Disney4me Posted June 12, 2020 Report Posted June 12, 2020 While 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck reopened a weeks ago and Cookie Dough and Everything Sweet Food Truck just reopened yesterday, we’ve been waiting on the rest of the Disney Springs Food Trucks to open back up! Disney Springs Food Trucks Before The Temporary Closure And while we saw the Mac and Cheese Food Truck and the new Hot Diggity Dog Food Truck roll into town earlier this week, we just found out they’re opening today. We spoke with a Cast Member today who confirmed both trucks will be reopening at 4PM! Hot Diggity Dogs Food Truck Rev up your engines and motor on over to Exposition Park on Disney Springs’ West Side for a taste of the good life!
