Catal and UVA Bar The March 2020 burger is a nod to St. Patrick’s Day with the Corned Beef and Cabbage Burger. Corned beef and braised cabbage are joined by crispy sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Dijon mustard. For $20, it comes served with house-made salt and vinegar chips. March 2020 Burger of the Month The suggested pairing? Why, a Guinness, of course!
