Now that the streaming services have been combined into one app for those who subscribe to both, it’s so much easier to scroll through the app and figure out what we’re going to watch! ©Disney/Hulu Disney+ recently updated its subscriber agreement, including some clarification on billing and payments, and now it looks like Hulu is doing the same. Here’s what you need to know. In an email to subscribers, Hulu has revealed key changes to its subscriber agreement. There are several changes, but three have been highlighted as especially important. The first update is a clarification on details related to the billing and payment process, including definitions of subscription terms and billing periods. ©Disney Second, Hulu has added information to clarify how cancellation works and when cancellation is effective. They confirmed that nothing is currently changing with current subscriptions unless requested. Cancelling and managing plans is still “just as easy,” according to the update. ©Disney Hulu is also adding information related to gift cards purchased through ESPN. ©ESPN These new terms are now in effect for new subscribers. For prior and existing subscribers, the new terms will begin on March 25th, 2026. You can also acknowledge an in-app notice of the changes earlier, if you choose to do so. Hulu advised that once effective, these changes will “govern your use and enjoyment of your Disney+, Hulu, or ESPN subscription.” Overall, though, these changes shouldn’t impact you or your subscription directly. ©Disney We love Hulu and Disney+, especially because of the perks.
