Disney4me Posted January 28, 2021 Report Posted January 28, 2021 For MONTHS the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover has been closed for refurbishment. PeopleMover Closure We have been keeping a really close eye on this attraction, but month after month, it’s refurbishment period has continued to be extended. Most recently, the refurbishment was extended through January 30th. We saw the attraction being tested in early January and thought it’s refurbishment might be coming to an end. But, we (unfortunately) must share with you that the PeopleMover refurbishment has been extended once again. As we checked the Disney refurbishment calendar this morning, we saw that the PeopleMover refurbishment now appears to have been extended through February 28th, 2021. Screenshot of Disney Refurbishment Calendar When you look at March 1st, 2021, the PeopleMover refurbishment no longer appears on that day. Of course, this refurbishment schedule is subject to change, so we’ll keep an eye out for more updates and let you know what we find. What is going on with the PeopleMover? Here’s what we know!
