Narcoossee’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort Narcoossee’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa will welcome guests once more in a fresh, reimagined space that incorporates the concept of “land and sea.” Narcoossee’s is set to open on April 1st, 2023 (reservations open on March 1st), and with a fresh, new space comes a fresh, new menu! Let’s take a look at some of the new offerings that will be available to guests starting this spring. Grand Floridian Narcoossee’s View While Narcoossee’s Bisque has been a fan-favorite on the menu for years, it will return with an “enhanced tableside presentation.” ©Disney Speaking of starters, the Beef and Ricotta Tortelloni will debut as an appetizer, featuring brown butter, parsnip puree, and sultana raisins. ©Disney Charcuterie, anyone? The Ocean-Inspired Charcuterie Board will feature ahi tuna pastrami, charred octopus, and house-made sausage from the sea. According to Disney, this plate is “a true collaboration, with each component representing the style of a different chef on the Narcoossee’s team.” ©Disney As far as main courses go, we can expect the Blackened Redfish, Roasted Vegetable Paella, Dry-Aged Pork Ribeye Chop, Plancha-seared Scallops, Parisian Gnocchi, and the classic Surf and Turf — to name a few! Blackened Redfish ©Disney And of course, no meal is complete without a sweet treat. The dessert menu will include Almond-crusted Cheesecake, Berry Pavlova, and Pineapple Bavarois.
