Disney’s Boardwalk One of our favorite places to visit on the Boardwalk is the Boardwalk Bakery! We love checking out their latest offerings of delicious desserts, and they even have grab-and-go items like salads and sandwiches! We headed over to the Boardwalk Bakery to see what they have been serving up recently. Look at allllll those treats An under-the-radar dessert caught our eye, something without a whole lot of pomp and circumstance, just a humble muffin. More specifically, the Doodle Muffin! Doodle Muffin The Doodle Muffin gets its name from the snickerdoodle cookie because it is a moist vanilla cake muffin with a cinnamon-sugar coating all over the outside. The cake was moist and the cinnamon sugar added a subtle sweetness and a great crunchy texture. We think this one is a sleeper hit! The vanilla cake flavor was almost too subtle, we thought it could have used a bit more of a pronounced vanilla flavor. This is a great snack for someone who doesn’t love overly sweet treats! If you love frosting and fanfare with your desserts, you might consider skipping this one. At $3.99, it’s a sweet snack that doesn’t break the bank! Cinnamon sugar, yes, please!
