Are you ready for your next vacation to Disney World? Yacht Club We often talk about the perfect Disney trip — and while you might think it begins once you step foot into the parks, it actually starts a while before that. The perfect Disney trip starts with what you pack for your hotel! We’re sharing the hotel essentials you’re forgetting to pack for Disney World. We’ve stayed at every Disney World hotel and know what we normally bring along, but we wanted to know what our readers thought were the most essential items to pack for their hotel room — so we asked on Facebook! You can grab all these items on Amazon so you’ll be prepared for your next trip. Power Strip Few things are worse than not having ample outlets to charge all the essentials when you’re in a hotel room! That problem can easily be remedied by packing a power strip with you. ©Amazon There are so many different options depending on what size you need, and some even come with USB ports! Grab one at the link below. Power Up by Clicking Right Here Shampoo & Conditioner Having your own shampoo and conditioner in your hotel room might be an absolute must-have for you, and we don’t blame you! Everyone’s hair is different and you can’t predict how the products available in the room will affect your hair. ©Amazon There’s nothing like the ultimate self-care shower after a long Disney park day. Shop Shampoo & Conditioner Here Hand Soap Speaking of being clean, many of our readers shared that they didn’t travel without their own hand soap! Mickey soap! Most Disney World hotel rooms have toiletries like a bar of soap, but liquid hand soap is often easier — and necessary — especially if you have kiddos. These days, many Disney hotel rooms don’t have a digital alarm clock. ©Amazon Tossing a small one in your bag can be helpful, especially for folks who don’t want to use their phone. Consider bringing a portable fan along with you so you stay cool and comfy! ©Amazon Pro-tip: It can also help drown out some hotel sounds! Stay Cool With This Fan Here Sound Machine Those hotel sounds can sure be a bother, especially if you’re trying to take a mid-day nap (or have kiddos who need to do the same!) ©Amazon A white noise or sound machine can help block some of that from coming through! Click Here To Buy a Sound Machine Sanitizing Wipes Housekeeping has returned to normal around Disney World hotels, but for that extra peace of mind, bring some travel sanitizing wipes with you. Clorox Wipes We also toss these into our park bags in case of emergencies! Grab Some Sanitizing Wipes Here Laundry Hamper Keeping yourself organized in your hotel room can make it that much more magical. Don’t let a pile of dirty clothes haunt you from the chair in the corner. ©Amazon Bring a portable hamper instead! This one pops up and folds away for easy packing.
