Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC sign Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC in Disney Springs is going to be firing up its ovens this weekend to bring you a bunch of their signature sweets and treats. That’s right, it’s time to restock your bunker with cookies, cupcakes, donuts, plus whatever else you may find. And, they have special diet restrictions in mind — all of Erin McKenna’s goodies are 100% vegan and gluten-free! Erin McKenna Cupcakes Doors open at 8 AM and the bakery will be open until 6 PM both Saturday, March 21st, and Sunday, March 22nd. Annnd so far they’ve only confirmed they’ll be baking this weekend, but we’ll let you know if we hear of any updates! What’s your favorite thing to get at Erin McKenna’s?
