Well, not only did we try a ton of new holiday treats, but a new restaurant, EET by Maneet Chauhan, has also officially opened in Disney Springs! And, the good news just keeps on coming because we’ve got a FULL LOOK at the menu for another restaurant opening in Disney World soon — let’s check it out! The full menu with prices is up for Summer House on the Lake coming to Disney Springs! While we still don’t have an official opening date, we’ve been seeing the finishing touches put on the new space and even caught a glimpse at a private training event. But, that opening can’t be too far away as we’ve officially got our first look at the full menu! Summer House will serve brunch along with lunch and dinner — so let’s see what we can start salivating over! Brunch Who doesn’t love a good Disney World brunch?! We can’t wait to check this out! Every Saturday and Sunday, from 9AM until 3PM, you’ll be able to enjoy an exclusive brunch menu that encapsulates these flavors in some of your favorite eats. There are starters like jalapeño corn bread and something called cheesy dream puffs?! ©Summer House on the Lake Plus, who doesn’t love a menu with an entire section devoted solely to guacamole?! ©Summer House on the Lake You’ll find plenty of breakfast burritos and other Cali-Mex inspired eats… ©Summer House on the Lake …and more traditional egg breakfasts, too. ©Summer House on the Lake Of course, there will be pancakes and waffles… ©Summer House on the Lake …but if you’re feeling green, you can grab a salad! ©Summer House on the Lake If you’re looking for some veggies, look no further… ©Summer House on the Lake …and why not grab a crispy chicken sandwich or prime cheeseburger? ©Summer House on the Lake You’ll also find some more traditional summer comfort dishes like fried chicken and grilled salmon… ©Summer House on the Lake …and the kiddos will have quite a lot of dishes to choose from! This might be one of the biggest kids menus in all of Disney World. ©Summer House on the Lake Not to mention all these sides! ©Summer House on the Lake As far as alcohol goes, there are some spritzes… ©Summer House on the Lake …specialty cocktails… ©Summer House on the Lake …zero proof cocktails and wine… ©Summer House on the Lake …more wine… ©Summer House on the Lake …and a good selection of beer — including nonalcoholic! ©Summer House on the Lake Let’s see what’s for lunch and dinner! Lunch and Dinner Don’t worry — there’s plenty more for lunch and dinner too! You’ll find the same starters… ©Summer House on the Lake …guacamole and veggies available during brunch… ©Summer House on the Lake …but with the addition of a raw & chilled section! Snag ahi tuna tostadas, hamachi sashimi, and classic shrimp cocktail! ©Summer House on the Lake You’ll be able to grab those yummy-sounding salads too… ©Summer House on the Lake …along with the same sandwiches. ©Summer House on the Lake But wait — what’s this?! A taco menu? Say no more. ©Summer House on the Lake You’ll also be able to order pizza and pasta during lunch and dinner. ©Summer House on the Lake The skirt steak frites, filet mignon, and corn-husk salmon sound delicious! ©Summer House on the Lake The kiddos have the same choice of entrees and sides for lunch and dinner, and the drink list is the same as well!
