However, Mother’s Day celebrations at the Swan & Dolphin extend beyond Garden Grove, with several of the dual resorts’ restaurants offering specialty menu items, including:

  • Amare: Lobster & Risotto, featuring Maine Lobster, spring pea risotto, herb salad, and lemon vinaigrette.
  • Todd English’s bluezoo: Striped Bass with lemongrass nage, lime jasmine rice, toasted almonds, ramps, snap peas, and fava beans.
  • Il Mulino: Triglia Rosa, featuring pan-fried red mullet, fregola, roasted vegetables, scapece, nduja & caper sauce.

In addition, Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina will also have a special menu item to be announced.
