Tis the season for eating WAY too many sweets!

Christmas at Disneyland!

We’ve been all over Disney World and Disneyland Resort trying out snacks, from gingerbread treats at the impressive hotel displays to exclusive eats at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and Jollywood Nights. But there’s a Disneyland snack we haven’t talked about yet, and we’re here to share a FULL review!

We recently stopped by Stage Door Cafe in Disneyland to try out the Holiday Wreath Funnel Cake for $9.99. It’s a wreath-shaped funnel cake topped with apple cider drizzle, fresh baked apples, whipped topping, and holiday sprinkles.

Let’s get it!

And honestly? We LOVED it! The funnel cake was really delicious and the first few bites reminded us of a warm apple pie. There’s a strong apple cinnamon taste throughout and the whipped topping added a nice cool, vanilla flavor to balance it out.

Very apple pie adjacent

The funnel cake itself had a great texture — some bites were crispy while others were soft. Essentially, fried to perfection! We have ZERO complaints about this entire treat. It’s like enjoying one of grandma’s delicious apple pies.

Funnel Cake

So if you’re an apple pie fan, RUN to Stage Door Cafe to pick up this treat! (Well, actually you should just walk quickly because there’s no running allowed in the parks. 😉) We highly recommend this as a holiday snack.
