We’ve seen a ton of celebrations for the film, but how well did it actually do on the streaming service? Well, Disney has released an update, and it might surprise you! Hocus Pocus 2 is the number 1 movie premiere on Disney+ to date, according to Disney. They say this was based on the hours the movie was watched domestically during the first 3 days that it was available on the streaming service. Hocus Pocus 2 Photo Op in Disney World Hocus Pocus 2 was released on Disney+ on Friday, September 30th, and is a sequel to the cult classic Hocus Pocus, which debuted in theaters back in 1993 — almost 30 years ago! ©Disney The film stars the original trio of witches played by Bette Midler, Kathy Najimy, and Sarah Jessica Parker.
