On April 30th the theme park will reopen to California residents, and we couldn’t be more excited to see the park after over a year of closures! Tonight, Disneyland hosted a live stream to celebrate the historic reopening!

The live stream featured Josh D’Amaro (Chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products) and Ken Potrock (president of Disneyland Resort), and they talked about their excitement for the reopening. After a heartfelt speech from Potrock about his appreciation for the Cast Members, we got to see Sleeping Beauty Castle light up for the first time in what feels like forever!

The gorgeous lighting + When You Wish Upon a Star = tears. It’s been SO long since we’ve seen this beauty in all her glory! You can watch the full video below.
