Disney4me Posted 2 hours ago Report Posted 2 hours ago From pricey menus to deal-breaking restrictions, these are the restaurants Disney World fans are skipping in 2027! Desserts at Geo 82 There are literally HUNDREDS of restaurants to choose from around Disney World. Whether you’re looking for a chance to dine with some of your favorite characters or enjoy a high-end meal, there’s an option for just about any taste! But, of course, there isn’t nearly enough time to check them all out in one vacation, so not every spot can make the cut on the itinerary. These are the five Disney World restaurants fans aren’t booking in 2027! Be Our Guest Restaurant One of the most immersive restaurants around Disney World, Be Our Guest Restaurant serves up French-inspired cuisine inside the iconic castle from Beauty and the Beast. The setting alone has made it a fan-favorite spot for years…so why would so many people opt to skip it in 2027?? Be Our Guest The biggest reason here comes down to price — Be Our Guest is an EXPENSIVE meal, especially if you’ve got a large party. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner, and both meals feature a prix-fixe menu priced at $72 per adult and $43 per child, so you’re locked in for that hefty price tag per person, no matter what everyone chooses to order! Steak Frites For guests with only the time or budget for one “castle” meal in Magic Kingdom, many may lean towards Cinderella’s Royal Table over Be Our Guest, especially since you get to meet several Disney Princesses while dining at Cinderella’s Royal Table. Ariel at Cinderella’s Royal Table On the plus side, we’ve actually been pretty impressed with the food at Be Our Guest lately, so if you’re looking for a more upscale meal in Magic Kingdom and want to experience the seriously cool Beauty and the Beast theming for yourself, it might be worth snagging a reservation! GEO-82 As HUGE fans of all things EPCOT, we were thrilled when the new Spaceship Earth-themed lounge, GEO-82, officially opened in 2025! Fitting with the ride it’s themed for, GEO-82 features classic cocktails and small plates that showcase global flavors blended with culinary artistry. Brulee Banana Highball This lounge is FANCY, in the best way possible, and it somehow feels both like a perfect little escape from the park while still paying homage to one of our favorite EPCOT attractions. The craft cocktails at GEO-82 are seriously well thought-out and unique, like the Brown Butter Old Fashioned, which we LOVED! Brown Butter Old Fashioned Oh, and did we mention the lounge has views of the EPCOT fireworks, Luminous: The Symphony of Us, with the option for the separately-booked GEO-82 Fireworks Experience for a front-row seat?? Luminous as seen from GEO-82 With so many great features, why would anyone decide not to try for a reservation for GEO-82?? Well, if you’re traveling with the kiddos, this one will be off the table because only guests aged 21+ are allowed to visit GEO-82. However, Disney World’s other new lounge, the Pirates of the Caribbean-themed The Beak and Barrel in Magic Kingdom, IS family-friendly, so you can try to snag a reservation there instead! Space 220 Space 220 is a futuristic restaurant that takes guests on a dining adventure 220 miles above EPCOT! It’s a super immersive spot that offers diners a full panoramic view of space. Not a bad view Space 220 offers two separate experiences: table service dining and a bar and lounge area. Much like Be Our Guest, guests who opt for table service at Space 220 must order from a prix fixe menu. Flight 220 We’ve seen lots of people starting to catch on that they can skip making a reservation for table service at Space 220 and opt for the lounge or walk-up bar instead for a much cheaper experience! Space 220 The Space 220 lounge accepts Advance Dining Reservations for table seating, and since it’s so popular, we suggest snagging one ahead of time to ensure you get a spot! Or, guests who would rather sit at the bar instead can wait in a standby line for their seat. La Crêperie de Paris La Crêperie de Paris is a table service restaurant in EPCOT’s France Pavilion that features a menu from celebrity chef Jérôme Bocuse with everything made-to-order! The menu includes both savory crêpes called “galettes” and sweet crêpes, so there are flavors for a range of palates! Savory crêpe Guests can choose to either order à la carte or opt for the daily prix fixe menu. The prix fixe menu comes with a choice of soup or a salad, one savory galette, one dessert crêpe, and a glass of hard cider, soda, or juice, and unlike many other prix fixe meals around Disney World, it’s actually one of the BEST table service deals we’ve found! Saumon Galette But, as great as the value is for the prix fixe meal at La Crêperie de Paris, there are a few reasons many people may choose to skip a reservation here. For one, the atmosphere of the restaurant just isn’t that exciting, and with SO MANY unique places to eat around EPCOT, it might lose out to one of the more ultra-themed spots. La Crêperie de Paris Also, the restaurant offers a walk-up window, Crêpes À Emporter at La Crêperie de Paris, which gives guests the option to get their crêpe fix for cheap and on-the-go, instead of sitting down for a full meal. ‘Ohana The last restaurant on our list might come as a shock, since ‘Ohana has been one of the most popular restaurants around Disney World for years. And, to be fair, we’re sure that reservations here will still be a hot commodity, especially for the character breakfast! Stitch at ‘Ohana Breakfast But as much as we’ve been fans of ‘Ohana over the years, we’ve noticed that the food quality has been more hit-or-miss recently. Plus, there are other places around Disney World to get some of the restaurant’s most famous dishes without the ‘Ohana price tag. For one, you can snag the coconut-pineapple bread pudding at Caribbean Beach Resort’s Sebastian’s Bistro! Coconut-Pineapple Bread Pudding And if it’s the famous ‘Ohana noodles you’re craving, you can grab them at the nearby Tambu Lounge instead! ‘Ohana noodles at Tambu Lounge Again, we don’t exactly expect ‘Ohana to be sitting empty any time soon, but with inconsistent quality and the option to order some of the restaurant’s most popular items elsewhere for cheaper, some guests might be reconsidering whether ‘Ohana is still worth working into their budget!
