With more than 260 chefs on deck, the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival opens Sept. 27 and celebrates 18 years of global indulgences along the World Showcase promenade. From now through Nov. 11, more than 300 international and domestic wines will be poured and more than 1.5 million tapas-sized portions of foods will be served at the festival.
