Here’s where you go if you’re a guest checking in. Registration Area The registration area is pretty big, with high ceilings and large columns framing the check-in desks. Light and bright! There’s a few seating areas in here as well. Look at those little tiny chairs back there! Off of this area is also the merchandise store inside the hotel, Jackson Square. They were celebrating the reopening with some fun balloons! Who’s ready to shop? In here you can get some typical Disney World gear… We love seeing these T-shirts all dressed up! …as well as resort-specific items. French Quarter and Riverside Ornaments And, up at the register, we saw the most adorable Minnie Mouse all decked out in Mardi Gras attire! Loving this look for her Now, let’s move on to see what food is back at the hotel! Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory is open from 7AM to 11PM serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory In the middle of the dining area is the condiments station, which is made to look like a Mardi Gras float! So colorful! Around the corner, you’ll find the different stations you can order food from. Food stations There is also a bakery case over here with some delicious looking treats, including a mini Mardi Gras King Cake! We want one of each, please! Then, we went to see what else is open! And, even though the hours listed online say Scat Cat’s Club doesn’t open until 5PM, it was open this morning (probably because it’s the grand re-opening of the hotel!). We’re here! We’re here!
