And Downtown Disney’s first onsite brewery has a SUPER lengthy list of beers. Ballast Point One of the house favorites, which is actually used in a lot of the restaurant’s dishes, is the Sculpin IPA. And this season, every Tuesday through Labor Day, Ballast Point Brewing Company is celebrating the “Summer of Sculpin” by allowing guests to “keep the pint” (valid on all purchases of Sculpin)! @BallastPoint To keep the party going, Ballast Point is also offering discounted Sculpin flights on options like Aloha Sculpin, Pineapple Sculpin, and Grapefruit Sculpin all summer long.
