Coffee Toffee Cookie at Gideon’s This is no ordinary bakery, however, as they offer huge cookies and specials, like the Hot Cookie Hour. However, today it was announced that Gideon’s Bakehouse would temporarily close. According to a post from Gideon’s on Instagram, “effective this evening, Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs will be temporarily closed.” View this post on Instagram A post shared by Gideon's Bakehouse (@gideonsbakehouse) The post also mentions to keep a lookout on their Instagram page for news about a reopening. The Gideon’s location at Orlando’s East End Market will remain open for guests to get their cookie fix.
