From the treats you can find at the Gingerbread House to the holiday options at Gasparilla, there’s so much to choose from. Check out our review of the Peppermint White Chocolate Eclair we just tried! The Peppermint White Chocolate Eclair is one handsome-looking dude! Why, it almost looks like he’s wearing a holiday sweater…we’d talk to him at a Christmas party, for sure! Peppermint White Chocolate Eclair Just look at that gorgeous pâte à choux pastry sliced down the middle and topped with a peppermint mousse filling! The top “bun” is dunked in milk chocolate, then drizzled with white chocolate and hit with little red and green sprinkles! While it definitely tasted minty to us, the peppermint flavor wasn’t overpowering. Plus the richness of the pastry and chocolaty-ness really helped to cut through the mint!
