Disney Springs Food Trucks But with the exception of 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck, all these mini-restaurants (on wheels!) have remained closed in Disney Springs — until TODAY! We spoke with a Cast Member today who shared that Cookie Dough and Everything Sweet is set to open at 5PM this evening! How do you socially distance while eating at a food truck in Disney Springs?
