Catal and UVA Bar While we patiently (or not so patiently) wait for Disneyland to reopen at the end of April, we’ve been trying Easter treats at Disneyland Resort, like the iconic chocolate eggs. But now, there’s another place to celebrate Easter this year and it involves brunch!!! There are lots of restaurants in Downtown Disney, and UVA Bar and Cafe is one of them. And this year, the restaurant will be offering a special Easter brunch!
