The plan for cruise lines to return to sailing has a road map, and it involves 74 safety recommendations. That’s the number of suggested action items to battle the spread of COVID-19 from the “Healthy Sail Panel” that was formed by Royal Caribbean Group and Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings LTD last June, which released its report on Monday.
