Coming to the Sustainable Chew Booth, we got to try the Pork Spareribs with Cheesy Mascarpone Grits (the grits were delicious!).Pork Spareribs with Cheesy Mascarpone GritsThis was paired with the beautiful Frozen Chew-tini, a blend of Crop Organic Meyer Lemon Vodka, Carrot Mango Juice and Citrus Sour Mix.
