Ooooh! Big news for Star Wars fans today! Star Wars Trading Post We stopped by Downtown Disney today to take a look around and what did we find? A whole new store!!! A new Star Wars Trading Post popped up in the spot that used to hold the Wunderground Gallery. According to Cast Members, it appeared overnight! As we walked up it was clear that things were different over at this spot. Lots of Batuu-esque hangings are draped over the top of the doors. When we arrived there was a small stand-by line to get inside but it didn’t take long at all for us to get inside. Star Wars Trading Post There’s not a single sign of what once was in this store. It looks like they completely pulled the Wunderground Gallery out. What a surprise! Now you can snag Star Wars apparel, toys, and collectibles. Star Wars Trading Post They’ve added some galactic theming in the store as well with some salvaged props and more of those drapey hangings. Star Wars Trading Post You can even buy lightsabers here! They have many of the Legacy Lightsabers available like Ahsoka Tano’s and the Reforged Skywalker Saber. Star Wars Trading Post To buy a lightsaber, you take a number and wait your turn to be called up to a register to make your purchase. Star Wars Trading Post We loved the selection of Star Wars plush toys too. Star Wars Trading Post In fact, while we were perusing the options, we even noticed the NEW The Child Toy from The Mandalorian! We spotted this little guy in Disney World’s Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge earlier this month so we were happy to see he’d made his debut on the west coast. Star Wars Trading Post Otherwise, the shop was full of items we’re used to seeing at Dok Ondar’s Den of Antiquities and other Star Wars stores. Well, hasn’t this been a galactic surprise! Recently, a Disney executive noted that Disney Cruise Line will be the last part of the Disney company to resume its business. ©Disney Magic Disney Cruise Line recently postponed departure dates through the middle of December aboard the Disney ships. Now, we’ve seen more details about this suspension listed on the Disney Cruise Line website. In early August, Disney Cruise Line suspended all departures through October. Just a few days ago, however, we shared with you that Disney Cruise Line had removed all of its sailings from its website in early December, and that departure dates had been postponed through the middle of December aboard the Disney ships. From what we saw, the earliest December departure appearing online were from December 12th through December 19th. ©Disney Now, Disney Cruise Line’s website has officially been updated to reflect that all departures have been temporarily suspended through at least December 6th. Screenshot from the Disney Cruise Line Website The website notes that, as Disney continues to “refine health and safety protocols” for their return to service, and as they “await direction from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,” Disney Cruise Line has decided to extend its temporary suspension of new sailings. ©Disney Sailings on the Disney Fantasy are canceled through December 6. Sailings on the Disney Dream and Disney Wonder are canceled through December 11, and sailings on the Disney Magic are canceled through December 12. ©Disney Cruise Line Sailing to Alaska Guests on affected sailings who have paid their reservation in full will be offered the choice of a 125% cruise credit, which can be used for a future sailing prior to May 31, 2022, or a full refund. The credit will be automatically applied to the affected Guests’ accounts. Guests who have not paid their reservations in full yet will automatically receive a refund of whatever they have already paid. Affected Guests will be receiving an email from Disney Cruise Line with more details and next steps, so if your cruise has been affected by this suspension of departures, be on the lookout for that email. Captain Minnie ©Disney The Disney Cruise Line website has also been updated to provide a full listing of the affected cruises. Screenshot from the Disney Cruise Line Website of Those Cruises Affected by the Cancellations The website also notes that Guests now have the flexibility to change their sail date up to 15 days before departure if they book a cruise by October 31, 2020 for sailings through May of 2021. Screenshot from the Disney Cruise Line Website As this is not the first time Disney has canceled new sailings, and Disney has indicated that cruising will be the last part of the business that will resume, this is a situation that is subject to change again. We’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for more updates and we’ll let you know as soon as we spot any more news related to Disney Cruise Line sailings. Power up your lightcycle — we’re one step closer to being able to race on the Grid! ©Disney We’ve been carefully watching all of the construction going on over by TRON Lightcycle Run in Magic Kingdom. Today, we got an update on the progress from Walt Disney Imagineering and we’re SO excited! TRON Lightcycle Run is a new, high-speed attraction that is coming to Tomorrowland in Magic Kingdom. This new ride will be very similar to its counterpart in Shanghai Disneyland. TRON: Lightcycle Power Run is coming in 2021 to Disney World The ride vehicle itself is similar to a bike (sort of like the vehicles used at Avatar Flight of Passage). During your ride on this coaster, the vehicles will reach speeds up to 59 miles per hour as you race around! ©Disney We’ve seen lots of progress in terms of the construction of the attraction. As you walk near this area in Magic Kingdom, you can now see some of the external track and the attraction’s show building. TRON Construction as of September 8 Today, we spotted another construction update — this time from Walt Disney Imagineer Zach Riddley, who posted some photos on his Instagram of the first canopy piece being installed at TRON Lightcycle Run! According to Riddley’s post, it was installed this morning. ©Zach Riddley via Instagram (thezachriddley) Riddley noted that this first piece is “one of nearly 40 pieces that will create a dramatic ‘curved wave’ canopy, known as the Upload Conduit, which will flow organically over Guests as they race underneath on their Lightcycles.” ©Zach Riddley via Instagram (thezachriddley) Later, Walt Disney Imagineering shared the same photos via their Instagram, and noted that “a new milestone has been achieved” in the construction of the TRON attraction with the installation of this first canopy piece. You can see the canopy featured in the concept art for the TRON attraction. TRON Concept Art ©Disney And, this is what part of the canopy looks like over in Shanghai Disneyland’s version of the ride. It truly is one of the most visually stunning parts of this attraction. TRON Lightcycle Run ©Disney Although Disney did not list TRON Lightcycle Run as one of the construction projects it is “prioritizing” during its recent participation in a virtual conference, we have seen construction progressing here, and we expect to continue seeing construction updates in the future. It is currently slated to open in time for Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary in 2021. We’ll keep an eye out for more updates on TRON Lightcycle Run and let you know what we find! It seems like there’s almost always something new to try over at the France pavilion in EPCOT in Disney World! Pina Colada Ice Cream Martini Recently, we’ve tried the their new special edition Macaron set, the new Escargot dish for the 2020 Taste of EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, and so much more! Now, we’re back at France to taste what they’re calling…a Mac-Tini — and this one is pumpkin spice flavored! If you’re looking for some delicious ice cream and sweet treats, be sure to stop by L’Artisan des Glaces. This quick service spot is located toward the back of the France pavilion, as you’re headed to Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie. L’Artisan des Glaces Today, when we stopped by this spot, we were introduced to the Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream Mac-Tini — a Martini featuring one scoop of Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream, a Pumpkin Spice Macaron, and a shot of Spiced Rum, topped with a Caramel Drizzle! The rum used was Black Roberts’ Spiced Rum. Look for it listed on the menu as the ice cream martini. Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream Mac-Tini Now, let’s get into all the delicious details. This drink is really good! Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream Mac-Tini We’d recommend that you wait for a little bit so the ice cream can melt into the drink. Otherwise, you’ll just be taking a straight shot of rum, which you may totally enjoy… Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream Mac-Tini …but the flavors blend together really well when you get that pumpkin spice ice cream in the mix. Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream Mac-Tini There’s a lot of spice in this drink (we’re talking flavor, not heat), particularly from the ice cream. It gave it a great fall flavor. Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream Mac-Tini Overall, it is very rich and very creamy, and the ice cream blends beautifully with the rum. Even if you aren’t a big fan of pumpkin-flavored treats, you may really enjoy this! Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream Mac-Tini Our drink had a generous shot of rum, so this drink may be pretty strong for some — that’s just something to keep in mind. You can get this seasonal drink for $12.25 at L’Artisan des Glaces. We’ll be on the lookout for more pumpkin flavored treats, and let you know what we find! Main Street, U.S.A. is all dressed up for Halloween as of TODAY… Halloween Decorations at Magic Kingdom … right down to the assortment of Walt Disney World BALLOONS! Of course, balloons make a cheerful Main Street sight no matter when you visit Magic Kingdom. But right now, they are especially BOO-tiful! You’ll start to notice pops of autumn color among the glittery balloons featuring Disney Princesses, characters from Frozen, and the one-and-only Minnie Mouse. Balloons on Main Street, U.S.A. A bright orange Mickey Balloon creeps — I mean, stands out from the bold primary color versions. Balloons on Main Street, U.S.A. And at last, you see it… BOO! We’ve enjoyed living out our own epic adventures in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneys’ Hollywood Studios (and we’ve gotten pretty good at piloting the Millennium Falcon without crashing it too badly, if we do say so ourselves). Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge But, we’re all eagerly awaiting the day when we’ll really get to immerse ourselves in the world of Star Wars at Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, or as many call it — the Star Wars Hotel. We drove past the construction site the other day to see how the project has progressed. Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser is an immersive Star Wars experience that is being built in Disney World. Although many call it the “Star Wars Hotel,” it’s not really a hotel. A stay at the Galactic Starcruiser will feel much more like an all-inclusive, cruise-ship-like, lock-down experience. Star Wars Resort Concept Art Lounge As part of this experience, you’ll be able will live out your own Star Wars story during a 2-day, 2-night stay aboard the “intergalactic cruise ship” called the Halcyon. You’ll get to meet and interact with Star Wars characters, wield a lightsaber against a training remote, and so much more. There will even be a “land excursion” available to Black Spire Outpost in Disney’s Hollywood Studios’ Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Star Wars Resort Concept Art Despite the park closures and the impact that COVID-19 has had on the Walt Disney Company, Disney has recently confirmed that the Star Wars Hotel is on its priority list of construction projects and will be moving forward. Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser Concept Art We’ve gotten some arial views of the Hotel in the past, but this time we got a look at it from the ground. The exterior of the building appears to be generally complete, with windows in place and exterior staircases on the side. Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser Construction Of course, you won’t be able to look out at the road or any part of the “real world” from any of the windows. Instead, guests will be fully immersed in the Star Wars story, and, according to the concept art we’ve seen, the windows will look out into space scenes (much like what we’ve seen in terms of concept art for the Space 220 restaurant coming to EPCOT). Star Wars Resort Concept Art But, the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser hotel is still very much an active construction site. There’s a mound of dirt and construction equipment and other items near the hotel. You can also see the spires from Batuu in the background of this photo. We’re interested to see what the land excursion from this spot to Galaxy’s Edge will be like. Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser Construction Currently, the Disney World website notes that guests will be able to go on this special adventure in 2021. Reservations were also scheduled to become available later this year. Since this project is one of the ones being prioritized, we expect to continue to see construction moving forward and more news released as 2021 approaches. We’ll keep an eye out for more information, and let you know what we find. Savi’s Workshop will be reopening soon in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge soon! Click here to read all about it. Disney World recently released information about all of the holiday entertainment coming to the parks this year. Toy Soldiers During the Once Upon a Christmastime Parade Christmas is coming to Walt Disney World on November 6th and the seasonal festivities will stick around through December 30th. And while there will be plenty of holiday offerings including a new Cinderella Castle makeover, holiday character cavalcades, and the return of the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, several iconic experiences will be unavailable this year. Both Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and the EPCOT Candlelight Processional have been canceled for 2020. Many families have a yearly tradition of attending these events, so it’s understandable that the announcement of these cancellations received a lot of attention. But, there’s another holiday tradition that will look a little bit different as well. Neil Patrick Harris Narrating the Candlelight Processional In previous years, Santa has made appearances at several locations in Disney World where guests could meet him and share their holiday wishes. In the past, we’ve greeted Santa on the Christmas Tree Trail at Disney Springs, in the Town Square of Magic Kingdom, and in the American Adventure Pavilion at EPCOT, among other places. Magic Kingdom But this year, guests will not be able to personally meet-and-greet Santa Claus in Disney World. Much like the temporary suspension of character meet-and-greets and the adjustments to character dining experiences, this change was made as a safety precaution. Santa and Mrs. Claus in Epcot’s American Adventure Pavilion But even though you can’t meet him up-close in Disney World this year, he’ll still be making the rounds! That’s right, Santa Claus WILL be making pop-up, distanced appearances in all four parks AND in Disney Springs! Santa and Mrs. Claus in EPCOT So, while this holiday tradition will look a little bit different this year, Santa Claus IS still coming to town! We give him props for making the trip down to Disney World from the North Pole, even if we do have to wave at him from a distance for now! Check out what other holiday entertainment is coming to Disney World this year! Don't Miss Out on Any Disney World Fun This Holiday Season! We’ve stopped by La Cava del Tequila a few times since EPCOT reopened. La Cava del Tequila First, because we’d missed this cozy tequila bar tucked inside the Mexico pavilion. And, of course, we just had to stop by to wish La Cava a Happy Birthday. We’ve even grabbed some guacamole-to-go. And now, we have another very good reason to go back again… because La Cava del Tequila has announced the return of another one of their specialty margaritas! As shared by @lacavadeltequila on Instagram, the Horchata Margarita is BACK! And, according to La Cava’s announcement post, “it’s better than ever.” Horchata Margarita The Horchata Margarita is made with Casa Noble Tequila Blanco, Abasolo Whisky, agua de horchata, Chila ‘Orchata rum, and “a hint of cinnamon infused” Mezcal Ojo de Tigre. Horchata Margarita Have you ever tried the Horchata Margarita? (You may be familiar with the drink from EPCOT’S Festival of the Holidays as well.) It basically tastes like Christmas… in a glass and on the rocks! While the recipe has changed a bit, you can check out our first review of the Horchata Margarita here to get an idea. Read all about our recent visit to La Cava del Tequila here! So, there it is: one more reason to get back to La Cava del Tequila tout suite… as though we needed another! And if you go and sip the Horchata Margarita for yourself, please tell our friends at La Cava del Tequila we said “Hi!” And also… “CHEERS!” Join the DFB Newsletter to get all the breaking news right in your inbox! ‘Olu Mel is an adorable ukulele-playing turtle and the newest addition to the Duffy and Friends gang. ‘Olu Mel Soft Serve The cuddly cutie was first introduced at Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa in Hawaii then took a swim over to Shanghai Disneyland Resort. While we spotted some of his merchandise before, Walt Disney World is celebrating his official arrival with special treats and merchandise! We headed over to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort to check out the souvenirs and try the new ‘Olu Mel Soft-Serve! ‘Olu is incredibly adorable and he looked just as cute on top of a sweet treat! We found the specialty soft-serve at Pineapple Lanai, your one-stop shop for Dole Whip goodies! ‘Olu Mel Soft-Serve Menu The special treat is $4.99 and made with Lime Dole Whip (YUM!). The soft-serve is topped with a white chocolate ‘Olu, crispy pearls, edible flowers, and glitter. Ours came with a gorgeous tropical flower that made this treat truly Instagram-worthy. ‘Olu Mel Soft-Serve Lime Dole Whip is one of our favorite Disney treats and it can sometimes be elusive at Disney World. It’s always nice when we can find it incorporated into a new dessert. The tang of the lime balances the sweetness of the soft-serve nicely. To make this dish even sweeter, the white chocolate ‘Olu was a nice way to finish off the dish and the crispy pearls added a nice texture. And what a cutie! ‘Olu Up Close! Take a closer look at this glorious treat! This delish dish shimmers and sparkles in the sunlight. Do note, that this treat is only available for a limited time! Welcome to the Polynesian, ‘Olu Mel! We’ll be on the lookout for more ‘Olu goodies in the future. In the meantime, we’ll be humming a Hawaiian tune while we dip into our Lime Dole Whip treat! Disney World recently dropped some MAJOR updates for the upcoming holiday season. Some of these announcements included the cancelation of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party as well as the Candlelight Processional in EPCOT. As unfortunate as these announcements were, they were in-step with other decisions Disney World has made when it comes to large crowd events, like the cancelation of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party 2019 While there were some stories that fell in line with our expectations for how the holiday season would shake out, there were also a few shocking bombshells that quite frankly we did NOT see coming! Here are the top three surprises from Disney World’s holiday news drop this week. Cinderella Castle Is Getting a New Look This Holiday Season! You know when the holiday season has officially arrived at Disney World when Cinderella Castle lights up with its signature Castle Dream Lights. They’re known to elicit many “ooh’s” and “ahh’s” from guests, and it makes for one beautiful family photo op! Cinderella Castle Dream Lights We were stunned to learn that the Castle Dream Lights will NOT be returning in 2020! Instead, the castle will “transformed with a rotating series of designs” via projections and video mapping technology. Magic Kingdom Why the change? It’s possible Disney World is looking for ways to prevent crowds from forming in a particular area if they know that it’s historically a popular photo spot. While we will surely miss the Castle Dream Lights, we are very much looking forward to getting a first look at these new projection designs (especially the ugly…ahem, whimsical Christmas sweater). Click here to learn more about the new projections coming to Cinderella Castle this holiday season! We Still Get to See the Toy Soldiers! Since Disney World announced its phased reopening plans, we have waited with bated breath countless times to learn what the fate is for some of our favorite rides, attractions, shows, and more. While these changes are temporary, it’s quite nerve-wracking to wonder exactly what’s going to be different in the coming months! Main Street, U.S.A. So, you can only imagine our RELIEF when we learned that the Toy Soldiers are in fact RETURNING to Magic Kingdom this holiday season! While they won’t be in a full-fledged parade as they have in years past, they will still march up Main Street, U.S.A.! Toy Soldiers During the Once Upon a Christmastime Parade The Toy Soldiers will join the Main Street Philharmonic for a special cavalcade that will bring them throughout Magic Kingdom. Main Street Philharmonic The Toy Soldiers aren’t the only holiday friends returning this year! Disney also announced the return of gingerbread men, elves, and more in special holiday cavalcades that will take place throughout the day, much like the cavalcades we’ve seen since the parks reopened! Once Upon a Christmas Time Parade There are lots of fun entertainment offerings coming to Disney World this holiday season at each of the four parks, including the Voices of Liberty at EPCOT and Santa Claus himself making appearances at each park as well as Disney Springs. Click here to learn more about Disney World’s holiday entertainment offerings this year! Resorts Aren’t Expected to Have Their Massive Gingerbread Displays! While Disney World will have plenty of holiday happenings in 2020, there will be a few noticeable things missing. Disney announced that the massive gingerbread displays will not return to the hotels this year. Grand Floridian Gingerbread House. This includes the gingerbread house in Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, the gingerbread castle display in Disney’s Contemporary Resort, and the gingerbread carousel at Disney’s Beach Club Resort. Beach Club Gingerbread Carousel 2019 Much like Cinderella Castle, the gingerbread displays typically draw bigger crowds to those resort hotels for photo ops, so part of this decision may have been to promote physical distancing. It also takes a LONG time for Disney to design, bake, and construct each of these gingerbread displays, so it’s possible the closures had an impact on the timeline to where Disney couldn’t complete them in time. We hope we will still get some special gingerbread magic somewhere! Click here to read more about the gingerbread displays going away this year. With Disney World’s new health and safety guidelines in place, there still seems to be a LOT in the works for the holiday season this year! While we will certainly miss some of our favorites like the Candlelight Processional and the gingerbread displays, there are many other things to look forward to, like the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays and Minnie’s Holiday Dine at Hollywood and Vine! Do you know ‘Olu Mel? If not, we’re going to help you say “Aloha!” to this little one… ‘Olu Mel! ‘Olu Mel might be familiar to you if you’ve ever visited Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa. This little sea turtle is a friend to Mickey and Duffy… but you don’t have to go to to Hawaii to get to know this pal, because Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort in Disney World is celebrating him with limited-time treats and merchandise right now! In fact, he is currently being given a cute cupcake tribute at Capt. Cook’s. ‘Olu Mel Cupcake sign The ‘Olu Mel Cupcake is a chocolate cupcake base filled with coconut mousse and topped with a white chocolate ‘Olu (why, HELLO there!) and crispy candy pearls. Aaaand, if you look really close, you just might also find… ‘Olu Mel Cupcake … HIDDEN MICKEYS! (Hint: check for the green pearls!) ‘Olu Mel Cupcake Yep. Pretty darn adorable. But we’re going to chat about flavor… because this cupcake is as tasty as it is colorful and cute! The coconut mousse filling tucked inside the moist chocolate cake is the absolute highlight. ‘Olu Mel Cupcake The brightly colored icing doesn’t really offer an extra flavor component with the color — it’s just your basic, super sweet, buttercream to let that coconut mousse shine. (As a side note, the buttercream was wonderfully fresh.) And those little white chocolates and accents (such as the fondant-like flower) provide extra texture as well as cheerful decorations! ‘Olu Mel Cupcake A couple of notes for you, though! While the ‘Olu Mel event is taking place at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort TODAY, we’re not sure how long this little guy will be swimmin’ around Captain Cook’s cupcake case, so if you see one in the refrigerated case, grab it! And here’s an extra tip: We did NOT see the ‘Olu Mel Cupcake listed on Mobile Order. Sooo… we simply placed our Mobile Order for the Aloha Cupcake — which is still available — and asked that it be switched for the ‘Olu Mel, and it was no problem, since both are the same price of $5.99. Find our review of the Aloha Cupcake here! So, if you happen to find yourself at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, be sure to welcome ‘Olu with a hearty “Aloha!” Join the DFB Newsletter to get all the breaking news right in your inbox! We’ve tried our fair share of ice cream and soft-serve flavors in Disney parks over the years. We can always rely on classic frozen favorites at Main Street Plaza Ice Cream Parlor, Sunshine Tree Terrace, and L’Artisan des Glaces, but we’ve also seen some pretty bizarre flavors appear, especially over at Salt & Straw in Downtown Disney! Pina Colada Ice Cream Martini But never in our wildest dreams did we imagine trying CHEESE ice cream in Disney World! You guys know our long-standing love of all things cheese in Disney World. So you can only imagine our shock and curiosity when we discovered that there was a cheese-flavored frozen treat in Magic Kingdom! Turns out that just because something is cheese flavored, doesn’t mean it’s an automatic hit! We’re talking about cream cheese soft serve found in the Poor Unfortunate Soul Float from Storybook Treats! When was the last time you heard of a dessert serving up cream cheese flavored ice cream? Sounds delicious? Sounds terrible? Turns out BOTH can be true! Storybook Treats We’ve had quite the contentious history with this dessert. We did not enjoy this float at ALL the first time we tried it at the short-lived Villains After Hours Event in Magic Kingdom! The events this year were cut short due to the park closures, but to be honest that meant a lot of guests were ultimately spared from what WAS the Poor Unfortunate Soul. Storybook Treats Sign In its O.G. form, the Poor Unfortunate Soul Float was black raspberry soft-serve over Cherry Coke. The odd flavor profile made this snack taste more like medicine than dessert. We’ve had pretty bad luck with Ursula-themed treats in the past, so it seemed almost inevitable that this float would end up falling flat. Read our first review of Poor Unfortunate Soul from the Villains After Hours Event! It was certainly one of the coolest looking snacks at the after-hours event though, which just made the sub-par flavor even more disappointing! There are no excuses here! We’ve had plenty of floats in Disney World that taste as amazing as they look, like the Kakamora Float, the I Lava You Float, the Peter Pan Float…we could go on and on! Poor Unfortunate Soul at Villains After Hours These days, you can find the Poor Unfortunate Soul Float for the Halloween season at Storybook Treats once again, but a small change in its recipe ended up making a HUGE difference in flavor! Now, it is cream cheese soft-serve, black raspberry syrup, and Coke. Poor Unfortunate Souls – better than ever before! We’ll admit that cream cheese fans will be more into this dessert than non-cream cheese lovers, as was the case when our team tried it. We had folks falling on BOTH sides of the flavor-aisle. Some absolutely loved it, while others, in a word, hated it, and thought it was unappetizing at best. Clearly, this is STILL a pretty controversial dessert, even with an “improved” recipe! Poor Unfortunate Souls While this dessert is totally Instagram-able, it may or may not be enjoyable! But if you, like us, tried this snack at the Villains After Hours Event and didn’t like it, it may be time to give it a second chance! The tiniest of changes can make a massive difference in flavor, and the Poor Unfortunate Soul Float is a perfect example of that! Poor Unfortunate Souls Regardless, it’s just fun to say that you can get CHEESE flavored ice cream in Disney World right now. Will we see more cheese-flavored frozen treats in the future? We sure hope so! Or do we…? Have we piqued your interest in what cream cheese soft serve tastes like? Try it for yourself! Pick up a Poor Unfortunate Soul Float at Storybook Treats for $6.99.
