Well, time to buy more Loungeflys. Whether you’ve seen them in the gift shops, on the backs of other park goers, or in your own luggage, Loungefly backpacks are a popular souvenir for many. What makes them so popular is that they aren’t just a fun souvenir. They’re also an adorable accessory and a great TOOL. They’re the perfect size for a great park bag — as they’re large enough to hold all of your park necessities but small enough to stow away on rides. We recommend these bags to folks all. the. time. However, there’s one instance when we suggest leaving the Loungefly at home. Don’t bring these if you’re flying to Disney World and are hoping to fit everything into just a carry-on. If you don’t want to check any of your bags but will be visiting Disney World for a few days, leave the Loungefly behind! Don’t pack the Loungefly if you’re bringing only carryons. Technically, you could squish the bag down to try to get it to fit into your carryon, but this will potentially damage the bag. Also, if you did fit it into the carryon, it’ll probably take up a lot of extra room. Traveling with carryons only is strategic work! You’re better off using a larger backpack as a personal item on the plane and then utilizing that in the parks. However, if you’re unlike us and don’t overpack every chance you get, then you probably could get away with using the Loungefly bag as a personal item.
