This year, the Spit Fyre Grill is taking a win for Universal. This Epic Universe fast-casual, located in How To Train Your Dragon — Isle of Berk, blew my mind with its plates piled high. Greens and grains are gorgeous, and the flame-seared salmon with those beautiful blistered tomatoes? By far one of the very best theme park meals I’ve had with disposable cutlery. So magical, I might believe it was dragon-fired. And I can even pair it with mead. More reasons to add a Viking helmet to my hat collection.
