Unfortunately, not all Disney attractions can stick around forever.

Multiple attractions have closures scheduled for 2024, both those that are currently being reimagined into new rides, as well as some others that just need some scheduled maintenance. One Disney California Adventure attraction closed officially a few weeks ago, and we’re taking a look at it now that it’s blocked off.

Beast’s Library was an attraction located inside the Sorcerer’s Workshop area in Disney California Adventure. Inside was modeled after Beast’s Library from the film, and you could see a magical portrait where Prince Adam went from boy to beast, and a book that would tell you what Disney character fit your personality.

The attraction officially closed on December 10th and something new will be taking its place. While the rest of Sorcerer’s Workshop is still open, the attraction is now closed off to the public.

We don’t know much yet about what this space will become, but KTLA5 reported that it will become part of Disney’s Imagination Campus, which helps build imagination and creativity in students. They often hold workshops to do just that, so this space may become a new space for them. Which also means it may never be available to the general public ever again.

We’re sad to see it go!
