And like me, here at Walt Disney World, there are Cast Members that come from all over the world to create magic for our guests. Despite our diverse backgrounds, we embrace our cultural diferencias. We are kicking off a new video series in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15 – October 15) where we honor and recognize our Hispanic culture and our Hispanic Cast Members because no matter what background, we are all Disney and we all make a difference. In this week’s video, you will get to know Pilar Arroyos-Ojeda. Pilar, born and raised in Venezuela, shares with us how she uses the memories from her family vacations at Walt Disney World in her role as senior manager of marketing at Disney Vacation Club.
