Yes, restaurants book up quickly for New Year’s Eve, but we discovered when we dined at Monsieur Paul this week that there still are a few reservations available for noon, 12:30, 2:30 and 3 p.m. on New Year’s Eve – the perfect time to leisurely dine, then stroll the World Showcase Promenade all evening.
