The Dolphin Todd English’s Bluezoo is a popular table service restaurant in the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, which serves seafood and coastal cuisine. Todd English’s Bluezoo is highly acclaimed for its innovative seafood dishes. The restaurant has won several awards, notably the AAA Four Diamond Award, the Fodor’s Choice Award, and Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence. We could sit here all day! ©Disney Its staple menu items are raw bar oysters and clams, plus teppanyaki grilled fish. Our personal favorite is their BBQ Swordfish! We’d recommend Todd English’s Bluezoo to anyone looking for a sophisticated and upscale vibe at Disney World. This is one of those hidden gems where, while you’re technically at Disney World, it doesn’t feel like it at all!
