Dollywood After lots of anticipation, it was finally just announced when the exciting NightFlight Expedition will be opening. So, let’s see when this attraction will be joining the Dollywood line-up and everything you need to know before riding. Dollywood has just revealed that this exciting new coaster will officially open next month on August 19th! This is a hybrid coaster and whitewater river ride on a journey “to discover the mystery of the legendary Secret Lake.” ©Dollywood This groundbreaking attraction will feature Cora and Jasper Oakley, who will lead riders on a journey to discover the mystery of the legendary Secret Lake. ©Dollywood The ride will also have “remarkable vehicles,” and allow guests to experience four different storylines as they “fly through the Smokies, conquer raging rapids, climb mountain peaks and glide across a shimmering lake” in this first of it’s kind attraction. The four adventures will include the following: Soaring over the Smokies Climbing a mountainside Plunging into whitewater rapids Navigating a mysterious lake ©Dollywood This attraction looks absolutely incredible, and we cannot wait for guests to board this adventurous journey next month.
