Downtown Disney’s World of Disney And with Downtown Disney preparing to welcome back guests in just a few weeks, we’re beginning to learn when specific locations will reopen their doors! Today, we received confirmation on the reopening date for Salt & Straw, the family-run ice cream shop known for its unique flavors made with local, sustainable, and organic ingredients! Salt & Straw will reopen on July 9th, the first day that Downtown Disney begins to welcome back guests!
