Nearly three months and a dozen sailings since the ship debuted, Carnival Cruise Line held a naming ceremony Saturday for new ship Mardi Gras at Port Canaveral with the help of Shaquille O’Neal and godmother Miss Dominican Republic Kimberly Jimenez.
