Yesterday, we told you that a cookie dough food truck, Sunshine Churro carts, and Ample Hills Creamery are all coming to Disney Springs. Now we have even MORE news to share! Disney Springs Beatrix will open its first restaurant in Florida in Disney Springs West Side! According to Disney, the location will be a “neighborhood restaurant, coffeehouse and grab-and-go market featuring healthy food options including vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan along with fresh-squeezed juice cocktails.” The restaurant, helmed by Lettuce You Entertain You Enterprises, will also feature a bakery and full-service bar. ©Disney Marc Jacobs, Executive Partner and Divisional President, says “Beatrix represents the way people are eating today – it’s that mix of health and comfort. Whether grabbing a cup of coffee and your favorite pastry, or having a cocktail, lunch, or dinner with friends, it’s your neighborhood meeting place.” We’re already looking forward to trying this new location when it opens.
