Disney4me Posted August 28, 2020 Report Posted August 28, 2020 You’ve heard the big news about Splash Mountain, right? Earlier this year, it was announced that this iconic attraction would be undergoing a retheme into a Princess and the Frog-inspired attraction. Splash Mountain Disney has been gearing up for this change already with restocks of the suddenly-high-demand Splash Mountain merch and the removal of “Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah” from the background music in Disneyland. Now, it looks like Disney might have taken one more step towards the closure of the current version of Splash Mountain. The Play Disney Parks app features fun games, trivia, and achievements inspired by the Disney parks. A few months ago, a new Splash Mountain game launched called Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah-Day. Now that game has disappeared from the app’s options. No game here! Play Disney Parks Screenshot As you can see, the only option on the menu for Splash Mountain is to earn an achievement. It seems that Disney has phased out the new game just four months after its launch.
