That’s right — Shanghai Disney’s Zootopia land is officially OPEN! December 20th, 2023, is the first day this new land is open to the public. Guests can experience the all-new attraction Zootopia: Hot Pursuit, which features a trackless ride system and the latest Audio-Animatronics technology. ©Disney The land also features a one-of-a-kind atmosphere show in the Zootopia Park Apartments, where the animal residents will interact with each other and guests in the area throughout the day! ©Disney Guests can also experience Jumbeaux’s Cafe from the film and grab sweet treats like Chocolate Marshmallows, The Big Donut, Disney Zootopia Pawsicles, and more. ©Disney You can also visit Fashions by Fru Fru, a merchandise location in the land. ©Disney The level of detail throughout this park is absolutely astounding. It looks just like the movie! ©Disney Disney CEO Bob Iger attended the land’s Grand Opening Ceremony, accompanied by executives from Shanghai Disney Resort and Shanghai Shendi Group, Judy Hopps, Nick Wilde, Jard Bush (co-writer and co-director of Zootopia), and other guests. ©Disney At the ceremony, Iger said, “For 100 years, The Walt Disney Company has been entertaining, thrilling, and inspiring audiences and fans through exceptional storytelling that transcends generations and geographies.
