Alright cheesecake fans, we’ve got a treat for you! Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe We’ve been snacking on a bunch of delicious limited-time rainbow treats this weekend at Disneyland Resort. We showed you the Rainbow Bread Pudding and the colorific Rainbow Macaron Box and now we’re back with the Rainbow Cheesecake! In celebration of Gay Days, Disney has fully embraced the “Love Comes in Every Color” slogan and has released a plethora of snack items that are sure to wow your tastebuds! The Rainbow Cheesecake is no exception! Rainbow Cheesecake It seems like every year Disneyland goes all-in with their support of Gay Days, and this year certainly takes the (cheese)cake! Rainbow Cheesecake The Rainbow Cheesecake checks all the boxes for what you look for in a delicious cheesecake snack: the cake itself is moist and flavorful, and the crust adds the perfect amount of texture to every bite. Rainbow Cheesecake This treat offers a traditional cheesecake flavor and comes with a white chocolate rainbow drizzle (yum), and topped with an itty bit of whipped cream and a white chocolate-flavored Mickey (or Minnie) shaped decorative piece. Rainbow Cheesecake This was super cute, but otherwise just your average cheesecake. If you’ve got a hankerin’ for some reliable cheesecake, grab one this weekend at Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe for $5.79. You can also find it at Harbour Galley or Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta. REVIEW! Rainbow Macaron Box at Disneyland Resort
Disney4me posted a topic in Disney Food/Restaurants
Limited-time rainbow treats are out in full force at the Disneyland Resort this weekend! Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe Celebrating Gay Days, an assortment of merchandise and snacks items are available for guests to enjoy, inspired by Disney’s “Love Comes in Every Color” initiative. We tried the Rainbow Bread Pudding at Pacific Wharf Cafe, so next, naturally, we had to grab a treat that comes in each and every color of the rainbow! We popped over to Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe to get our hands on the Rainbow Macaron Box. Rainbow Macaron Box These beauties may be the best way to remember your ROYGBIV! While the cookies themselves have a more generic taste, each macaron comes with a flavored filling in the center. There are six flavors to enjoy: strawberry, orange, lemon, green apple, blueberry, and grape. Rainbow Macaron Box We found some flavors to be stronger than others — the lemon was very light while the orange was WAY more intense! The Rainbow Macaron Box costs $15.99; you can find them at Jolly Holiday, Refreshment Corner, Market House, Clarabelle’s Hand-Scooped Ice Cream, or Craftsman Grill at the Grand Californian this weekend! There are a variety of limited-time treats to snack on at Disneyland Resort this weekend in celebration of Gay Days. And with the slogan “Love Comes in Every Color“, Disney pulled out all the stops to deliver some seriously colorful creations! Pacific Wharf Cafe We’re always game for a new specialty bread pudding over at Pacific Wharf Cafe in Disney California Adventure. They knocked it out the park with their recent cherry cheesecake bread pudding and lemon blueberry bread pudding, and now we’re pumped to try their new Rainbow Bread Pudding! The Rainbow Bread Pudding is a generously portioned birthday cake-flavored bread pudding, topped with a HUGE glob of whipped cream. Rainbow Bread Pudding Ours was served on a bed of strawberry syrup, which was drizzled with sprinkles and glitter, and if that wasn’t enough, the whipped cream was topped with a TON of sprinkles and glitter – it looked like a birthday party on a plate! Rainbow Bread Pudding This dish is SWEET. Not only was the strawberry syrup all over the plate, but there was another layer of syrup hiding IN BETWEEN the bread pudding and whipped cream! If you’re a fan of fruit-flavored syrups, you’re going to love this dessert. The strawberry flavor was VERY prominent. So much so that it overpowered the birthday cake flavor for us! The bread pudding itself was warm and moist – everything you would expect in a tasty treat like this! Rainbow Bread Pudding This is a big treat you can easily share, so grab a friend and some forks and head down to Disneyland this weekend to pick one up! You can get the Rainbow Bread Pudding for $5.39 this weekend. See more of the rainbow goodies at Disneyland this weekend HERE! Cast Members come together to assemble hygiene kits for shelters in Nassau CELEBRATION, Fla. (October 5, 2019) – As part of Disney’s commitment to helping The Bahamas recover from the devastation of Hurricane Dorian, Disney Cruise Line Cast Members worked together to assemble more than 1,500 Clean the World personal hygiene kits. Clean the World is a global health organization committed to providing sustainable resources, programming and education focused on water, sanitation and hygiene to those impacted by natural disasters, poverty and homelessness. The Disney Dream delivered these kits to Nassau where they were distributed to shelters for hurricane evacuees from Abaco and Grand Bahama. “Our Disney team cares deeply about the well-being of our friends and neighbors in The Bahamas,” said Jeff Vahle, president of Disney Cruise Line. “Our Cast Members were grateful for the opportunity to roll up their sleeves and come together to pack these much-needed kits and provide support beyond the financial donations. We hope these everyday essentials will make life a little more comfortable for those families living in shelters.” More than 100 Cast Members gathered in the lobby of Disney Cruise Line’s office located in Celebration, Fla., to build Clean the World hygiene kits filled with soap, shampoo, razors, toothpaste, toothbrushes and socks. As the world’s largest recycler of hotel amenities, Clean the World is responding with emergency relief including much-needed hygiene supplies for individuals and families affected by Hurricane Dorian. In addition, The Walt Disney Company, led by Disney Cruise Line, committed $1 million to non-profit relief agencies to help hurricane relief and recovery efforts in The Bahamas. The company also has donated food, water, medical supplies, cleaning supplies, generators and construction materials, which the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy have delivered to points in Nassau and the Abacos and others have helped deliver in Grand Bahama for those most affected by the hurricane. In addition, Disney Cruise Line is supporting its Bahamian-based Crew Members who live in impacted areas. So far, Disney has provided an additional $500,000 in supplies for these communities and direct aid to employees. Sons and daughters of the Revolution, today we gather round the Liberty Tree with some very sad news. The Town Crier Today will mark the final performances of “The Muppets Present…Great Moments in American History.” While Disney has not made a formal announcement, today is the last day you’ll see showtimes for the adorable Muppet production online or in My Disney Experience. The Muppets Present… Great Moments in American History We are sad to see this one go — we just adore the Muppets! I mean, how can you not laugh when Miss Piggy decides to play our first president as “Georgina Washington?!” The Muppets Present… Great Moments in American History And of course, we love watching Sam Eagle and his disapproving looks as the rest of the gang fumbles the stories of the founding of the U.S.A.. The Muppets Present… Great Moments in American History premiered almost exactly 3 years ago and entertained Guests several times a day with two different stories. The show flip-flopped between the “Ride of Paul Revere” and the “Signing of the Constitution.” The Muppets Present… Great Moments in American History The last scheduled showtime for today is 5:15pm. We Salute you Sam Eagle — thanks for the laughs and the (questionable) lessons in history! Muppet Vision 3-D Luckily, not all Muppet hi-jinx are lost. You can still find Kermit and friends at Muppet Vision 3-D in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Did you get a chance to see The Muppets Present…Great Moments in American History? A whole new dimension of chills has dropped into The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror this fall at Walt Disney Studios Park at Disneyland Paris. Tom Fitzgerald, senior creative director at Walt Disney Imagineering, shared with us a first-hand account of the three new storyline he and his team brought to this iconic attraction. How has the storytelling of Twilight Zone Tower of Terror been central to making this attraction a Disney Park special? From the start, storytelling has been central to the success of the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. The whole idea of the attraction was to place guests into the storyline of an episode of the series. In the library scene, guests would learn the backstory of what happened so many years ago, then be invited to board those same service elevators to cross over into the Twilight Zone themselves. Now, Imagineers have expanded the storyline, with a new story thread and ride sequences that offer more chills and thrills for this classic attraction. And this ‘special edition’ of the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror is unique to Disneyland Paris. Why reimagine the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror experience now? The behind-the-scenes story of this new edition actually began years ago at Disney’s Hollywood Studios Park at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, when Imagineers created new ride profiles for the existing attraction. For Disneyland Paris, the Imagineering team took it one step further, by not only adding new, more thrilling ride profiles, but adding new story sequences that extend the original story. What enhancements to the storyline can guests expect in this new experience? The television sequence in the Library scene of the attraction features a cast of characters that includes a rather precocious young girl. In this new version of the show, the girl becomes a starring character on the ride, warning us not to cross over into the Twilight Zone. When we fail to heed her warning, thrills follow! The Imagineering team also added new illusions, media sequences, and audio soundtracks to create not one, but three different show and ride sequences for the attraction. What was the biggest challenge you faced in creating new storylines? It’s always a challenge to go back into a classic attraction and make changes. But advances in technology and storytelling made it hard to resist revisiting, and building on the original storyline and show. What are you most excited for guests to experience? We’re excited that fans and first-time visitors to the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror will now have three times the fun in answering the question, “Are You Brave Enough!” Early reactions from guests have been incredible! Already, lines from the new storyline are becoming iconic with fans – which is great fun. The Twilight Zone is a registered trademark of CBS, Inc. and used with permission pursuant to a license with CBS, Inc. View the full article

BONJOUR! We are having a blast eating our way through the 2019 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival. 2019 Epcot Food and Wine Festival We’ve been jammin’ out to the Eat the Beat Concerts, spending too much $$$ on adorable souvenirs, and of course, eating our way around the 30+ Festival Kiosks. Thank goodness the festival is a record-breaking 87 days this year — there is so much to do! Including a recent return visit to one of our favorite Festival Special Events: the Parisian Breakfast. The Parisian Breakfast takes places on select Saturdays throughout the Festival, from 9:15 to 10:45AM. The cost is $45 (plus tax) per person and the meal takes place in the France Pavilion (duh) at Les Chefs de France. Parisian Breakfast Check-in Even though the event is scheduled to start at 9:15AM, we highly recommend arriving early! Epcot doesn’t open until 9AM, but guests with dining reservations are allowed in earlier. You’ll be “held” at the bridge between France and the United Kingdom until it’s time for breakfast — but even still, we were allowed in around 9:05AM. Mimosa As you enter, Cast Members pass out Mimosas and escort you to your table. It’s important to note, this event does have shared seating so smaller parties may be sat with other smaller parties. But it’s fun chatting with other Disney-lovin’ folks — especially after a mimosa. Parisian Breakfast Place Setting Now it’s time to hit the buffet! (Don’t forget your plate from your table in your excitement to eat. You need it to create your mountain of cheesy carby goodness.) Parisian Breakfast Buffet The buffet is made up of a variety of pastries — both sweet and savory, charcuterie, and accompaniments. These are all options you can find in one of our favorite Quick Service Restaurants, Les Halls Boulangerie Patisserie, so you know they’re gonna be good. All of the baguettes are made from scratch every 48 hours. Are you drooling yet? Then just wait until we look at all of the options… Parisian Breakfast Pastries First up, a couple of savory items for the taking: an Egg Croissant and Cheese Tartine. Don’t worry, we will give you a close up and tasting notes of each item on our plate shortly. Consider this a teaser…a cheese teaser. A cheeser, if you will. (Sorry, we had to!) Egg Croissant We also spotted some Croque Monsieurs, one of our favorites! These ham and cheese sandwiches have a yummy bechammel sauce inside and toasted extra cheese on top. Croque Monseiurs Next up, a nice selection of fruit, meats, and French cheeses. Fresh Fruit Meats French Cheeses Following the charcuterie options, several delicious versions of French bread. Like those made-from-scratch baguettes we mentioned earlier. Baguettes Or perhaps you prefer a Brioche! Lucky for you, you don’t have to choose. Brioche Accompanying the breads are two yummy spreads — Raspberry Jam and Hazelnut (read: Nutella). Hazelnut Spread and Raspberry Jam The sweets don’t stop there! Cake for breakfast? You won’t catch us saying no. Pound Cake Don’t forget to try a Palmier — a cinnamon-sugary pastry. Palmier And what would breakfast in Paris be without croissants?! Not a world we’d want to live in, that’s for sure. Lucky for us, we don’t have to. In fact, there’s two styles of croissant to choose from — classic and chocolate. Pain au Chocolat Croissants Now that we’ve seen all the options, let’s eat! A full plate of delicious We grabbed a little of everything and were ready to dig in! First up, the Cheese Tartine. Cheese Tartine This beauty is tomato sauce, basil, and cheese (including a whole round of goat cheese) piled on French bread and toasted. This is kinda like France’s response to pizza, and we are here for it. The sauce tastes fresh and slightly sweet, and the basil shines through in each bite. Plus, as a goat cheese lover, I am all about that giant slice on the top. And lucky for non-Goat Cheese lovers, it’s easily removed should you wish to enjoy the Tartine without it. We were also excited to sample the Egg Croissant. Egg Croissant The Egg Croissant was a unique French take on an egg sandwich. It was like a little egg in a basket — but that basket was a delicious, buttery croissant. We really enjoyed this one, especially because it was the only spot eggs were available in the meal. Overall, it was egg-cellent. Next up, a French favorite and an us-favorite: the Croque Monsieur. Croque Monsieur As we stated earlier, the Croque Monseiur is a French ham and cheese sandwich, made extra special by a bechamel sauce inside and extra Gruyere cheese melted on top. Considering this is one of our favorite items at Les Halles, it should come as no surprise that it was still delicious. The sandwiches were toasted just right, and the bechamel adds a yummy creaminess. This is the “heartiest” option on the buffet, and while simple, it’s well-executed and tasty. Now we were ready to sample a few specialty sweets! For starters, the Brioche. Brioche Bread It was heavenly. Soft and light, with a lightly sweet flavor from the sugar crystals on top. We snapped this picture of it plain, but we’d be lying if we said we didn’t later slather some Nutella on it. We also just had to have cake for breakfast… you know, for research. Pound Cake with Nutella and Raspberry Jam The Pound Cake was moist and light, and not overly sweet on its own. We got crazy and put BOTH spreads on it, and honestly, we are culinary innovators. It was a perfect balance of sweet and tart and nutty. If you attend the breakfast, we HIGHLY recommend this combo. The Palmier was a sleeper hit of breakfast! It was flaky and had a lovely cinnamon-sugar dusting. Basically a French churro. I cannot wait to grab this one again in Les Halles. Palmier And lastly, our favorite of the sweets: Pain au Chocolat Inside …the Chocolate Croissant! Or as the French call it, “Pain au Chocolat.” This classic is a flaky, buttery, perfect croissant with a sweet surprise inside. There is just enough chocolate to make this a delightfully sweet breakfast — without being overwhelming. The chocolate itself is rich and semi-sweet — perfect French Chocolate. Tres magnifique! Throughout the meal, French servers walk around with Orange Juice and Sparkling Wine to refill your mimosas as desired. Sweet Parisian Server with Mimosa Supplies Additionally, when you sit down, a server will come by and take your beverage order. Sodas, iced tea, water, coffee, and juice are on the menu — but so are fancy coffees like espresso and cappuccinos. Cappuccino We also STRONGLY recommend getting a cup of “Chocolat Chaud,” which is French Hot Chocolate. Hot Chaud It’s the creamiest, chocolatey hot chocolate I’ve ever had! Pro tip: dip your carb of choice in it — croissant, brioche, chocolate croissant. There are no wrong choices here. Go with your heart. Parisian Breakfast Plate Overall, this is a fabulous event that we highly recommend and always look forward to at the Festival! The food and drinks are super delicious, and we like that it’s an early morning event. Not only do you get to access the park with very few other guests (aka amazing photos), but it’s nice to wrap up early, enjoy some leisurely time in Epcot, and then ya know…start eating again at the Food and Wine booths. And did we mention it’s $45?! You could easily spend that much just on a few flutes of Champagne and coffees out in the park before you even get to food. This is a tremendous bang for your buck, and one of our favorite Low Cost Special Events. We adore the food in the French Pavilion, so we think this is a great event and highly recommend it if you also fancy the French cuisine. The Parisian Breakfast is one we plan to attend again and again, and look forward to every single year. You’ll leave in a cheesy, carby coma and honestly, it is 100% worth it. Disney Cruise Line recently completed a new enhancement to the Disney Wonder. Disney Wonder And after seeing the photos they just revealed today of the fresh new space, we’re wondering if we should be packing our bags for a Disney cruise instead of heading for a stay at Disney World’s Port Orleans Resort! The Disney Wonder joined the Disney Cruise Line as the fleet’s second ship back in 1999, but underwent a big renovation back in 2016. Even after its extensive rehab, Disney has continued to tinker with it and the new images we got to see today are of a brand new area called the “French Quarter Lounge.” Check out the full-sized streetcar! ©Disney Disney’s Wonder has been the home of Tiana’s Place Restaurant, a popular Princess and the Frog-themed dining spot which we think this new lounge draws a lot of its inspiration from. The flourishes of ironwork, hand-painted murals, and soft lighting provided by lanterns all help to set the mood of the Big Easy with ease. (We think we even spy Facilier’s shadow lurking!) ©Disney According to the Disney Parks Blog, “Each evening at the French Quarter Lounge, guests can enjoy live music on the lounge’s gazebo stage, sip a New Orleans-themed specialty drink and dance the night away.” ©Disney Disney Wonder has also refurbed Cove Café which offers specialty coffee or tea throughout the day, and wine, cocktails, and small plates at night. The nearby Signals Bar has also been remodeled with a similar updated look. ©Disney The just-for-teens Vibe has also received some attention with a new coffee bar and enhanced virtual reality technology. What an exciting time this is for folks who’re about to go cruisin’ on Disney Wonder! Looking for more cruise updates? Be sure to check out everything we know SO FAR about the NEW Disney Wish. What do you think of Disney Wonder’s new enhancements? Will you be booking a Disney cruise any time soon? Let us know in the comments section below! Today, the Beauty and the Beast-inspired Enchanted Rose Bar and Lounge soft-opened at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort! Enchanted Rose Bar Area While we’ve already taken you guys on a tour of the location, it’s now time to check out all of the eats and drinks! Click HERE to See Our FULL PHOTO TOUR of Enchanted Rose Lounge! Let’s check out our EVERYTHING ON THE MENU review (yep — we GOT IT ALL) of the eats at Enchanted Rose Lounge! Ready to dive in?? Atmosphere The new lounge features four different rooms, each of which has been inspired by a different iconic Beauty and the Beast element. Enchanted Rose The Bar The Bar area has a lot of ornate gold elements, like the stunning golden chandelier found in the center of the room. This chandelier was inspired by Belle’s dress and truly captures the movement and grace that both Belle and her gown have. Enchanted Rose Bar Area There are also more modern elements thanks to the style of the bar tops and the seating! Enchanted Rose Bar Area The Library You can’t have a Beauty and the Beast-inspired bar and lounge without a library, right? The Library This library has a large amount of seating and gives guests a number of options on how they’d like to dine — whether that be on a couch or a table or in a tucked away enclave! The Library And if you look closely, you may even spot a few of Belle and Beast’s friends!! Mrs. Potts Lumiere in Enchanted Rose Lounge The Garden Room The Garden Room was inspired by the Enchanted Forest. When you walk into this room you will instantly notice the rich emerald green color and the beautiful Enchanted Forest artwork along the walls! Garden Room The Outdoor Patio Looking for some fresh air, then head to the Outdoor Patio! This area was inspired by Beast’s Garden Terrace and feels very comfy and airy! Outdoor Patio Take a closer look at these rooms by checking out our Enchanted Rose photo tour! Eats and Drinks OK, ready to try a little of EVERYTHING?!? All da food We decided to give everything…yes EVERYTHING ON THE MENU…a try! Here’s a look at our Enchanted spread! Enchanted Rose Food Before we dive into the yummy eats, let’s take a look at the menu! Enchanted Rose Menu The Enchanted Rose menu features Starters (served from 5 PM to 10 PM), Featured Cocktails, Grand Cocktails, Martinis, Beers, Hard Ciders, and Wine! Enchanted Rose Menu Here’s a peek at the dishware used inside Enchanted Rose! We felt like kings and queens as we dined with our stunning gold utensils. The handle of each piece was covered in an intricate design. Silverware The plates are white with a bit of detailing around the edges. Dishes And those marble tabletops — truly luxe. But enough about the table settings…time to nosh. Note that the food items here come out of the signature restaurant Citricos’ kitchen — and many items may be found on Citricos’ appetizer menu as well. Crab and Gnocchetti Gratin ($18.00) The Crab and Gnocchetti Gratin is a jumbo lump crab with Gnocchetti Sardi, Robiola Bosina Mornay, and citrus breadcrumbs. Crab Gnocchetti Gratin This dish has lots of crab with it, but the seafoody flavor wasn’t too overwhelming thanks to the breadcrumbs and noodles. We thought this dish was super yummy and we adored the little le creuset ramekin. Ramekin Espelette Pepper-spiced Shrimp ($19.00) The Espelette Pepper-spiced Shrimp is served cold with lime gelée, Piquillo Pepper Purée, and Serrano Ham. Espelette Pepper Spiced Shrimp If you’re a lover of chilled shrimp, then this is a really good option. The serving size was a little small, but most of our group enjoyed all the flavors. There was one person at our table that wasn’t a fan of the chilled shrimp, however…so noted. Spiced Pepper Shrimp Truffle Fries ($14.00) The Truffle Fries were made with shaved black truffles and 18-month aged parmesan. If ya love a good truffle fry, then these are the thing for you. Truffle Fries They were seriously sooo delicious and came out as one of our favorite things on the menu. Truffle Fries Served along with the truffle fries is a to-die-for garlic aioli! We LOVED this. Garlic Aioli So if you’re a huge fan, too, maybe ask for extra! Mini Smoked Short-Rib Sliders ($16.00) The Mini Smoked Short-Rib Sliders are topped with Glacier Blue Cheese and onion marmalade and are served on split-top buns. Short Rib Sliders These were very delicious and could easily be eaten as a meal — the serving is three large sliders. Artisinal Cheese Selection ($19.00) The Artisinal Cheese Selection comes with a variety of artisanal cheeses, pine nut bread, and raisins. Artisanal Cheese Plate This, like most of the other menu items we tried, was a pretty hefty serving of food. While Disney World cheese plates can sometimes be a little sparse, this one offered several cheese options and accompaniments. Artisanal Cheese Plate Bread served with Cheese Plate We think this is a good and fresh option of you’re looking for more of a light bite, and we enjoyed the unique options like the pickled accompaniments in this little jar! Tasted like raisins and possibly apples to us! Artisanal Cheese Plate House-Made Flatbread ($18.00) Another starter that could easily double as a meal is the House-Made Flatbread. Mizner’s Lounge has always had a flatbread option, but this one is a little different from what we’ve seen before. This is covered with charred broccolini, seasonal mushrooms, fennel sausage, ricotta salata, and tomato confit. House-Made Flatbread The flatbread had really fresh ingredients and we loved the blend of the flavors. It was both hearty and filling! Hand-Made Flatbread Octopus à la Plancha ($18.00) The Octopus à la Plancha is served with black olives, blistered tomatoes, and fingerling potatoes. Octopus a la Plancha Out of all the incredible things we tried, this was NOT our favorite. It was very starchy and reminded us of a potato salad! The texture was a bit grainy and didn’t blow us away. Even the mega fish fans in our group agreed that you’d have to really love octopus for this to be one of your favorites! Octopus a la Plancha White Sturgeon Caviar ($95) The White Sturgeon Caviar is served with Egg Timbale, Crème Fraîche, and chives. Sturgeon Caviar While it was a large portion of caviar, we thought the price was a bit outrageous! White Sturgeon Caviar But, if you’re a lover of caviar and you’re looking to splurge a bit before your dinner at Citricos, then this is a delicious option. It wasn’t overly fishy but didn’t really stand out against some of the other options. It was fun to have the Egg Timbale (which is kind of a custard) and Creme Fraiche along with it as well, to round out the dish. White Sturgeon Caviar Now, let’s get our drink on with some signature cocktails! Enchanted Rose offers TWO tableside cocktails, the Love and the Envy. Envy and Love Cocktails When ordering one of these options, a Cast Member will roll up a bar cart to your table with all the drinks’ fixin’s. Bar Cart But the best part? As they make the drink for you, the relate it to the Beauty and the Beast story!!! Drink Mixing Cart The Cast Member who served us today was so sweet and made us feel like she had come straight out of a fairytale! Enchanted Rose Cast Member Tableside Cocktail – Love ($21.00) The Love Cocktail is made with Grey Goose Vodka, Pavan Liqueur de France, Pear, Lemon, Twinings of London® Camomile Tea, and Agave. It’s served in a red glass and is topped with rose petals. Tableside Love Cocktail This is a smooth cocktail with a bit of sweetness! This was a very lovely cocktail with flowery and fruity tones. Tableside Cocktail – Envy ($21.00) On the flip side of this, the Envy Cocktail, which is a mixture of Busnel Calvados de Pays d’Auge, Green Chartreuse, Green Apple Purée, Angostura Bitters, served with an apple chip packs a bit more punch. Envy Cocktail As the Cast Member reminded us, a bit of envy was seen throughout the movie. If you remember, the Townsfolk and Gaston showed it towards Belle and Beast. And much like the feeling of envy, this drink starts smooth and ends with some bitterness! Creating the Envy Cocktail If you enjoy a cocktail made with bitters, then this just might be your cup of tea. It really reminded us of an Old Fashioned in terms of strength. Enchanted Rose Envy Cocktail These two drinks did take a bit of time to create, but the experience of watching them be made was well worth it! Island Rose ($15.00) The Island Rose is a blend of Ketel One Grapefruit and Rose, lime, orgeat (almond), pineapple, bitters, and rose water. While this was a yummy drink, the tropical flavors felt a bit out of place. Island Rose Drink Buuut with that being said, we loved the addition of the grapefruit and really enjoyed the flavors. Maybe just sip it on the patio, then you can kinda feel like you’re in a tropical paradise? Island Rose Lavender Fog ($18.00) The Lavender Fog is made with Nolet’s Silver Dry Gin, Rothman Crème de Violette, English Breakfast Tea, vanilla, and cream. Lavender Fog This seems like a great drink to pair with a dessert! We could really taste the tea and the gin was very smooth. We loved the addition of the vanilla because it made this drink sorta sweet! Lavender Fog Seasonal Old Fashioned ($25.00) The Seasonal Old Fashioned is made with Widow Jane 10yr Straight Bourbon Whiskey, house-made seasonal syrup, and bitters. Old Fashioned It was smooth and powerful, as you’d expect. Rye Not? ($24.00) The Rye Not is a combo of Whistle Pig 10yr Rye Whiskey, Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge, cinnamon, pineapple, and lemon. Rye Not The flavor of the pineapple comes through very strong on this one, but it’s not overwhelmingly sweet since it’s balanced out by the whiskey! This was a great option, but not our number one fave. Rye Not Floral Bitter Beauty ($16.00) The Floral Bitter Beauty is a mix of Hendrick’s Gin, St~Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Campari, Aperol, lemon, and soda. Floral Bitter Beauty This is a GREAT cocktail for my gin lovers! It had a bit of bitterness, but it wasn’t too overwhelming, so we were totally on board with this guy. Garden Daisy ($19.00) The Garden Daisy is a refreshing blend of Don Julio Reposado Tequila, Midori, lime, and cucumber. Like many of the other drinks, this super pretty and Insta-worthy. Garden Daisy There is a slightly overwhelming taste of cucumber — which we enjoyed because we thought it made the drink very light and refreshing. Sunny Margarita ($19.00) The Sunny Margarita is made with Patrón Silver Tequila, Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge, juices of orange and lime, and agave. Sunny Margarita While this was super yummy, it wasn’t really anything out of the ordinary, so we recommend going for the Tableside Love Cocktail instead! Sunny Margarita The drinks are served on these adorable two-sided Enchanted Rose coasters! Enchanted Rose Coaster One side has the Enchanted Rose and the other has the letters ER! Enchanted Rose Overall Overall we think that Enchanted Rose feels both elegant and grand! It’s light, bright, and the theme is a lot of fun without being too “cartoony.” Many people who have not seen the live-action version of Beauty and the Beast may not even recognize that this was what Disney was going for. Enchanted Rose The service was incredible — even on this soft opening night — and all of the Cast Members brought you into the story, which was really fun! Enchanted Rose Lounge Bar This is a great place to hang out if you’re looking for a light bite or a fun drink while visiting The Grand Floridian Resort, but there are very few options for the little ones. So, it might not be the perfect place for every family visiting! It really just depends on what you’re looking for! Will you be checking out Enchanted rose on your next Disney vacay? Saratoga Springs Resort Food Update In Artist’s Palette, we found the adorable Mike and Sulley Cookie Butter treat for $5.99 or a Disney Dining Plan snack credit!
