The Polite Pig at Disney Springs While we love the smoked meats and sandwiches you can get from the popular spot, we also love the rotating seasonal sides on offer. And now there’s one side item returning that has us drooling just thinking about it! The Polite Pig shared that their Sweet Potato Mash with Maple Bourbon Butter side dish is BACK just in time for fall!
