When we’re at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, we love shopping and finding our new favorite piece of merch. When we were in Mombasa Marketplace today, we finally found the souvenir of all souvenirs!

They’re SO adorable!

These little giraffe and elephant toys are super cute, but they have a secret – they’re made entirely of recycled sawdust! Obviously, we had to learn more.

These Sustainable Collectables made from sawdust are $7.99 each or $14.99 for both. The process of making these cute figures is so cool, and they have an entire video about it built into the display. They take sawdust from harvested trees and use non-toxic glue to combine it and form solid figures. Then, they press it together in a mold to get these adorable animal shapes.

So cool!

Right now, you can get either a giraffe or a lion figure. The machine says these are limited-edition, so the animal options could change over time. Each figurine comes on a wooden base that reads “Disney’s Animal Kingdom,” so it’s a great way to remember your visit. It’s also an affordable Disney World souvenir at only $7.99!

Get them before they’re gone

To grab one yourself, head to Mombasa Marketplace, across from Kusafiri Coffee Shop and Bakery in front of Kilimanjaro Safaris in Africa. All you have to do is touch the screen to select your figurine, then choose your payment method. It’s important to note that the machine actually makes the figurines when you order, and it takes a few minutes. So don’t try out this fun offering if you’re in a hurry. However, just a few minutes after you place your order, you’ll have a super unique and sustainable souvenir.
