haven’t seen it in the parks in years (again, no surprise there), but we wouldn’t be totally shocked if we see him return someday. Vacant Eyes…No, Thank You ©Disney Back in 2023, Disney released this truly terrifying Wicket…Plush? It was 3 feet tall, and looked like it was staring into your soul every waking moment (and it never sleeps, so that was all the time). We spotted it both in the parks AND online for a whopping $350+, and we were just baffled. Its dead eyes haunt us, and we kinda never want to see it again (but we had to put it in this post, so now we’re all in the same boat). You Can Spit On Your Friends (Yes, You Heard Us Right) Yeah, you definitely need this hat. Back in 2021, we spotted none other than a Spitting Llama Hat in Animal Kingdom. We’re not kidding, this hat literally lets you spit on your friends via a container of water you can squeeze. The best part, though? While we haven’t seen it in the parks recently, you can STILL order it on Amazon! Check it out here (if you dare) What in The World is A Toothpick Plush? ©Amazon Prior to today, we thought that any version of Pluto was cute. Well, we’ve now been proven wrong, because the GUND Disney Official Pluto Toothpick Plush? What is HAPPENING here?! Everything just feels slightly off. The body, the face, the ear length — everything needed adjustment, and no one decided to do them, so this is what we ended up with. Brave enough to check it out? If you got a good laugh out of these, not to worry — we’re always on the lookout for the strange souvenirs as well as the super cool ones, so be sure to stay tuned to DFB! View the full article

The Vibrante and Vívido food studio is a popular stop at the EPCOT Festival of the Arts, especially if you’re looking for some heat in your festival snacks. Did someone say cheesecake? We’re live at the 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts, checking out the food studios, artistic performances, merchandise, and more. There’s a LOT going on, but don’t let it overwhelm you. We’re here to tell you everything you need to know before your visit. Let’s go to the Vibrante and Vívido to check out this year’s menu. Menu This year Vibrante and Vívido is serving up several returning items, including a Chorizo and Potato Empanada with turmeric aïoli and annatto aïoli, Spicy Ajiaco Soup, and Passion Fruit-filled Mango Cheesecake. The drinks for this year are also all returning and include a non-boozy Layered Berry-Piña Colada Smoothie, a boozy version of the smoothie, and Collective Arts Brewing Guava Dream Blonde Ale. 2026 Vibrante & Vívido Menu Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats First up, we grabbed the returning Chorizo and Potato Empanada with turmeric aïoli and annatto aïoli for $6.79. This item is also a snack credit on the Disney Dining Plan. Last year, we said this was one of the spicier dishes in Disney World! How does this year stack up? At first, we thought this might be dry on the inside, but in the end, it wasn’t, and the chorizo and potato had a really hearty, balanced flavor. It’s also very filling, and that slight spicy kick is still there, but we thought it was Disney spicy and not spicy-spicy, ‘ya know? Chorizo and Potato Empanada Our empanada, though, was a little overcooked, but it made it nice and crumbly, so we have no real complaints there. The two aiolis are what saved it from the dryness, and they were heavy on the mayo. Also, bring wet wipes because the turmeric on these babies will stain your hands. It’s a pretty decent-sized empanada Next, we ordered the returning Passion Fruit-filled Mango Cheesecake with coconut-pineapple cake, dragon fruit gelée, and dragon fruit-strawberry sauce for $5.29 (also a snack on the Dining Plan). The cake is a little dry, but you don’t notice that with everything else going on with it. We loved how interesting all the flavors were, but it was still light and easy to eat. There’s also a thin sort of casing on the outside that gives it some crunch, and the cheesecake on the inside is more mousse-like than cheesecake-like, but that’s not a deal breaker. Overall, it’s a very fruity, balanced, and slightly elevated dessert that isn’t too sweet. Passion Fruit-filled Mango Cheesecake The other savory dish this year is the Spicy Ajiaco Soup with guajillo and árbol chili-spiced chicken, potato, avocado, corn, and crème fraîche for $5.99, or a snack credit on the Dining Plan. Spicy Ajiaco Soup When we last checked out this dish, we said, “This soup is not for the faint of heart!” due to the spice level. You want to talk about SPICE? This soup was super spicy but in the best way possible. You don’t often get a lot of spice from Disney food, so we were happy to taste a dish that wasn’t afraid to really pack a punch. The corn was surprisingly one of the best parts! Drinks The Layered Berry-Piña Colada Smoothie is returning from 2024 with an updated name. This drink is available as a non-alcoholic drink for $4.99 or a snack credit on the Dining Plan. If you want to kick it up with some spiced rum, it’ll cost you $14.75. Last year, the non-boozy version was more of a slush than a smoothie, and we found it to be super sweet. This year, we loved it. We didn’t have huge expectations, but it delivered. The flavor is heavy on the coconut, with the other fruits balancing that out. It’s easy to sip on, and it’s nice to have a non-alcoholic option that feels more adult. It’s really got those great pina colada flavors. Layered Berry-Piña Colada Smoothie In addition to the fruity smoothies, you can also order the returning Collective Arts Brewing Guava Dream Blonde Ale. A 6-oz pour is $6.00, and a 12-oz pour is priced at $9.75 OVERALL So several of the food items here still have some spice to them, but we didn’t think the empanada was SUPER spicy, so if you want something with a bit of a kick that won’t set your head on fire, it’s a great option with wonderful flavors. We also highly recommend the smoothie because it’s great even without the alcohol and feels like a nice mocktail option that isn’t just a flavored lemonade.
