Ronto Roasters

Just a few days ago, Disney announced NEW menu items coming to the planet of Batuu! We tried the latest food items to come to this distant planet and there’s one we REALLY want to share with you guys.

The Ronto-less Garden Wrap at Ronto Roasters is a meatless alternative to the popular Ronto Wrap.  It’s featured ingredient is a plant-based sausage garnished with spicy kimchi slaw, sweet pickled cucumber, and gochujang spread, all wrapped in a warm pita.

With the announcement of more plant-based menu items coming to both Disney World and Disneyland, we were excited to see some of those options appear in Galaxy’s Edge. If you’ve tried Impossible Meat or Beyond Meat, this sausage will taste very familiar!

The meatless sausage pita comes topped with spicy kimchi slaw, pickled cucumber, and Gochujang spread, but we found there to be hardly any heat present at all.  This will be good news to those who are wary of spicy food, but a disappointment to fans of heat (like us!).

The slaw and the pickled cucumbers gave the wrap a nice crunch and complemented the “sausage” and pita surprisingly well.  Overall, we were impressed by the flavor of this wrap and are eager to try it again!  We are BIG TIME fans of the OG Ronto Wrap but if you’re looking for a meatless alternative, this will fit the bill quite nicely! You can try it for yourself for $12.99!
