Some people trying to use the Disney Park Pass System to make reservations to visit the theme park complained of technical glitches, but a Disney spokesperson said they were probably trying to book before their turns, according to a news report.

Wow. just wow. Blame the users because your underfunded, outsourced, off shored I/T department didn't implement the park reservation function properly? Low blow, Disney Execs!!!! Why not try spending some money on fixing all the bugs your I/T systems have instead of blaming the users?
