Magic Kingdom But, we can’t deny that there are a lot of other super popular vacation destinations around the country. There’s other theme parks like Dollywood and Universal Orlando, as well as general vacation spots like beaches and national parks. A ranking was just released with the most popular attractions in the United States, and it might surprise you to see where Disney World ended up on the list! Airport Parking Reservations recently ranked the top 10 attractions in the United States, according to WKMG. They based the ranking on the total number of Google searches each year, social media mentions, and TripAdvisor ratings. In 5th place is Yellowstone National Park… ©hotels.com …in 4th place is Glacier National Park… ©U.S. Department of the Interior …in 3rd place is Niagara Falls… @Delaware North Parks & Resorts, Inc. …in 2nd place is Times Square… Times Square Disney Store …and, coming in at the number 1 spot is the Grand Canyon! ©Visit Arizona So, it looks like Disney World isn’t actually the most popular place in the U.S., according to these results! Rounding out the top 10 was Myrtle Beach at number 7, Lake Tahoe at number 8, Universal Studios Hollywood at number 9, and the Statue of Liberty at number 10. Universal Studios Hollywood The same ranking showed the most popular destination in each state as well, and Walt Disney World was the winner for Florida.
