It feels like just yesterday we were getting into barbecue season, and now we’re just counting down the days until mulled wine returns! T-Rex Cafe at Disney Springs But before we dive mouth-first into mulling spices, there’s still Labor Day to celebrate! At Disney Springs, T-Rex is sending summer out on a high note with a patriotic-colored cocktail special! The Red,White & Blue Margarita at T-Rex is as colorful as it is quenching! Because, hey, fall might be on the horizon, but Florida heat didn’t get the memo. The drink is served up in a tall glass, with layers of strawberry, frozen margarita, and Blue Curaçao bringing layers of red, white, and blue!
